SHUYAN design是立足于北京以创新和审美为宗旨的年轻国际化建筑事务所。事务所的创作捕捉艺术、时尚和建筑的时代气息，以绿色生态价值观营造人与环境的和谐关系，希望能够打造出具有人文关怀和未来远见的建筑。事务所多元化发展，项目包含从策划、城市规划、建筑、景观、室内到艺术装置和产品等不同类型，业态涵盖文旅、居住、酒店、办公、交通、商业、展览等多种功能。

SHUYAN design, based in Beijing, is a young and international architecture studio driven by innovation and aesthetics. We strive to establish a harmonious relationship between human and their surroundings while capturing the zeitgeist of art, fashion and architecture. We hope to create architecture with humanistic care and vision for the future. The firm embraces diversity in its practice. Its projects range from business planning, urban planning, architecture, landscape, interior design, art installation to product design, covering the categories of culture, tourism, residence, hotel, office, infrastructure, commerce, exhibition and et cetera.

奖项Awards

SHUYAN design时尚、绿色、创新的设计使事务所受到业界广泛关注并获得众多奖项荣誉。主创三次入选AD100——最有影响力的中国设计师榜； 2022年被授予亚洲青年设计之光（中国内地）Top100；2023年被授予年度中国建筑装饰行业十大最具影响力设计师，2025年被授予中国原创先锋设计师TOP100。SHUYAN design主创的作品也获得过众多国内外奖项：第十八届华鼎奖、World Design Awards建筑奖、Global Future Design Awards金奖，同时也获得德国Iconic建筑奖提名、意大利The plan建筑奖、Wallpaper最佳基建奖提名、2025第20届金外滩奖、2024-2025 ID星级设计榜、第15届金堂奖、2025 Paris Design Awards、2025全球未来设计奖等。

The founder architect has been selected as AD100-The 100 Most Influential Architects and Interior Designers in China three times; awarded as Top 100 From Mainland China Of Asian Youth Designers Programme 2022, awarded as Top Ten Most Influential Designers in China’s architectural decoration industry in 2023, selected for Top 100 Chinese Original Pioneer Designers in 2025. The works of the founder architect have also won many awards, such as The CIDF 2022, TAC World Design Award, Global Future Design Awards, Iconic Awards, THE PLAN AWARD, Wallpaper, The 20th Golden Bund Award, 2024-2025 Interior Designer, The 15th Jintang Prize, Paris Design Awards 2025,Global Future Design Awards 2025, etc.

O 项目负责人1-2名
Project Manager

• 建筑学本科以上学历, 有海外学习及工作经验者优先
• 6年以上全职设计经验，具有独立带领多人团队完成项目能力
• 熟悉国家建筑设计规范，具备丰富的项目经验和优秀的国际视野
• 能够独立绘制建筑专业（或装饰专业）的扩初和施工图纸
• 熟练运用Rhino、Adobe、AutoCAD、Office和Enscape/Vary/C4D等软件，熟练使用Grasshopper者优先
• 具有优秀的设计能力，对设计品质有追求，拥有优秀的审美
• 具备优秀的项目管理和沟通能力，能够独立汇报和项目推进

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture; overseas study and work experience highly preferred
• Minimum 6 years of full-time design experience, with the ability to independently lead a team of multiple members to complete projects
• Familiar with national architectural design codes and standards; rich project experience and excellent international perspective
• Ability to independently produce design development and construction drawings for architecture (or interior design)
• Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and rendering software such as Enscape, V-ray, or C4D, Grasshopper is a plus
• Strong design ability, pursuit of design quality, and excellent aesthetic sense
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; able to independently present and drive project progress

O 项目建筑师1-2名
Project Architect

• 建筑学本科以上学历, 有海外学习及工作经验者优先
• 3年以上全职设计经验，可带领2-3人团队完成项目
• 熟悉国家建筑设计规范，具备一定的项目经验和良好的国际视野
• 能够独立绘制建筑专业（或装饰专业）的扩初和施工图纸
• 熟练运用Rhino、Adobe、AutoCAD、Office和Enscape/Vary/C4D等软件，熟练使用Grasshopper者优先
• 具有独立方案能力，对设计品质有追求，拥有良好的审美
• 具备良好的项目管理和沟通能力，能够独立汇报和项目推进

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture; overseas study and work experience highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of full-time design experience, with the ability to lead a small team of 2-3 members
• Comprehensive experience in all phases of project from schematic design to construction drawings; familiar with relevant national regulations and possesses good international vision
• Ability to independently produce design development and construction drawings for architecture (or interior design)
• Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and rendering software such as Enscape, V-ray, or C4D, Grasshopper is a plus
• Strong independent design capability, pursuit of design quality, and good aesthetic sense
• Good project management and communication skills; able to independently present and drive project progress

O 助理建筑师1-2名
Assistant Architect

• 建筑学本科以上学历, 有海外学习及工作经验者优先
• 1年以上全职设计经验，能够配合主创进行设计推演
• 熟练运用Rhino、Adobe、AutoCAD、Office和Enscape/Vary/C4D等软件，熟练使用Grasshopper者优先
• 有优秀建模、渲染、分析图绘制能力
• 具有创造性思维，对设计有热情

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture; overseas study and work experience highly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of full-time design experience, able to collaborate with the lead architect in design development
• Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and rendering software such as Enscape, V-ray, or C4D, Grasshopper is a plus
• Excellent modeling, rendering, and diagram drawing abilities
• Innovative thinking and passion for design

O 创始人助理1名
Founder’s Assistant

• 设计、管理、商务相关专业，本科以上学历，有海外学习及工作经验者优先
• 2年以上设计公司工作经验，了解建筑设计的相关内容
•具有设计行业商务对接、宣传对接等相关工作经验
•聪明伶俐，性格开朗阳光，善于沟通表达
•熟练使用Office等办公软件
•英语6级以上水平，具有流利的听说读写能力
•可随创始人国内外出差或出席商务活动

•Bachelor’s degree or above in design, management, business, or related fields; overseas study and work experience highly preferred
•Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural firm, with basic knowledge of architectural design and project stages
•Relevant experience in business development and media coordination within the design industry
•Smart, outgoing, and with excellent communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
•CET-6 or above, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English
•Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally with the founder for business activities

O 实习生1-2名
Intern

•建筑本科大二以上学历
•诚实守信，有责任心，对设计有热情
•实习期不少于3个月，实习补贴1500元/月
•熟练运用Rhino、Adobe、AutoCAD、Office和Enscape/Vary/C4D等软件，熟练使用Grasshopper者优先
•有良好的建模和分析图绘制能力
•善于团队合作，服从项目管理安排

•At least two years of undergraduate study in Architecture
•Honest, responsible, and passionate about design
•Minimum internship duration: 3 months (monthly stipend: 1500 RMB)
•Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and rendering software such as Enscape, V-ray, or C4D, Grasshopper is a plus
•Good modeling, rendering, and diagram drawing abilities
•Good team player and able to follow project management directions
