Founded in 1999 in Singapore, Cendes Design has grown over the past 25 years into a multidisciplinary architectural practice with a strong international presence. The firm operates offices in Chengdu, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Jinan, and other cities, with a team of approximately 200 design professionals. Our work spans across China, Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa, covering a wide range of project types including urban planning, mixed-use developments, industrial parks, public architecture, and residential communities.

In 2005, Cendes Design was awarded the Class A Architectural Design Qualification by China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Since its inception, the firm has remained committed to advancing sustainable architecture, delivering innovative, forward-thinking solutions tailored to diverse project needs worldwide. In 2015, Cendes Design was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (ChiNext board), becoming one of the few publicly traded, privately owned design firms in China’s A-share market with a truly global perspective.

O 设计总监 Design Director (北京)

职位要求:
1. 建筑学本科及以上学历，有海外教育背景者优先；
2. 具有5年及以上建筑设计实践经验，有国际知名建筑事务所工作背景者优先；
3. 拥有出色的空间美学素养和方案设计能力，具备大型项目从概念到落地的全流程实践经验；
4. 具备优秀的团队领导能力和项目统筹能力，能够高效管理多任务并行的工作流程；
5. 熟练掌握各主流设计软件。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture; overseas educational background is a plus
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in architectural design; experience with internationally renowned architecture firms is preferred
3. Strong sense of spatial aesthetics and conceptual design ability, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects from concept to completion
4. Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
5. Proficient in major design software

O 室内建筑师 Interior Architect（北京）

职位要求：
1. 建筑学或室内设计本科及以上学历，有海外学习背景者优先；
2. 具有3年及以上室内设计经验，具备大型办公、商业空间完整设计项目经验者优先；
3. 兼具优秀的设计能力和审美素养，能够敏锐把握建造细节和落地效果；
4. 责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神；
5. 熟练掌握各主流设计软件。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or Interior Design; overseas education is a plus
2. Minimum 3 years of interior design experience, preferably with full-cycle design experience in large-scale office or commercial projects
3. Strong design skills and aesthetic sensibility, with keen attention to construction details and execution quality
4. Highly responsible with strong team collaboration skills
5. Proficient in major design software

O 建筑师 Architect （北京）

职位要求:
1. 建筑学本科及以上学历，具备海外学习背景者优先；
2. 具有2年及以上建筑设计实践经验，有国际化建筑事务所或公建项目经验者优先；
3 .具备出色的空间美学洞察力和艺术感知力，富有设计理想和追求；
4. 熟练掌握各主流设计软件。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture; overseas education is a plus
2. Minimum 2 years of architectural design experience; experience with international firms or public projects is preferred
3. Strong spatial and aesthetic sensibility, with a passion for design excellence
4. Proficient in major design software

O 新媒体运营专员 New Media Specialist （北京）

职位要求:
1. 建筑/设计/艺术本科及以上学历，具备海外学习背景者优先；
2. 具有2年以上相关领域媒体&公关工作经验，熟悉行业相关资源；
3. 对建筑、设计、艺术有浓厚兴趣，具备国际视野，熟悉新媒体运作方式；
4. 擅长与人沟通和团队协作，具备出色的组织协调能力；
5. 熟练使用Adobe Suite/Microsoft Office等专业软件，具备平面设计和视频剪辑能力者优先。

Requirements:
1. Degree in Architecture, Design, or Art; international education preferred;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in media or PR; with strong industry connections;
3. Passion for architecture, design, and art; globally minded and social media savvy
4. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
5. Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office; graphic design and video editing skills are a plus

O 建筑实习生 Intern architect（北京）

职位要求：
1. 建筑学专业背景大学四年级及研究生在读或已毕业，具备海外学习经历者优先；
2. 具备良好的设计能力与研究能力；
3. 熟练掌握常用设计软件；
4. 实习期不少于3个月。

Requirements:
1. Background in Architecture; current senior-year undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate. Overseas education is a plus
2. Strong design and research skills
3. Proficient in design software
4. Availability for an internship of at least 3 months
