未/WAY Studio建筑设计研究所是一个具有创新精神的建筑事务所，致力于建筑设计与艺术和科技领域的融合。土木人之“未”表达的是人、建筑与自然之间的关系，也代表了我們對於未知、未來的探索，“WAY”亦有“在路上”之意。

未/WAY以艺术体验为出发点，并在无数跨界合作中扩展“建筑设计”的定义。目前涉猎领域包含城市规划、美术馆、博物馆、大剧院等文化项目，以及城市综合体、建筑改造、社会住宅、艺术装置、家具和灯饰设计等。并开展未沙⻰等跨界对话，延展建筑与不同领域的对话，以建筑为媒介催生新的思考。未/WAY Studio建筑设计研究所在北京、香港、温哥华分别设有工作室，目前北京工作室正在寻找有热情、有追求的年轻人加入我們的团队。

WAY Studio is an innovative architectural design research institute dedicated to integrating architectural design with the fields of art and technology. The “WAY” in our name signifies being “on the road” .

In recent years, the works of WAY Studio have received extensive attention from domestic and foreign media awards. We have successively won 2025 WAF Shortlist、2024 ELLE DECORATION Interior Architectural Design Annual Award、2024 Dezeen Awards、2024 A+Awards Best Young Firm、2023 Perspective 40 under 40 Awards, ICONIC 2022 Awards, 2022 A+awards, RIBA 2021 Ancient Tree Hotel Design AWARDS, BUILD Award of cultural category in 2021, IDPA International Pioneer Award and LuxLife Pioneer Award, and were nominated for the annual design awards of well-known design media platforms such as Gooood and ArchDaily.

WAY Studio is interested in expanding the definition of Architecture, focusing on cross-disciplinary collaborations in-order to re-define what Architecture should mean today. Our projects include, but is not limited to, masterplanning, museums, galleries, theatres, and other cultural projects, mixed-use, residential projects, renovations, furniture, art and installations. WAY Studio also hosts the WAY Salon, a discussion platform that triggers interdisciplinary conversation and thought. Our studio is currently situated in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Vancouver, Our Beijing office is currently looking for passionate and curious individuals to join our team!

Openings 招聘职位

O 建筑设计师 | Architectural Designer 

1. 建筑学学士（或同等学历）以上学位，需有4年及以上工作经验；
2. 参与过2个及以上大型工程实践及实施项目（请在作品集中说明所任工作及职务）；
3. 有良好专业能力和良好的设计感以及理解能力；
4. 能够熟练使用AutoCAD、Rhino、Adobe CS、Microsoft Office等基本常用软件, 能熟练使用Maya者可优先考虑；
5. 应聘者应有一定项目管理能力，包括项目管理，团队管理等；
6. 应聘者性格热情积极，能够配合办公室的高速工作节奏，同时有极强沟通能力；
7. 能用中英双语交流者可优先考虑。

The ideal candidate should:
1. Possess Bachelors or higher degree in Architecture; and have a minimum 4 years of experience;
2. Been involved in at least 2 projects that have reached construction stage or completion in past working experiences, please be specific with your role on those projects in your portfolio;
3. Have a strong understanding of design and technical specifications;
4. Expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe CS, Microsoft Office;
5. Possess ability to manage project team, schedule and quality;
6. Adapt towards fast-paced work environment, possess strong problem solving skills with a positive attitude;
7.The candidate should also be out-going, strong communicator and able to prioritize and multi-task when he/she is required to do so;
8. Bilingual candidates with a strong background in both English and Chinese will receive priority consideration.

O 助理设计师/初级设计师 | Assistant Designer/ Junior Designer

1. 建筑学学士（或同等学历）以上学位，1年以上全职工作经验或优秀应届毕业生；
2. 至少参与过1个大型工程实践及实施项目，请在作品集中说明所任工作及职务；
3. 能够熟练使用AutoCAD、Rhino、Adobe CS、Microsoft Office等基本常用软件, 能熟练使用Maya者可优先考虑；
4. 有较强的设计能力、语言表达能力和沟通能力；
5. 应聘者性格热情积极，能够配合办公室的高速工作节奏，同时有极强沟通能力。

The ideal candidate should:
1. Possess a Bachelors or higher degree in architecture;
2. Have at least 1 years of experience in an architect firms or architectural design institute;
3. At least involved with 1 under construction/completed projects in past working experiences, please be specifics with your role on those projects in your portfolio;
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe CS, Microsoft Office and other professional software, foundational knowledge of MAYA and parametric design preferred;
5. Posses the ability to manage and prioritize their own task and time;

O 实习生 | Internship

包括但不限于建筑/室内/工业设计及其他创意及设计类专业。

申请者需具备以下要求：
1. 大学本科二年级或以上在校生并能够保证4个月或以上的实习期，具体专业不限，只要是设计或艺术类有关专业即可；
2. 拥有较强的设计能力和独特的设计作品集，有相关工作经历者更佳；

We are seeking talented Interns with a passion for Design. This position will be based in WAY’s Beijing Office. The position requires you to work with an experienced team in all phases of design on a variety projects, and offers the opportunity to learn, practice and grow with the firm under the supervision of project lead architects, senior architects, associates and principals.

The ideal candidate should:
1. Be in their 3rd Year or above, majoring in related design based majors including but not limited to Architecture, Product Design, Installation or New Media Art,etc. The minimal internship period is 4 months or above.
2. Possess strong design abilities, be able to work independently. Candidates with related working experience will take priority.
3. Possess good command of related design software such as: AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe CS, Microsoft Office
4. Be passionate towards design, adaptable towards fast-paced working environment and possess a positive attitude in solving upcoming obstacles.

O 办公室行政与商务助理 | Office Manager 

1. 本科及以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先，有以下专业或行业背景是加分项：建筑/设计/零售/地产/招商等;
2. 负责办公室环境及场所维护，日常用品、福利采购等；协助联系沟通洽谈、公文撰写、资料收发与跟进、差旅行程安排等；
3. 熟悉合同的签订与管理；支援与项目内容相关的文字编辑与撰写；
4. 有出色的时间管理能力、文件档案管理能力、解决问题能力、执行力、人际交往能力和组织能力，具有良好的学习能力，能够快速更新知识与技能；
5. 熟悉Word, Excel等相关办公软件，对Adobe软件有基本了解；
6. 能用英语工作和交流者优先；
7. 责任心强，工作积极，适应性强，善于自我管理，具有良好的团队合作精神。

The ideal candidate should:
1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience is preferred,
2. Responsible for office environment and site maintenance, daily supplies, welfare procurement, etc.; Assist in communication and negotiation, document writing, data receiving and follow-up, travel arrangement, etc.
3. Familiar with contract signing and management; Support text editing and writing related to the project content;
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of internal and external people；
5. Familiar with Word, Excel and other related office software, and have a basic understanding of Adobe software;
6. Proficient in Mandarin and priority will be given to candidates with proficiency in English;
7. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, adaptability, self-management and strong teamspirit.
