Appreciation towards RE：studio for providing the following description:

挂长空水幕云天，
落人间星河点点。
入夜色江风倒影，
望左岸一色云烟。

这是RE:studio工作室创始人胡哲为苏州重建现代服务产业园项目作的一首诗，充分体现了整个园区在娄江左岸的标识性与在地精神，为江北现代服务产业区写下了浓重的一笔。本项目位于苏州工业园区现代服务业产业园核心区域，金鸡湖以北，紧邻娄江，交通便利，位置优越，是园区中第一个启动的项目，占地面积约4.27公顷，规划建筑面积约22.5万㎡。

This is a poem written by Joe Hu, the founder of RE:studio, for the Suzhou reconstruction modern service industrial park project. It fully embodies the iconicity and local spirit of the entire park on the left bank of Loujiang River, and writes for Jiangbei Modern Service Industrial Park. This project is located in the core area of the Modern Service Industry Park of Suzhou Industrial Park, north of Jinji Lake and close to Loujiang River. It has convenient transportation and a superior location. It is the first project to be launched in the park. It covers an area of about 4.27 hectares and the planned construction area is about 225,000 square meters.

RE:studio在产业园的设计之路上一直上下而求索，本项目中通过营造多样的功能业态、兼具标识性与在地性的建筑形态，以及园区内外丰富的生态环境，打造“业态、形态、生态”三态合一的现代服务园区，以设计为产业赋能。经过为众多国内外知名企业的设计服务，已经形成了一套成熟的设计体系架构，拥有了敏锐的市场观察力，独特的创新能力，具有前瞻性的新技术新材料的运用，场所精神的重塑，以及放眼未来的可持续发展思维。

RE:studio has been exploring the design of industrial parks. In this project, by creating a variety of functional formats, architectural forms that are both iconic and local, as well as a rich ecological environment inside and outside the park, we create “formats, forms, ecology” and empowering industries with design. After providing design services to many well-known domestic and foreign companies, it has formed a mature design system architecture, possessing keen market observation, unique innovation capabilities, forward-looking application of new technologies and new materials, and the emphasis on place spirit. plasticity, and sustainable development thinking that looks to the future.

项目以“方圆之间·方圆之简”为规划理念，运用方与圆的基本元素：虚的“圆”作为场所精神的核心，实的“方”凝聚成组，组团间由自然景观串联，形成了丰富多样的第三空间，增加了人们遇见、停留和交流的机会，带动活力，激发创新。

The project takes “Between squares and circles, simplicity of squares” as the planning concept, and uses the basic elements of square and circle: the virtual “circle” is the core of the place spirit, and the solid “square” is condensed into groups, and the groups are connected by the natural landscape. A rich and diverse third space is formed, increasing opportunities for people to meet, stay and communicate, driving vitality and stimulating innovation.

园区分为东西两个地块，东区居住，功能主要为公寓式酒店、配套商业等，为园区提供服务平台；西区商务，功能主要为研发办公、研发中心、展示中心、园区餐厅等，作为园区产业平台。绿色景观作为整个园区的核心，将场地内外景观统筹合一，形成有机的生态平台。三平台一起打造江北绿谷现代服务业产业园。东西地块之间有城市轨道交通经过，并在地块两角设有出入口。通过TOD开发模式，临近地铁口的位置设计建筑密度较高，高效便捷地把园区和城市链接起来，打造园区标识性。整个园区建筑高度由北向南呈阶梯状态势，沿娄江一侧密度较低，将园区空间向城市景观打开。

The park is divided into two plots: east and west. The residential area in the east is mainly used for apartment hotels and supporting businesses, providing a service platform for the park. The commercial area in the west is mainly used for R&D offices, R&D centers, exhibition centers, and restaurants in the park. It serves as a park Industrial platform. As the core of the entire park, green landscape integrates the internal and external landscapes of the site to form an organic ecological platform. The three platforms will work together to build Jiangbei Green Valley Modern Service Industry Industrial Park. Subway passes between the east and west plots, and there are entrances and exits at both corners of the plot. Through the TOD development model, the building density near the subway entrance is designed to be higher, linking the park to the city efficiently and conveniently, and creating the identity of the park. The building height of the entire park is in a stepped pattern from north to south, with a lower density on the side along the Loujiang River, opening the park space to the urban landscape.

环抱型围合场所，室内空间的延伸
The enclosed place is an extension of the interior space

空中廊桥与轨道站点出口相连，可有效将人群引流入园区中心，形成环廊与各楼栋紧密结合，为使用者提供便捷的风雨廊；环廊中心绿地打造星光舞台，增强景观和使用者的互动性，围合型空间营造出舒适的尺度感及社区归属感。

The sky bridge is connected to the exit of the subway, which can effectively guide people into the center of the park, forming a circular corridor that is closely integrated with each building, providing users with a convenient avoiding wind and rain; the central green space of the circular corridor creates a starlight stage, enhancing the landscape and users. The interactive, enclosed space creates a comfortable sense of scale and a sense of community belonging.

开放式园区，交流互动，服务共享
Open park, communication and interaction, service sharing

沿河流景观带，临城市主干道，位于园区东南角的多功能厅，不仅是园区的形象展示，更是城市的共享平台。滨河步道、景观坡地、咖啡、餐厅等配套功能，可用于临时展览、活动讲座、沙龙交流以及产品发布等场景。丰富的空间吸引人们在这里聚集，休闲、放松、非正式的交流，提升园区活力，结合生态景观，共同提升城市风貌。

Along the river landscape belt, adjacent to the city’s main road, the multi-functional hall located in the southeast corner of the park is not only an image display of the park, but also a sharing platform for the city. Supporting functions such as riverside trails, landscape slopes, coffee, and restaurants can be used for temporary exhibitions, event lectures, salon exchanges, and product launches. The rich space attracts people to gather here for leisure, relaxation and informal communication, which enhances the vitality of the park and combines with the ecological landscape to jointly enhance the urban style.

在地文化的体现，场所精神的重塑
The embodiment of local culture and the reshaping of the spirit of place

项目南侧紧邻娄江景观带和快速路，具有很好形象展示性。建筑形象设计结合江水的场所特质打造特色立面效果：建筑底部和展示中心立面运用点釉玻璃、穿孔板、圆形窗洞等，营造波光粼粼、星光点点的活力氛围；塔楼上部玻璃幕墙，设计装饰性横向挑板构件，辅以灯带，疏密有致，华灯初上，创造水波一般的光影幕布。

The south side of the project is close to the Loujiang landscape belt and expressway, which has a good image display. The architectural image design combines the local characteristics of the river to create a distinctive facade effect: the bottom of the building and the exhibition center facade use dot-glazed glass, perforated panels, circular window openings, etc. to create a sparkling, starry and energetic atmosphere; the upper glass curtain wall of the tower, Design decorative horizontal cantilever components, supplemented by light strips, with regular density. When the lights are first turned on, they create a light and shadow curtain like water waves.

The architectural design combines the site characteristics of the river to create a distinctive facade effect: the bottom of the building and the exhibition center facade use dot-glazed glass, perforated panels, circular window openings, etc. to create a sparkling, starry and energetic atmosphere.
