AI Planetworks是一家在纽约与上海设有工作室的国际建筑设计机构，专注于复杂城市条件下的建筑设计、深化及实施配合。工作范围涵盖概念设计、方案深化、建筑与幕墙设计协调，以及施工阶段的技术配合。

在设计实践中，团队将数字化设计方法、参数化分析及数据驱动的决策流程与以人为本的设计理念相结合，关注空间的可达性、舒适性与实际使用体验，使技术真正服务于人、场所及项目目标。

事务所长期参与高层及超高层建筑、总部办公、城市综合体与城市更新项目。已建成或正在推进的代表项目包括上海国华金融中心、深圳招商局太子湾总部、深圳平安财险大厦、广州酷狗音乐总部及成都天府中心等。

AI Planetworks is an international architectural design practice with studios in New York and Shanghai. The practice focuses on the design, development, and implementation of projects in complex urban settings. Its scope of work includes concept design, design development, architectural and façade design coordination, and technical support during construction.

The team combines digital design methodologies, parametric analysis, and data-informed decision-making with a human-centered design approach. Its work considers accessibility, comfort, and the experience of people using each space, ensuring that technology responds meaningfully to people, place, and project objectives.

AI Planetworks has extensive experience in high-rise and supertall buildings, corporate headquarters, mixed-use developments, and urban regeneration. Selected completed and ongoing projects include Shanghai Guohua Finance Center, Shenzhen China Merchants Prince Bay Headquarters, Shenzhen Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Tower, Guangzhou Kugou Music Headquarters, and Chengdu Tianfu Center.

The practice seeks a considered balance among design judgment, user needs, technical systems, and constructability. Through close collaboration between its New York and Shanghai teams, AI Planetworks supports projects from early concepts through design development and implementation

O 初级建筑设计师 Junior Architectural Designer

职位要求

* 五年制建筑学学士或以上学位
* 0–5年建筑设计工作经验
* 具备扎实的设计能力、审美判断与图纸表达能力
* 须熟练使用Rhino及Adobe Creative Suite（包括Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator）以及Powerpoint, Words
* 具备Grasshopper, Enscape、Revit以及AI 设计工具使用经验者优先
* 具备良好英文沟通与读写能力者优先
* 责任心强，注重细节，能够在团队中稳定协作并按计划推进工作

Qualifications & Requirements

– A five-year professional Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or higher
– 0–5 years of architectural design experience
– Strong design skills, aesthetic judgment, and architectural drawing and presentation abilities
– Proficiency in Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as PowerPoint & Words
– Experience with Grasshopper, Enscape, Revit, and AI-assisted design tools is preferred
– Strong English communication, reading, and writing skills are preferred
– Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and advance work according to schedule

O 中级建筑师 Intermediate Architect

职位要求

* 五年制建筑学学士或以上学位
* 5–8年全职建筑设计工作经验
* 具备概念设计至方案深化阶段的完整项目经验
* 具备较强的设计判断、项目推进及协调能力
* 熟练使用Rhino、Adobe Creative Suite（包括Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator）、Revit，并具备使用Revit的实际项目经验, 以及Powerpoint, Words
* 具备Grasshopper, Enscape以及AI 设计工具使用经验者优先
* 具有高层建筑、大型综合体或复杂城市项目经验者优先
* 具备良好英文沟通与读写能力者优先
* 工作认真可靠，具备责任心、团队意识及较强的独立执行能力

Qualifications & Requirements

– A five-year professional Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or higher
– 5–8 years of full-time architectural design experience
– Comprehensive project experience from concept design through design development
– Strong design judgment, project delivery, and coordination skills
– Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator , and Revit, with practical Revit experience on architectural projects, as well as Powerpoint & Words
– Additional experience with Grasshopper, Enscape, and AI-assisted design tools is preferred
– Experience with high-rise buildings, large-scale mixed-use developments, or complex urban projects is preferred
– Strong English communication, reading, and writing skills are preferred
– Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively
