朱小地建筑事务所由建筑师朱小地于2020年在北京正式创立，其前身为2014年成立的北京市建筑设计研究院朱小地工作室。事务所致力于将当代艺术的创作理念和方法引入建筑学，回应每个项目“此时此地”的场景条件，寻找场地特殊的隐喻体验，以新的观念为建筑重新定义。

在设计中力图摒弃一切先入为主的经验，将每一次创作视为一条崭新道路的探索。每一个项目，我们都期待着因其显现的思想而被广泛关注。设计工作不仅依靠既有的知识体系，更注重场景带来的情绪体验，逐步发展出一种新的艺术类型——建筑装置。

ZHU XIAODI Architects was officially established in Beijing in 2020 by architect Zhu Xiaodi , and its predecessor was ZXD Architects of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design founded in 2014. We are committed to introducing the creative concepts and methods of contemporary art into architecture, responding to the scene conditions of each project’s “here and now”, seeking metaphorical experiences unique to the site, and redefining architecture with new concepts.

In design, we strive to abandon all preconceived experiences and view each creation as an exploration of a new path. We look forward to receiving widespread attention for every project due to its manifested ideas. Design not only relies on existing knowledge systems, but also pays more attention to the emotional experience brought by the scene, gradually developing a new type of art – architectural installation.

信息时代正在消解建筑师的单边解释权，大众欣赏的角度与广泛传播的途径，使建筑语境产生巨大的变化。当下建筑已经成为最大的公共艺术品，观众的参与被认为是对空间解读的最终完成。

In an era shaped by information and rapid cultural exchange, the architect’s singular authorship is increasingly reframed by public interpretation and collective experience. Architecture, as the most visible and enduring form of public art, achieves its meaning only through engagement with its audience.

Architecture that endures is rooted not only in formal expression but in its capacity to convey ideas and evoke emotion. To establish meaningful recognition, a design must clearly express cultural heritage, social awareness, contemporary challenges, and the architect’s individual reflection. By examining the unique intersection of time, place, and context, we seek to ensure conceptual clarity and foster genuine collective empathy.We hope to be the first to speak out, take the initiative to start a dialogue with the public, and ultimately achieve the shaping of the meaning of space.

Profile of the Chief Architect

朱小地/ZHU XIAODI

朱小地，毕业于清华大学建筑系，曾任北京市建筑设计研究院党委书记、董事长、总建筑师；教授级高级工程师，国家一级注册建筑师，享受国务院特殊津贴专家；住建部科技委建筑设计专业委员会副主任委员，住建部节能绿建专业委员会委员。先后兼任清华大学双聘教授，中央美术学院 、中国科学院大学人居科学学院 、北京建筑大学客座教授；《建筑学报》编辑委员会委员，《世界建筑》编辑委员会委员，《建筑创作》编辑委员会委员，《城市空间设计》编辑委员会委员。

Zhu Xiaodi, a graduate of the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University, he is a former Chairman and Chief Architect of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD)；Professor level senior engineer, national first-class registered architect, and expert with State Department special allowance; Vice Chairman of the Architectural Design Professional Committee of the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, member of the Energy Conservation and Green Building Professional Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, deputy director of the Architectural Arts Committee of China Artists Association; He is currently a dual-appointed professor at Tsinghua University and holds guest-professorships at several esteemed institutions, including the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the School of Sciences for the Human Habitat at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture; Member of the Editorial Committee of Architectural Journal, Member of the Editorial Committee of World Architecture, Member of the Editorial Committee of ArchiCreation, and Member of the Editorial Committee of Urban Flux.

职责描述：
申请者应有主动工作热情和表达欲望，配合工作室负责人完成活动策划、执行工作，以及品牌宣传与推广的策划、设计、执行工作等工作。

任职要求：
– 具有建筑、设计、传媒、市场营销等相关专业本科及以上学历；
– 熟悉微信公众号、视频号，小红书，微博，抖音等新媒体平台运用规则；有较好的文案能力、平面设计能力及视频脚本能力；
– 合理制定工作室宣传计划，完成相关内容的策划、图纸/图片/视频的处理、文字撰写及编辑；
– 对品牌工作有热情，具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力；
– 熟练使用Adobe系列软件、PR、AE、剪影等视频制作软件、Office等办公软件；
– 具有较好的英文听说读写能力，能胜任英文书面工作，有海外留学或相关一年以上工作经历优先；

Job Description
Applicants should have the enthusiasm for taking initiative in work and the desire to express themselves. They are required to cooperate with the studio director to complete the planning and implementation of activities, as well as the planning, design and execution of brand promotion and marketing initiatives.

Brand Promotion Specialist Requirements:
– Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors such as architecture, design, media, marketing, etc.
– Be familiar with the operation rules of new media platforms such as WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, Sina Weibo, and Douyin; possess strong capabilities in copywriting, graphic design, and video scripting.
– Formulate reasonable promotion plans for the studio, and complete the planning of relevant content, the processing of drawings/images/videos, as well as the drafting and editing of texts.
– Have enthusiasm for brand-related work, and possess sharp market insight and analytical capabilities.
– Be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite software, video production software such as PR, AE , and Jianying, as well as office software including Microsoft Office.
– Possess good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, be competent in English written work, and those with overseas study experience or relevant work experience of more than one year are preferred.
– To apply for this position, candidates are required to provide relevant portfolios/collections of works that demonstrate their personal promotional capabilities, along with corresponding descriptions.

O 助理建筑师 Assistant Architect 

职责描述：
配合主持建筑师及项目建筑师，完成方案设计、扩初设计等工作。

任职要求：
– 建筑学专业本科及以上学历，具备2-3年建筑设计相关工作经验；
– 具备扎实的设计能力和良好的图面表达能力，能协助团队完成建筑方案设计；
– 具有熟练的演示软件（如PowerPoint、Adobe CS）及使用Rhino 、Stable Diffusion、 AutoCAD 和 Revit进行3D建模的技能；
– 工作认真负责，具有较强的责任心、具有较强的沟通表达能力和时间管理能力，能独立完成分配任务；

– 申请者须提供设计作品集和相应介绍。

Job Description:
Collaborate with the leading architect and project architect to complete schematic design, preliminary design development, and other related work.

Assistant Architect Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in architectural design;
– Possess solid design capabilities and good graphic expression skills, and be able to assist the team in completing architectural schematic design;
– Have proficiency in presentation software (such as PowerPoint, Adobe CS) and skills in 3D modeling using Rhino, Stable Diffusion, AutoCAD, and Revit;
– Be serious and responsible in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and expression skills, and time management skills, and be able to independently complete assigned tasks;
– Be able to adapt to a high-intensity work rhythm and have good physical and psychological qualities;
– Applicants must provide a design portfolio and corresponding introduction.

O 建筑实习生(长期有效) Architecture Intern

职责描述：
申请者应对建筑设计专业充满热情，希望在朱小地建筑师的指导下获得长足进步。

任职要求：
– 建筑及相关专业大学三年级及以上全日制学生；
– 实习期不少于3个月；
– 具有良好的团队工作能力；
– 具有熟练的演示软件（如PowerPoint、Adobe CS）及使用Rhino、AutoCAD 和 Revit进行3D建模的技能；
– 有海外教育背景者优先；
– 申请者须提供设计作品集和相应介绍。

Job Description:
The applicant should be passionate about the field of architectural design and eager to make significant progress under the guidance of Architect Zhu Xiaodi.

Intern Requirements:
– Full-time students in architecture or related majors, third year and above;
– The probationary period shall be no less than 3 months.
– Have good teamwork ability;
– Proficient in presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Adobe CS) and 3D modeling with Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit；
– Preference will be given to those with overseas education experience;
– The applicant must provide a design portfolio and the corresponding introduction.
