O 室内设计师（主创） Senior Interior Designer

岗位职责及要求：
1.室内设计学士、建筑学或工业设计专业，至少3年以上室内设计工作经验；
2.负责场景、道具等的三维建模工作，关注从室内空间到道具使用的细节，确保模型的准确性和美观性。
3.爱探索和应用新的3D技术和新技术工具，持续提升建模效率和表达质量；
4.拥有国际视野的审美水准和创新性思维，有国际留学及国际团队工作背景者优先；
5.熟练运用室内设计、建模及渲染、AI应用、图纸表达等各类工作软件。

我们希望你：
1.具有出色的方案构思及审美创新能力，具备从概念到室内设计方案输出及闭环的能力；
2.对空间背后的运营逻辑与新商业趋势具有研究及自己的独到见解，能真正理解业主意图，以理性驱动设计为运营赋能；
3.对空间中某个大或小的尺度具有突出表现，如空间造型，道具模块的研究，材料研究与管理等；
4.能够高效且创意的表达自己的设计理念，包括不限于动画、渲染、分析图、引人入胜的故事线等方式；
5.在酒店、非标商业、新零售等领域有实操经验并充满热情。

Job Responsibilities and Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in interior design.
2. Be responsible for the 3D modeling of scenes, props, etc. Pay close attention to details ranging from interior space layout to prop application, and ensure the accuracy and aesthetic quality of the models.
3. Be eager to explore and apply new 3D technologies and tools, and continuously improve modeling efficiency and presentation quality.
4. Possess an international perspective of aesthetic taste and innovative thinking. Candidates with international study experience or work background in global teams are preferred.
5. Proficient in using various professional software for interior design, 3D modeling & rendering, AI applications, and drawing presentation.

What We Expect from You：
1. Excellent ability in conceptual design and aesthetic innovation, with the competence to deliver interior design solutions from initial concept to final implementation and closure.
2. Conduct in-depth research on the operational logic behind space design and emerging commercial trends, and form unique insights. Be capable of truly understanding clients’ intentions, and empower operations through rationale-driven design.
3. Demonstrate outstanding performance in either large-scale or small-scale spatial design, such as spatial form creation, prop module research, material study and management, etc.
4. Efficiently and creatively express design concepts through diverse means, including but not limited to animations, renderings, analytical diagrams, and compelling storylines.
5. Have practical experience and great enthusiasm in fields such as hospitality, non-standard commercial spaces, and new retail.

O 助理建筑设计师 Assistant Architectural Designer

任职要求：
1.建筑学本科及以上学历；
2.具备1年以上公建类项目设计经验，愿意尝试室内外一体化设计；
3.具备出色的项目理解能力、原创方案设计能力、能配合主持建筑师一起，用具备高审美和创新性的表现手法准确表达设计意图，包括但不限于效果图表达，设计分析图、文本表达等；
4.爱探索和应用新的3D技术和新技术工具，持续提升建模效率和表达质量；
5.拥有国际视野的审美水准和创新性思维，有国际留学及国际团队工作背景者优先；
6.积极主动，认真负责，良好的沟通与团队协作能力；
7.熟练使用CAD, Rhino, SU, ID等各种专业软件。

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture.
2. Over one year of design experience in public building projects; willing to engage in integrated interior and exterior design.
3. Strong ability to understand projects and deliver original design proposals. Able to collaborate with lead architects to accurately convey design concepts through aesthetically sophisticated and innovative presentation forms, including but not limited to renderings, design analysis diagrams and design documents.
4. Eager to explore and apply new 3D technologies and professional tools to continuously improve modeling efficiency and presentation quality.
5. Possess international aesthetic vision and innovative thinking. Overseas study experience or working experience in international teams is preferred.
6. Proactive, diligent and responsible, with good communication skills and team spirit.
7. Proficient in professional software including CAD, Rhino, SketchUp and InDesign.

O 实习生（建筑、媒体、景观、室内）多名，长期招聘 Interns (Architecture, Media, Landscape, Interiors) 

职责及要求：
1.建筑学及相关专业本科大三以上或研究生在读，实习期不短于三个月。
2.热爱设计，积极主动，具备团队协作能力、学习能力、沟通能力以及执行力。
3.关注最新设计趋势与新技术运用趋势，具备互联网思维。
4.能熟练运用AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、V-Ray、Enscape和Adobe等专业软件。
5.具备高审美和创新思维，有海外留学经历者优先。
6.实习期满后，能力优异者优先录取为正式员工。
7.实习补助：120-150/天。

Duties and requirements:
1.Architecture and related majors bachelor’s degree or above junior or graduate student enrolled in an internship period of no less than 3 months.
2.Love design, proactive, teamwork, learning, communication and execution skills.
3.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Sketchup, V-Ray, Enscape and Adobe.
4.Proficiency in making hand working models with strong hands-on skills.
5.Excellent architectural design practice experience, or overseas study experience is preferred.
6.After the internship period, those with excellent ability will be preferred to be admitted as regular employees.
7.Internship allowance: 120-150/day.
