Cloud7 Architecture (云七建筑) 是一家建筑室内设计公司，于美国西雅图、上海设有办公室。事务所主持人皆为美国注册建筑师，有丰富的国际视野与经验。他们希望能致力打造独特富有内涵的建筑室内设计空间，并进一步对商业地产产业与环境做出贡献与反思。提出多元化的声音，为业主、多元环境及使用者发声。

Cloud7 Architecture is an architectural and interior design firm with offices in Seattle, USA, and Shanghai. The principals of the firm are all licensed American architects with extensive international vision and experience. They are dedicated to creating unique and meaningful architectural and interior design spaces, while further contributing to and reflecting on the commercial real estate industry and the environment. They strive to raise diverse voices on behalf of clients, diverse environments, and users.

Cloud7 Architecture aims to discern the essence and vision of a project from its function, environment, and users, and to make them understood and perceived through design. Our recent work includes a series of urban renewal projects in high-intensity urban areas, covering commercial, hospitality, office, apartment, residential, mixed-use, and super high-rise developments, as well as low-intensity laboratory and headquarters campuses, tourism centers, and ecology-oriented architectural design and urban renewal and renovation. Our aspiration is to promote environmental improvement, encourage and discover good elements, and reconnect quality commercial spaces with the environment. We look forward to further supporting commercial real estate, enterprises, and the environment to envision a better future.

O AI 设计师
基本要求：
1.3–6 年 AI / Computer Vision / Generative AI 相关经验；能力较强的 2–3 年候选人亦可
2.熟练使用 Python、PyTorch
3.有实际 Image Generation / Image Editing 经验，不仅限于调用 API
4.熟悉至少一套 Diffusion / Flow Model，包括：
– FLUX
– Stable Diffusion / SDXL
– Diffusers
– ComfyUI
5.有实际 LoRA / Fine-tuning / ControlNet / Image Conditioning经验
6.理解：
– Depth
– Normal Map
– Edge / Canny
– Segmentation
– Mask / Inpainting
– Multi-reference Image
7.能够独立建立 Inference Pipeline，而非完全依赖 Midjourney、ChatGPT API
8.有GPU Deployment 经验，包括 CUDA、VRAM Optimization、Batching、Quantization
9.熟悉 Git / Docker / Linux
10.能处理 Rhino Screenshot / Clay Render → AI Rendering
11.能解决建筑 AI 中 Geometry、Camera、Window、Floor、Column 等关键建筑信息的一致性问题
12.能建立 Rhino / Revit → Depth / Normal / Material ID → AI 的 Pipeline
13.能训练公司自己的 LoRA / Style Model / Project-specific Model
14.能建立 Private Dataset，确保数据不流入第三方训练
15.对 Image Similarity、Consistency、Design Iteration 有一定理解

O 中级建筑设计师 Intermediate Architectural Designer
基本要求：
1.优秀设计能力；
2.建筑学本科及以上学历；
3.作为全职建筑设计师在专业领域拥有三年以上工作经验（不包含实习经验）；
4.具备项目设计执行能力和复杂的工作环境中较强的沟通能力和组织能力；
5.能够熟练进行商业类建筑的空间组织；
6.对建筑系统有框架性的认知；
7.能够与客户和项目组紧密合作，积极配合设计团队及掌握业主需求，也可独立主持及带领团队完成高质量项目；
8.英文和中文（普通话）能力兼具；
9.熟练掌握各种设计软件。
作品集中需包含必要的专业图纸。

Basic Qualifications:
1.Strong design sensibility and conceptual rigor;
2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture;
3.Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in architecture (excluding internships);
4.Demonstrated ability to execute design tasks and coordinate effectively in complex project environments;
5.Proficiency in commercial architectural spatial planning and organization;
6.A solid understanding of architectural systems and design frameworks;
7.Ability to collaborate closely with clients and project teams, contribute proactively to design development, and lead or co-lead teams in delivering high-quality design outcomes;
8.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written);
9.Proficiency in a range of architectural design software tools.
A complete portfolio including relevant technical drawings is required.

O 初级建筑设计师 Junior Architectural Designer
基本要求：
1. 优秀设计能力，对建筑艺术有执著的追求，具有优秀的方案创作能力和建筑构思创意，思维敏锐、活跃，保持进取的学习心态；
2. 建筑学本科及以上学历;
3. 作为全职建筑设计师在专业领域拥有一年以上工作经验（不包含实习经验）；
4. 对建筑系统有基本常识性认知；
5. 责任心强，积极配合项目设计师/建筑师完成设计工作；
6. 英文和中文（普通话）能力兼具；
7. 熟练掌握各种设计软件。
作品集中可包含学生时代作品。

Basic Qualifications:
1.Strong design talent with a genuine passion for architecture; demonstrated conceptual creativity and design thinking; agile, curious, and self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset;
2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture;
3.Minimum of 1 year of full-time professional experience in architecture (excluding internships);
4.Foundational understanding of architectural systems and construction logic;
5.Highly responsible, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to support project architects/designers in executing design tasks;
6.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written);
7.Proficiency in a range of architectural design software tools.
Portfolio may include student work.

O 室内设计师 Interior Designer
基本要求：
1.建筑学、室内设计及相关专业本科以上学历，对设计有执著的追求，较强的审美能力，思维敏锐、活跃；
2.三年以上相关领域的工作经验；
3.在主创指导下有能力完成整套概念设计、方案设计、方案深化设计或施工图设计，对现场施工中的材料及节点问题有解决经验，完成从设计概念到落地施工流程的监督和控制；
4.对设备熟悉，具有根据项目特殊设计开发节点的能力。
5.掌握商业室内空间设计、软装设计的全案设计能力，并熟知室内设计的相关法律规范；
6.对设计工作有热情，高度的责任心，积极与团队及项目各专业沟通。
7.有良好的理解和沟通能力，较强的组织协调及解决问题的能力。
8.英文和中文（普通话）能力兼具；
9.熟练使用工程类、设计类工作软件
作品集中需包含必要的专业图纸。

Basic Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; strong passion for design, a refined aesthetic sensibility, and agile, creative thinking;
2.Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;
3.Ability to independently deliver full interior design packages under the guidance of the lead designer, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation; familiarity with on-site construction processes, detailing, and material resolution; capable of overseeing the design from concept through execution;
4.Familiarity with building systems and the ability to develop custom design solutions for project-specific technical challenges;
5.Comprehensive understanding of commercial spatial design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) coordination, with knowledge of applicable codes and interior design regulations;
6.Strong design enthusiasm, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively within a team setting;
7.Excellent comprehension, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong coordination capabilities;
8.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written);
9.Proficiency in both architectural and interior design software tools.
The portfolio must include relevant technical drawings and documentation.
