项目位于云南昆明，套内面积84平的精装房改造。常驻人口为妈妈和准备上小学的小朋友，长辈偶尔会过来。原本的精装千篇一律缺乏美感，地面在原始基础上铺上了一层新的地板，墙面和顶面去除多余造型，房门更换。将空间基础归零后，再分配材质，体块，格局。

The project is a renovation of an 84-square-meter hardcover apartment in Kunming, Yunnan. The permanent residents are a mother and a child about to start elementary school, with elderly family members occasionally visiting. The original hardcover design was generic and lacked aesthetic appeal. On this basis, a new layer of flooring was added to the existing floors, while walls and ceilings were stripped of excessive decorative elements, and doors were replaced. After resetting the spatial foundation, materials, volumes, and layout were redistributed.

客厅
Living Room

原本的阳台门拆除后，垭口选择了保留原始混凝土肌理的质感。

After the original balcony door was removed, the reveal walls were intentionally left with their raw concrete texture exposed.

用卡座代替了主沙发，相比较于100公分的沙发，60公分的卡座释放了更多的空间给到客厅动线上。

A fixed wooden banquette replaces the conventional sofa. At 60cm deep versus a standard 100cm sofa, this space-saving solution creates more generous circulation space along the primary living area pathway.

围着混泥土墙做的隔板是视线的焦点，摆上小棵的绿植，和阳台的大棵形成很棒的植物角。

The floating shelf wrapping around the concrete wall becomes a visual focal point. When adorned with petite potted plants, it creates a harmonious plant corner that beautifully complements the larger greenery on the balcony.

餐厅
Dining Room

原本精装的吊顶拆掉后，内部的管线都做了改道，加上昆明的气候不需要使用空调，所有的顶面都是原始层高，没有多余造型。

The original hardcover ceiling was demolished with all concealed utilities rerouted, exposing the raw slab height throughout – a clean, unadorned overhead plane.

餐桌的桌面是防火板的材质，耐污，好打理。

The dining table features a fireproof laminate surface, offering stain resistance and easy maintenance.

主卧
Master Bedroom

主卧的顶面和客厅垭口同样保留了原始的混泥土模板的肌理，粗粝的质感使人更加放松。

The primary bedroom ceiling and living room doorway walls preserve the original concrete formwork texture, their raw and tactile materiality creating a deeply relaxing atmosphere.

原本主卧的门是正对的客厅，将床靠墙后增加了一组矮柜阻隔视线，增强了一定的私密性。原本卫生间墙到窗户的位置做成通长的衣柜。

The original layout had the primary bedroom door directly facing the living room. By repositioning the bed against the wall and adding a low cabinet as a visual barrier, we enhanced privacy. A full-length wardrobe was installed spanning from the bathroom wall to the window.

从卧室门口的矮柜转身后，面对窗户的墙面刷了黑色的乳胶漆，视线聚焦满满的绿意。

Upon turning past the low cabinet at the bedroom entrance, one encounters a window-facing wall painted in matte black latex paint – a dramatic backdrop that intensifies the lush greenery framed by the window.

儿童房
Kids’ Room

儿童房的床同样旋转的角度靠墙摆放。

The bed in the kids’ room is also positioned at an angle against the wall.

靠墙的地方做了护墙，避免后期小朋友蹭脏墙面。书桌的高度可以调节。

A protective wall panel was installed along the perimeter to prevent scuff marks from the child’s daily activities. The desk features an adjustable-height mechanism.

书房
Study Room

书房留了一组沙发床，后面给客人留宿使用。

The room is equipped with a convertible sofa-bed to accommodate overnight guests.
