What We’re Looking For

• Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
 4+ years of professional experience in international design offices
• Strong conceptual, design, and graphic skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual representations
• Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud Revit is a plus
• Experience with AI/visualization tools such as ComfyUI is a plus

Urban Designer

About the Role

As an Urban Designer, you will develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear, compelling graphics. You will propose innovative solutions addressing social, economic, and environmental aspects of urban spaces, contributing to medium and large-scale projects in the Middle East.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of professional experience as an Urban Designer or Urban Planner
• Strong conceptual, design, and graphic skills
• Proficiency in Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with GIS or Revit is beneficial

You will collaborate closely with project leadership and multidisciplinary teams, creating landscapes that connect people and place, with a focus on projects in the Middle East.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
• 4+ years of professional experience in landscape design
• Strong understanding of concept development through technical drawing sets
• Proven experience with grading, planting design, natural systems, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architecture
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and guide technical development and approvals

AI/Visual Specialist

About the Role

As an AI/Visual Specialist, you will support the design team by creating high-quality visualizations throughout the design process and for client submissions. You will work closely with architects, urban designers, and interns to generate compelling imagery that communicates concepts clearly and elevates the presentation of our projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphics, Design, or a related field
• Strong graphic and visual design skills with a strong aesthetic sense
• Experience with AI-assisted visualization tools such as ComfyUI, Flux, and Stable Diffusion models
• Experience with Enscape and D5 Render
• Proficiency in After Effects for animations, image-to-video workflows, and visual storytelling
• Ability to create professional renderings, diagrams, and illustrative visuals to support design concepts

BIM Coordinator

About the Role

As a BIM Coordinator, you will support project teams by developing and managing Revit models, establishing BIM standards, and ensuring smooth digital coordination across disciplines. You will work closely with architects, designers, and external consultants to maintain high-quality model performance and contribute to efficient project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–5 years of professional experience in BIM coordination roles
• Advanced expertise in Revit (families, worksharing, detailed modelling, project setup)
• Experience with Dynamo for automation and workflow enhancement is preferred
• Strong drawing, diagramming, and architectural representation sustainability ability to translate design intent clearly within BIM models
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, documentation standards, and coordination processes
• Experience in clash detection, model auditing, and consultant coordination
• Familiarity with international BIM Execution Plan standards
• Experience with Middle Eastern projects is a plus

About the Role

As a Computational Design Architect, you will develop advanced generative, analytical, and parametric workflows to support concept and design development. You’ll collaborate closely with design teams to create geometries, simulations, and multi-objective optimization studies, contributing directly to impactful design decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional degree in Architecture or Computational Design
• 4–5 years of experience working in computational design roles
• Strong proficiency in Grasshopper and parametric modelling
• Experience with Ladybug Tools, environmental simulation workflows, and daylight/wind analysis
• Familiarity with single/multi-objective optimization (Galapagos, Wallacei, Octopus, external solvers)
• Strong design sensibility and ability to translate analysis into architectural outcomes
• Interest in sustainable design, climate-responsive strategies, and using data to inform environmentally responsible architecture
• Comfortable with Speckle, Rhino.Inside Revit, or equivalent interoperability tools
• Experience scripting (Python or C#) is a plus
• Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to push computational workflows
