AURA由位于中国上海和美国劳德代尔堡两家工作室组成。我们为客户提供全程专业的土地规划，景观设计和城市设计服务，致力于营造富有活力的城市空间、宜人的人居环境、高雅的商业气氛和回归自然的旅游规划。

AURA provides professional master planning, landscape architecture, and urban design services, managed by Shanghai and Fort Lauderdale studios. Our practice undertakes a wide range of projects located throughout Asia, US and Caribbean Region. We aim to create desirable urban space, livable environment, dynamic commercial development and natural hospitality projects.

AURA’s design philosophy is rooted in deep understanding of the urban historical and cultural context, as well as pursuit for innovative, unique and efficient project.  The landscape of a site integrates its culture, history and natural conditions. We respect nature and ecology, we support sustainable planning and design approach to all of our projects.

At Aura, the team are organized for each project, led by an experienced project director. The team is made to allow maximize the expertise and experiences for the high standard work. O 项目组设计总监
 Team Director

1. 重点院校建筑，景观或风景园林相关专业研究生以上学历，12年以上工作经验，有国际设计公司经验优先，必须英文听说写流利；
2. 有带领10人以上团队进行整个项目运作经验，制定项目计划及时间分配表，合理优化组内人员工作分配，监督把控项目全阶段的推进；
3. 根据客户需求，领导团队地进行创意设计，包括对设计项目进行市场定位，营销主题，风格定位, 系统化勾勒, 把控整体项目的平面及效果呈现；
4. 组织协调和监督中高级设计师的工作任务，总监需总体负责团队所有项目的方案提案到施工图设计和现场施工质量；
5. 主创和主持过多种类型项目，特别是丰富的商业和办公类项目经验；
6. 工作极具领导力，积极主动，责任心强，和高效率。

1. Master degree or above in architecture, landscape architecture or related major from the key universities, more than 12 years’ working experience, prefer international design firm experiences, proficient in English;
2. Led the 10 people team to carry out the whole project operation, formulated the project plan and time allocation table, reasonably optimized the work allocation of the team members, and supervised and controlled the progress of the whole project phase;
3. According to client’s needs, lead the team to carry out creative design, including market positioning, concept scheme, style positioning, systematic layout of the design project, and control the plans and the presentation;
4. Organize, coordinate and supervise the work tasks of intermediate and senior designers. The director shall be responsible for all the conceptual proposals and schematic design to the site supervision of the all team,
5. Lead in a variety of projects, with rich experience in commercial and office projects;
6. Strong leadership, Proactive, responsible, able to adapt to high efficiency working environment.

O 中级方案设计师
 Landscape Architect

1. 重点院校景观或风景园林相关专业本科以上学历，4年以上工作经验；
2. 能够独立完成中小型项目方案设计，熟悉方案至施工图后期现场服务全案设计流程；
3. 参与过多种类型项目，有一定经验积累；
4. 工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应高效率的工作环境并具备良好的团队合作精神。

1. Bachelor degree or above in landscape architecture or related major from the key universities, more than 4 years’ working experience;
2. Able to independently complete the scheme design of small and medium-sized projects, and be familiar with the whole design process of on-site service from the scheme to the construction drawing;
3. Participated in a variety of projects, with certain experience;
4. Proactive, responsible, able to adapt to high efficiency working environment and good team work spirit.

O 初级方案设计师
Junior Landscape Architect

1. 景观或风景园林相关专业本科以上学历，1年以上工作经验；
2. 富有艺术感和创意，具有一定的方案创作能力和手绘表达能力，逻辑思维强，热爱设计，有强烈的学习和持续进步的愿望；
3. 需熟练使用Rhino，Grasshopper等参数化设计软件；
4. 工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应高效率的工作环境并具备良好的团队合作精神。

1. Bachelor degree or above in landscape architecture or related major, with more than 1 year working experience;
2. Full of artistic sense and creativity, with certain program design ability and free-hand drawing expression ability, strong logical thinking, love of design, strong desire for learning and continuous progress;
3. Proficient on Rhino and Grasshopper;
4. Proactive, responsible, able to adapt to high efficiency working environment and good team work spirit.

O 施工图设计师
Landscape Working Drawing Architect

1. 正规院校景观或风景园林相关专业毕业，本科以上学历；
2.  两年以上施工图设计工作经验；
3. 具备商业和公建施工图设计经验者优先；
4. 诚实、正直、勤奋、严谨，富有激情和责任心，能够承受较大的工作压力并挑战更高的目标。

1. Bachelor degree in landscape architecture or related major, college or above.
2. More than two-year working experience in construction drawing.
3. Experience in commercial and civic park construction drawing is preferred.
4. Honest, diligent, rigorous, full of passion and responsibility, able to work under great pressure and challenge higher goals.

O 景观实习生
Landscape Intern

1. 风景园林设计、景观设计、环艺设计相关专业在校生或优秀应届毕业生；
2. 热爱本专业；并有将来从事该行业工作的意愿；
3. 熟练使用AUTOCAD、Sketchup、Rhino、PHOTOSHOP等相关软件；
4. 具有创造力和敏锐的捕捉力；良好的美术基础和审美观、追求创新；对设计工作富有热情和进取心，勇于接受挑战，善于与他人协调沟通完成工作；工作积极主动、认真细致，做事踏实，责任心强，能够承担一定的工作压力，能主动接受新知识，具有良好的团队合作精神。

1. Student or outstanding fresh graduates majored in landscape architecture design, landscape design, environmental Design or related majors;
2. Devoted and have the intention to work in the industry in the future;
3. Familiar with AUTOCAD, 、Sketchup、Rhino、PHOTOSHOP and other related software；
4. Creative and sensitive; good art foundation and aesthetic sense, pursuit of innovation; enthusiastic and enterprising in design work, dare to accept challenges, good at coordination and communication with others to complete the work; proactive, careful, practical, responsible, able to work under pressure, take the initiative to accept new knowledge, good team spirit.
