O 初级建筑设计师 Junior Architectural Designer（上海 Shanghai/北京Beijing）

任职资格：
1.建筑学本科及以上学历，具有海外留学背景者优先；
2.1-5年建筑设计相关工作经验，有城市更新、文旅、酒店、商业综合体或综合开发项目经验者优先；
3.熟练掌握 AutoCAD、Revit、Enscape、Rhino、Grasshopper、Adobe Creative Suite 及D5 等设计软件。

职责与能力要求：
1.对数字化设计、可视化技术及 AI 工具有浓厚兴趣，并能够探索其在设计及项目交付中的应用；
2.能够协助项目设计概念的形成与表达，制作高质量的概念图、分析图及视觉化展示成果；
3.具备良好的空间理解与设计表达能力，能够将设计概念转化为完整且富有体验感的建筑空间与形态。

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; overseas academic experience is preferred.
2.1-5 years of professional experience, preferably in urban regeneration, mixed-use developments, hospitality, cultural tourism, or commercial projects.
3.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, and D5.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes：
1.Demonstrate a strong interest in leveraging emerging digital design, visualization, and AI-enabled technologies to enhance project delivery and design communication.
2.Support the development of design concepts through the production of compelling diagrams, visual narratives, and analytical presentations.
3.Contribute to the advancement of architectural concepts into coherent spatial, formal, and experiential design solutions.

O 资深建筑设计师 Senior Architectural Designer（上海 Shanghai/北京Beijing）

任职资格：
1.建筑学本科及以上学历，具有海外留学背景者优先；
2.5年以上建筑设计经验，有大型商业综合体及综合开发项目经验者优先；具备城市更新、文旅或酒店项目经验者更佳；
3.熟练掌握 AutoCAD、Revit、Enscape、Rhino、Grasshopper、Adobe Creative Suite 及D5 等设计软件。

职责与能力要求：
1.具备卓越的设计创意能力、设计领导力和审美判断力；
2.能够独立负责项目从概念策划、方案设计到成果交付的全过程；
3.对设计流程和项目推进具有全面的统筹与把控能力。

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; overseas academic experience is preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with demonstrated involvement in large-scale mixed-use and commercial developments. Experience in urban regeneration, hospitality, or cultural tourism projects is highly desirable.
3.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, and D5.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes：
1.Possess exceptional conceptual design capabilities, design leadership skills, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
2.Demonstrate the ability to independently lead projects from initial concept development through final design delivery.
3.Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of design processes and project execution.

O 初级室内设计师 Junior Interior Designer（上海 Shanghai/北京Beijing）

任职资格：
1.室内设计、建筑学或工业设计相关专业本科及以上学历，具有海外留学背景者优先；
2.1-5年相关工作经验，有城市更新、文旅、酒店、商业综合体或综合开发项目经验者优先；
3.熟悉室内材料、节点构造及施工工艺；
4.具有高端商业、奢侈品零售、购物中心或酒店室内设计项目经验者优先；
5.熟练掌握 AutoCAD、Revit、Enscape、Rhino、Grasshopper、Adobe Creative Suite 及D5 等设计软件；
6.熟悉 Google Gemini、Nano Banana 等 AI 平台者优先考虑。

职责与能力要求：
1.参与各类高品质室内设计项目的概念研究与设计实施；
2.与跨专业团队紧密协作，共同推动项目设计与落地；
3.具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design; overseas academic experience is preferred.
2.1-5 years of professional experience, preferably in urban regeneration, hospitality, cultural tourism, mixed-use, or commercial developments.
3.Strong knowledge of interior materials, detailing, and construction methodologies.
4.Experience in luxury retail, high-end shopping malls, hospitality, or related interior design projects is preferred.
5.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, and D5.
6.Familiarity with AI platforms such as Google Gemini or Nano Banana is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes：
1.Support the development of innovative and high-quality interior design solutions across a variety of project typologies.
2.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process.

O 资深室内设计师 Senior Interior Designer（上海 Shanghai/北京Beijing）

任职资格：
1.室内设计、建筑学或工业设计相关专业本科及以上学历，具有海外留学背景者优先；
2.5年以上相关工作经验，具有大型商业综合体或综合开发项目经验者优先；
3.在高端商业、酒店、体验式零售、非标商业及新零售领域拥有丰富项目经验，并对相关行业保持高度热情；
4.熟练掌握 AutoCAD、Revit、Enscape、Rhino、Grasshopper、Adobe Creative Suite 及D5 等设计软件。

职责与能力要求：
1.负责高品质室内设计项目从概念创意到设计实施的全过程；
2.展现优秀的设计能力和项目管理能力，打造具有独特体验价值的空间环境；
3.具备较强的设计表达、客户沟通及团队协作能力。

Qualifications:
