O 艺术总监
Art Director

Responsibilities:
• Brainstorm with clients, lead and develop an artistic approach and style
• Develop overall look or style on a concept, review and approve designs in terms of graphic, motion, UI/UX and 3D
• Contribute to the design of proposals and digital interactive installations on artistic aspects
• Provide accurate visuals and apply consistent style across brand documents
• Manage deadlines and respond to clients’ needs in a timely manner
• Strive for excellence and high quality in art direction
• Work closely with the Creative Team, Project Team, and the clients

Requirements:
• Proficiency in all kinds of design software, strong art skills
• 2+ years of experience as an Art Director
• Good communications skills
• Branding design experience
• Stay on top of design trends and interactive technology
• Open-minded, talented and a team player.

O 装置/展览展示设计师

Installation/Exhibition Designer

工作职责：
– 概念阶段：分析项目需求，提出设计想法和创意，并用手绘草图表达，与团队进行头脑风暴；
– 方案阶段：将草图转化成设计渲染效果图、动画，完成设计方案；
– 深化设计阶段：设计细节完善和CAD图纸绘制；
– 制作施工阶段：配合项目经理对工厂制作过程和成果进行管理监督，确保最终成果达到设计效果；
– 参与现场勘查和设计阶段汇报；
– 独立完成互动装置设计和中小型展览展示空间设计。

岗位要求：
– 熟练掌握各类设计应用软件，3DMAX，Keyshot, Sketchup, Blender, AutoCAD，Photoshop等，
– 任何：建筑设计或空间设计或室内设计或景观设计背景有意往交互装置艺术方向发展的，
– 2年以上相关职位工作经验，
– 具有良好的艺术审美，并在设计效果上追求卓越和高质量，
– 思想开拓，充满激情，具有团队精神。

Responsibilities:
• Conceptual Design Stage: analyze project requirements,propose design ideas and creativity, express them with hand-draw sketches, brainstorm with team;
• Concept Development Stage: turn the sketches into design renderings, animation; complete design proposal;
• Design Development Stage: perfect design details and CAD drawing;
• Production and Onsite Installation Stage: Work with the project manager to manage the production process and results of the factory, ensure the final result reach design effect;
• Participate in site survey, report in design stage;
• Complete the design of interactive installation and a medium or small-sized Exhibition space independently.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in various design software, 3dmax, Keyshot, Sketchup, Blender, Autocad, Photoshop, etc;
• Anyone: those with a background in architectural design, space design, interior design or landscape design who intend to develop in interactive installation art;
• 2+ years of experience in related position;
• Good artistic aesthetic, and strive for excellence and high quality in design effect;
• Open-minded, talented and a team player.

O 平面设计师/界面设计方向

工作职责：
– 根据项目需求，完成平面设计、UX/UI设计和用户体验设计、视觉动效呈现等；
– 根据客户品牌文化与产品调性，提供准确的视觉效果，并在设计文档中应用一致的风格；
– 参与项目会议和头脑风暴，根据客户的要求完成平面创意；
– 与程序团队紧密合作，确保程序最终效果与界面设计保持一致；
– 与项目管理团队和客户紧密沟通和合作，完成项目任务。

任职要求：
– 熟练掌握各种设计软件：PS, AI, AE,C4D,PR等；
– 一年以上的平面设计工作经验，有较强的手绘功底，追求设计细节；
– 拥有平面设计、视觉传达设计、交互界面设计等相关专业教育或工作背景；
– 拥有品牌设计经验者优先；
– 勇于探索和尝试新事物。

O 动画设计师

工作职责：
1. 动画设计与制作：
– 根据项目需求，设计并制作2D、3D动画及动态图形。
– 确保动画风格与品牌形象一致，并符合项目目标。
2. 创意构思：
– 参与项目前期的创意讨论，提供动画设计方面的建议。
– 根据脚本或故事板，设计动画效果和视觉呈现。
3. 协作与沟通：
– 与设计师、开发人员、项目经理等团队成员紧密合作，确保动画内容与整体项目无缝衔接。
– 根据反馈及时调整动画设计，确保按时交付。
4. 技术实现：
– 使用行业标准软件（如Adobe After Effects、Maya、Blender等）进行动画制作。
– 优化动画资源，确保其在不同平台和设备上的兼容性和性能。
5. 项目管理：
– 管理多个动画项目，确保按时交付并符合质量标准。
– 跟踪项目进度，及时汇报并解决潜在问题。

任职要求：
1. 教育背景：
– 动画设计、视觉艺术、多媒体设计或相关专业。
2. 工作经验：
– 至少2-3年相关工作经验，有成熟的作品集展示。
– 有游戏、影视、广告等行业经验者优先。
3. 技能要求：
– 精通2D/3D动画制作软件，如Adobe After Effects、Maya、Blender、Cinema 4D等。
– 熟悉动画原理，如运动规律、时间控制、角色动画等。
– 具备良好的美术功底，能够独立完成从概念到成品的动画设计。
– 了解视频编辑、特效制作等相关技术者优先。
4. 软技能：
– 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
– 能够在压力下工作，具备较强的时间管理能力。
– 对动画设计充满热情，持续关注行业动态和技术发展。

加分项：
– 有UI/UX动画设计经验。
– 熟悉游戏引擎（如Unity、Unreal Engine）中的动画制作。
– 有脚本编写或自动化工具使用经验（如Python、JavaScript）。
– 有使用AI生成相关经验。
