CAA建筑事务所（CAA architects），以建筑设计为基础，从城市规划、建筑、室内、产品到艺术装置，以及虚拟城市创建等，跨越多种领域和规模。其强烈的意图是将建筑与艺术结合起来，并重新定义这两个学科在可持续性和数字技术时代是如何对未来城市产生影响，展开多领域的设计实践和跨学科研究。

CAA建筑事务所由刘昊威于2006年在北京创立，并先后在纽约、东京、香港设立办公室。刘昊威先提出“只为明天设计”的理念，后带领CAA在多年的设计实践中逐渐发展为“东方未来主义”的建筑观，在全球范围内实现各种类型项目落地。

一些设计和建设完成的重要项目包括：2020-2025年设计建成北京西山脚下的大型科创办公建筑群“西山智谷—北京协同创新园”；2019年为中国最高艺术学府—中央美术学院设计的青岛教学基地；2018年国家“一带一路”重点项目—马尔代夫临空经济区；2017年在韩国的文化项目—异斯夫独岛纪念公园；2016年的“大理南诏风情岛”旅游综合体；2012年的公益慈善项目—嫣然天使儿童医院；2009-2012年，历时三年完成中国“国家名片”的京沪高铁首列车厢室内空间研发设计等。

CAA architects is an architectural design firm involved in all aspects of design, including urban planning, architecture, interior design, product design, art installation, virtual city creation and more. We are passionate about combining Architecture and Art together and redefine how the two disciplines impact future cities in the era of sustainability and digital technology while making multi-field design practices and interdisciplinary research.

CAA architects was founded in Beijing in 2006 by Liu Haowei, and has since expanded with offices in New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. Liu initially proposed the vision of “Design for Tomorrow,” which has evolved into CAA’s architectural philosophy of “Oriental Futurism” through years of sustained practice. Guided by this approach, the firm has realized a wide range of projects worldwide.

Some of the significant completed design and construction projects include West Mountain Innovation Valley — Beijing Collaborative Innovation Park, a large-scale sci-tech campus from 2020 to 2025; CAFA Qingdao Campus in 2019; Maldives Airport Economic Zone, a national key Belt and Road Initiative project in 2018; Yisabu Doko Memorial Park in South Korea in 2017; Dali Nanzhao Folklore Island tourist complex in 2016; 2012’s charity work for Smile Angel Children’s Hospital; and the interior design of the first Shanghai-Beijing high-speed rail known as Chinese National Symbol from 2009 to 2012, etc.

With worldwide attention and recognition, CAA’s works have won many international honors and awards. 职位信息｜Job Vacancy

O 高级建筑师 Senior Architect

1. 国内外建筑专业本科及以上学历，有5年以上工作经验，有国际优秀建筑事务所经验者优先考虑；
2. 对建筑、设计、艺术领域具有国际视野和高品位审美；
3.精通建筑设计各类软件：包括Rhino、Grasshopper、Revit、AutoCAD等；
4.优秀的方案设计能力，并具有全程跟踪完成过大型建筑项目的经验；熟悉建筑设计各阶段工作任务及难点，拥有从概念设计到方案设计、扩出设计的丰富工作经验；
5.具备出色的团队领导能力，对项目进行团队管理、质量管理和时间管理；妥善排序，同时处理多项任务；
6.在国外有留学及工作经历、并且熟练中英文的双语专业人士优先考虑。

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in architecture, Minimum 5 years of international experience is preferred;
2. Understanding of structure, engineering, cost aspects and technical specifications;
3. Familiar with design software including Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD etc;
4. Involved with several under construction or completed projects in the last several years (please mention your specific role and responsibilities in your portfolio);
5. Excellent team leader and good communication skill with clients, supplier, consultant etc ;
6. English & Chinese language on professional level is preferred.

O 建筑师 Architect

1. 国内外建筑专业本科及以上学历，有2-3年以上建筑设计实践工作经验；
2. 对建筑、设计、艺术等领域有国际视野和优秀审美能力；能够快速理解并融入CAA的设计美学文化；
3. 有过1个以上建筑项目的设计全案和实际落地经验；
4. 精通各类软件：包括Rhino、Grasshopper的异型建模能力；AutoCAD、Enscape、ID等精准制图能力；并熟练运用AI作为设计辅助工具；
5. 具有强烈的团队合作精神和责任心，同时具有独立的工作能力和素养；
6. 在国外有留学及工作经历、国际优秀建筑事务所经验者优先考虑。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, with 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural design practice;
2. Demonstrates an international perspective and strong aesthetic sensibility in architecture, design, and the arts. With the ability to quickly grasp and resonate with CAA’s design philosophy and aesthetic approach;
3. Has led or substantially contributed to at least one complete architectural project from concept through realization;
4. Proficient in professional software, including advanced parametric and complex modeling using Rhino and Grasshopper; precise drafting with AutoCAD, Enscape, and InDesign; and capable of effectively utilizing AI as a design support tool;
5. Possesses strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with professionalism;
6. Overseas study or work experience, as well as experience at leading international architectural firms, will be considered an advantage.

O 市场与商务管理 Market and Business Development Manager

1、负责CAA市场与商务管理的相关工作，包含不限于市场拓展、商务沟通、项目招揽与洽谈、项目管理、投标文件制作、项目回款等；
2、负责客户关系管理，充分理解客户需求，提升合作深度和广度；
3、具备良好的美学素养，能够快速理解并对外展现CAA的设计美学文化；
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力，中英文书面与口头表达能力，对数字敏感，逻辑性强，学习能力强；
5、市场营销/公关/传媒或相关领域专业（具有建筑、艺术、设计背景更佳）；
6、本科及以上学历，具有2年以上相关行业工作经验；
7、熟练使用各类办公软件、基础的图像处理软件等；
8、英语能力强，具备海外留学与工作经历者优先考虑。

1. Responsible for CAA’s market and business management, including but not limited to market expansion, business communication, project acquisition and negotiation, project management, preparation of tender documents, and project payment collection.
2. Manage customer relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs to deepen and broaden collaboration.
3. Possess strong aesthetic literacy to swiftly comprehend and effectively communicate CAA’s design philosophy and aesthetic values.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, proficient in both written and oral English, with a keen sense of numbers, logical thinking, and a strong learning capacity;
5. A degree in marketing, public relations, media or related fields (preferably with a background in architecture, art, or design);
6. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience;
7. Proficient in using various office software and basic image processing tools;
8. Strong English proficiency is required, with preference given to candidates with overseas study or work experience.

O 建筑实习生 Architect Internship

1. 建筑学或相关专业全日制本科在读；
2. 对建筑、设计和艺术领域有高品位审美及判断力；
3. 实习申请期不少于3-6个月；
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，拥有Rhino、Grasshopper、Revit的软件操作能力，具有Photoshop，Illustrator和InDesign制图能力；
5. 申请人必须拥有优秀的个人设计作品集；
6. 有工作经验者优先考虑；
7. 中英文俱佳者优先考虑。

1. Degree in architecture or interior design or still enrolling in University;
2. Have a fresh, open minded thinking in design approach；
3. Intern is no less than 3-6 months;
4. Familiar with design software including Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite;
5. Applicant must have excellent design portfolio;
6. Intern work experience preferred;
7. English & Chinese language is preferred.

O 媒体实习生 Media Internship

1、协助CAA市场与媒体专员进行项目理念的国内外媒体平台传播、发布与合作沟通、接洽的相关工作；
2、对建筑行业有初步了解，对新媒体有较强的感知力；
3、建筑/公关/传媒/市场营销或相关专业本科及以上背景（具有建筑、艺术、设计背景更佳）的应届毕业生；
4、外向开朗，具有较强的时间管理能力、沟通能力；
5、良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，外籍人士优先考虑；
6、熟练操作Microsoft Office、Photoshop、InDesign等办公软件；
7、实习申请期不少于3~6个月。

1.Assist the marketing and media specialist of CAA architects in communicating and releasing the project concept on overseas media platforms and in international cooperation and communication;
2.Basic knowledge of the architecture industry and a strong sense of new media;
3.Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture / PR /media / marketing or related major (Candidate with architecture, art or design background is preferred);
4.Outgoing and cheerful, with strong time management skills and communication skills;
5.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, foreigners are preferred;
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign and other working software;
7.The whole internship period shall be no less than 3~6 months.
