Project Background | Symbiosis of Economy and Poetry

在经济紧缩的浪潮下，企业选择以更集约的空间应对变化。本案以“保留原家具、零新增预算”为前提，挑战将原有办公面积缩减一半，通过重构布局与材料创新，在有限成本中探索功能与美学的平衡，赋予微型空间以“日常的诗意”——让效率与温度并存。

Amidst the tide of economic downturn, businesses are opting for more compact spaces to adapt. This project, under the premise of “retaining existing furniture with zero additional budget,” challenges itself to halve the original office area. Through spatial reconfiguration and material innovation, it explores a balance between functionality and aesthetics within limited costs, endowing the micro-space with “poetry of the everyday”—where efficiency and warmth coexist.

空间策略 | 模块化网格的智慧重组
Spatial Strategy | Intelligent Reorganization of Modular Grids

原始场地（7.8m×12m）以18个2m×2.3m的网格为设计单元，通过动态调整实现空间效率最大化：

The original site (7.8m × 12m) adopts 18 modular units (2m × 2.3m) as the design framework, maximizing spatial efficiency through dynamic adjustments:

横向分区：外廊道区域设置双网格会客室，中部压缩走道至单网格，内部临窗办公区保留三网格，引入自然光与景观，营造静谧办公氛围。

纵向延展：入口区与会客室一、二各占一网格，通过微调走道宽度扩大会客区容量，提升社交功能的舒适度。

边隙利用：两侧0.45m非标区域巧妙嵌入材料展架、文件柜及清洁工具，实现“零浪费”收纳。

Horizontal Zoning: A dual-grid meeting room is placed in the outer corridor area. The central aisle is compressed to a single grid. The inner window-facing office zone retains three grids, harnessing natural light and views to cultivate a tranquil workspace.

Vertical Extension: The entrance area and Meeting Rooms 1/2 each occupy one grid. Adjusting aisle widths expands meeting area capacity, enhancing comfort for social interactions.

Marginal Utilization: Non-standard 0.45m zones along both sides embed material displays, filing cabinets, and cleaning tools, achieving “zero-waste” storage.

材料叙事 | 低价不廉价
Material Narrative | Low Cost, Not Low Quality

光影表皮：40cm×40cm镀锌管框架内嵌阳光板，低成本材质在日光下呈现轻透闪烁的肌理，模糊内外边界，营造朦胧的呼吸感。

Light and Shadow Surfaces: Galvanized steel frames (40cm × 40cm) embedded with polycarbonate panels create lightweight, translucent textures under sunlight, blurring interior-exterior boundaries and evoking an ambiguous, breathable ambiance.

秩序与遮蔽：细密横条纹蜂巢帘覆盖储物区，以简约线条统一视觉，同时赋予空间稳定的节奏感，化解杂乱，回归整洁本质。

Order and Concealment: Dense horizontal-striped honeycomb curtains cloak storage areas, unifying visuals with minimalist lines while instilling rhythmic stability, dissolving clutter to restore pristine simplicity.

情感锚点 | 一盏灯的温度
Emotional Anchor | The Warmth of a Single Lamp

和风纸灯悬于空间核心，如温柔的守望者——晨昏交替时，灯光与自然光影交织，记录团队协作的日常与访客往来的瞬间。纸的质朴与光的流动，隐喻时间与人文的交融，为理性空间注入感性灵魂。

A Japanese-style paper lantern hangs at the space’s core, like a gentle sentinel. At dawn and dusk, its glow intertwines with natural light, documenting moments of teamwork and visitor interactions. The rustic texture of paper and the fluidity of light serve as a metaphor for the fusion of time and humanity, infusing a rational space with an emotional soul.

Design Value | Grand Philosophy in Small Spaces

本案以“节制设计”回应时代命题：通过模块重组、材料创新与情感化细节，证明有限预算与面积从不是创意的枷锁。在这里，功能与诗意不再对立，而是共同编织出属于平凡日常的深刻意义。柒构设计，让每一寸空间皆可抵达生活的本质。

This project responds to contemporary challenges through “restrained design”: modular reorganization, material innovation, and emotional detailing prove that limited budgets and square footage need not shackle creativity. Here, functionality and poetry cease to oppose—they intertwine to weave profound significance into the ordinary. Sform Design: Where every inch of space connects to the essence of life.
