自成立以来，PHA湃昂的作品不断斩获国内外权威设计大奖。2015年昆明俊发东方广场（春之眼）项目在伦敦取得国际最佳商业建筑设计大奖（IPA2015）之后，PHA湃昂相继荣获最佳综合体建筑、最佳商业零售建筑、最佳公共服务建筑、最佳休闲建筑、最佳零售室内多个类别最高荣誉。2019年PHA湃昂受邀参加了第16届威尼斯国际建筑双年展香港特展和深港城市\建筑双城双年展。PHA湃昂为香港置地重庆The Ring光环购物公园打造的“城市自然共同体”及“植物园生态购物中心”理念，以其创新鲜明的建筑空间设计，获得了2022年房地产领袖高峰会大奖（MIPIM Awards）最佳购物中心最终提名奖，成为目前备受业内瞩目的明星项目。

PH Alpha Design (PHA) is an international architectural and interior design practice with headquarter in Hong Kong, branches in London, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing. Having over 50 professional designers from across the world, PHA emphasizes the introduction and cultivation of talents. It aims at providing a quality platform for them to reach their full potential.

With innovative design and leading design concepts, PHA has been making constant breakthroughs in architectural design, interior design and comprehensive planning, including shopping centers, commercial retail space, commercial blocks, A A office, hotels and private houses, cultural architecture planning and so on. 招聘职位 | Job Vacancy 

O 高级建筑设计师

任职资格：
1、建筑学学士或相关专业以上学历，五年以上建筑设计工作经验，担任过大中型商业综合体主创设计师；
2、方案创作能力强，良好的设计理念，精通设计规范，熟悉整个项目的运作流程，具有管理小型建筑师团队的经验，能独立带领设计团队完成各阶段工作,有较好的对接业主的能力；
3、对所负责的项目和工作具有强烈的责任感，有一定的抗压能力，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够积极主动地致力于独立改进；
4、熟练使用Rhino、Grasshopper、AutoCAD、Sketchup、Photoshop、Indesign等绘图软件；
5、熟练使用Lumion、D5、Enscape等渲染软件；
6、有海外学习及工作经验或外企工作经验并具备良好英语沟通能力者优先考虑。

O 建筑设计师

任职资格：
1、建筑学学士或相关专业以上学历，三年以上大型建筑设计公司工作经验；
2、有较强的后期深化及施工图经验，具备方案设计、扩初设计、施工图设计、施工配合等阶段的工作经验，并熟悉各阶段工作流程，能高效高质量的完成分配的工作；
3、熟悉建筑行业规范，热爱设计，富有激情，有责任心，有较强的团队合作能力；
4、熟练使用AutoCAD、天正、Sketchup、Photoshop、Indesign等绘图软件；
5、有参数化设计软件使用经验者优先考虑（如：Rhino、Grasshopper）；
6、熟练使用Lumion、D5、Enscape等渲染软件；
7、有海外学习及工作经验或外企工作经验并具备良好英语沟通能力者优先考虑。

O 室内设计师

任职资格：
1、环艺、室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历;
2、三年以上从事公装室内设计工作经验，有商业设计经验、现场工地工作经验者优先；
3、掌握人体工程学理论，对造型尺寸比例有较准确的认识，对色彩及流行风向等有敏锐的把控力；
4、精通基础软件（3Dmax/SketchUp/AutoCad/ps），熟练使用Lumion、D5、Enscape等渲染软件；
5、善于发现问题，有较强的团队合作能力、沟通协调能力和较强的宣讲能力；
6、具备良好的工作积极性和服务精神。

O 深化设计师

任职资格：
1、室内设计、建筑设计或相关专业大专以上学历，五年以上设计工装施工图工作经验，中大型空间绘图经验及现场设计服务经验；
2、熟悉建筑和室内设计规范、施工图节点大样制图规范并对施工工艺和验收标准及规范相当了解，有一定的施工现场经验；
3、熟练、规范绘制施工图方案深化图，能独立完成整套施工图绘制，精通施工工艺节点，熟悉装饰材料的特征及运用方式；
4、对工装中相关专业有初步了解（水暖、强弱电、消防等）；
5、具备良好的沟通表达能力，组织与协调能力强，有团队合作精神，工作责任心强，具有工作抗压能力，能吃苦耐劳；
6、精通AutoCAD、Sketchup、Photoshop、Indesign等设计绘图软件。

O 商务经理

任职资格：
1、市场营销、建筑学、景观学、工程学等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具有三年以上建筑规划设计行业商务市场岗位工作经验，熟悉招投标及项目流程；
3、具有投标项目的标书制作、投标管理，确保项目顺利中标的工作经验及能力；
4、具备出色的市场开拓、商务接待及商务谈判能力，能与客户进行前期商务沟通，解决处理合约执行过程中出现的问题并协调相关方关系；
5、能较好的跟进项目进度及具有较强的后期收款能力；
6、具有收集行业动态的意识及进一步拓展业务渠道和组织市场开发工作的能力；
7、具备良好的职业道德、团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承受一定压力，致力于建筑行业长期发展。
8、能接受短期出差。
