With BREWTOWN, our vision was to craft an immersive experience, one that bridges the rich history of beer brewing with the vibrant, forward-thinking spirit of Shenzhen. This project is more than a commercial space; it’s an evocative journey through creativity, community, and culture, brought to life through thoughtful design.

转型故事的设计
Designing a Story of Transformation

BREWTOWN啤酒小镇的设计灵感源自精湛的酿酒工艺，其中原料历经蜕变，升华质变，成就非凡佳酿。这一叙事塑造了我们的设计方法，赋予室内每个元素意义。从结构形式的节奏性重复到材料的温馨触感，我们将酿酒过程重新诠释为一种建筑语言，邀请人们探索并与之建立联系。

BREWTOWN’s design draws inspiration from the intricate craft of brewing, where raw materials undergo a process of transformation into something extraordinary. This narrative shaped our approach, infusing every element of the interior with meaning. From the rhythmic repetition of structural forms to the tactile warmth of materials, we reinterpreted the brewing process into an architectural language that invites exploration and connection.

设计呈现出一个线性叙事，引导访客经历一次隐喻性的酿酒之旅。动态的走廊呼应酿酒原材料的变化，开放的庭院则如同酿酒发酵过程中不可或缺的静谧停顿，而流动的空间最终汇聚成一场盛大的欢庆与聚会——恰似啤酒的本质，即为共享而生。

The design is a linear narrative, guiding visitors through a metaphorical brewing journey. Dynamic corridors echo the movement of ingredients, open atriums create pauses for fermentation, and flowing spaces culminate in moments of celebration and gathering – just as beer is meant to be shared.

我们充分利用空间的高度，并将必要的管道整合到建筑语言中，增强空间沉浸式的氛围，优化通风和冷却系统，减少能源消耗，使空间更高效地服务于人。

By embracing the height of these spaces and integrating necessary ducting into the architectural language, we not only enhanced the immersive atmosphere but also optimized ventilation and cooling, reducing energy consumption and making the space work harder for its purpose.

激活空间，连接社区
Activating Space, Connecting Community

在AIM，我们视每个项目为一次重塑空间的契机，旨在打造不仅吸引人们驻足，更能深深触动心灵、令人流连忘返的场所。在BREWTOWN啤酒小镇项目中，我们再次激活了项目所在的场地，将其转变为充满活力的社区中心。每个设计决策都皆以人为本，激发好奇心，促进互动，并邀请各个年龄段的人群在此相聚、沟通和交流。

At AIM, we view every project as an opportunity to create spaces that not only captivate but also bring people together. With BREWTOWN, we have, once again, activated a place, transforming it into a vibrant community hub. Every design decision was made with people in mind, to spark curiosity, foster interaction, and invite all generations to gather, linger, and connect.

By embedding shared experiences into the spatial design – be it through open food halls and dynamic atriums, we created a destination that thrives on the energy of its community. BREWTOWN isn’t just a place to visit; it’s a place to belong.

通过材质塑造情感
Crafting Emotion Through Materiality

材质选择对于设计的叙事至关重要。我们采用了拉丝不锈钢、暖色水磨石、穿孔铜和纹理石膏等一系列自然纹理，以唤起酿酒中原始与精炼的元素。光线在设计中扮演着至关重要的角色，通过精心布局的明暗渐变，我们巧妙地引导宾客的步履，同时凸显建筑的独特韵味与特色。

Material selection was integral to telling the story. We embraced a palette of natural textures – brushed stainless steel, warm terrazzo, perforated copper, and textured stucco, to evoke the raw and refined elements of brewing. Light plays a crucial role in the design, with curated transitions between brightness and shadow to guide movement and highlight architectural features.

设计细节进一步强调了对酿酒过程的体现。裸露的管道致敬了啤酒生产中使用的设备，而流动的线条和起伏的形式则模仿了啤酒本身的液态运动。这种对细节的精心关注确保了每个设计元素独具意义且整体和谐。

The details further emphasize the brewing process. Exposed pipes nod to the equipment used in beer production, while flowing lines and undulating forms mirror the liquid movement of beer itself. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that every element feels intentional, authentic, and part of a greater whole.

光线在塑造氛围方面发挥了关键作用。我们通过战略性地放置光筒引入了自然光——这是项目最引人注目的特征之一。这些开口不仅增强了空间的沉浸式，还有助于提升舒适度和可持续性，减少对人工照明的依赖，增强整体体验。

Light played a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere. We introduced daylight through strategically placed light barrels—one of the project’s most striking features. These openings not only heighten the immersive character of the space but also contribute to well-being and sustainability, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting and enhancing the overall experience.

采用裸露混凝土结构的设计策略，有效降低了对空调的依需求，进而最小化能源消耗，同时确保了空间舒适度。在此基础上，材料、形式和光线等每个元素都经过精心编排，旨在营造一种既充满氛围又重视生态关怀的独特体验。

By allowing the raw concrete structure to radiate its underground cool, the design passively reduces the need for air conditioning, minimizing energy consumption while ensuring comfort. Every element—materials, form, and light—was carefully orchestrated to create an experience that is both atmospheric and ecologically mindful.

宝安区的新地标
A New Icon for Bao’an District

BREWTOWN啤酒小镇的设计超越了单纯空间的范畴，它创造的是一种沉浸式的体验。我们巧妙融合叙事艺术与大胆前卫的当代设计理念，塑造了一个能够引起居民、上班族、学生、游客等不同受众共鸣的目的地。BREWTOWN啤酒小镇是对酿酒的致敬，更是空间创造美好生活的一个生动范例，它化低效为机遇，将闲置结构转变为充满活力与积极体验的场所。这里，传统与创新交相辉映，设计赋予生活新意，让每一刻都成为小镇故事中不可或缺的篇章。

Our design for BREWTOWN creates more than spaces; it creates an experience. By combining the art of storytelling with bold, contemporary design, we’ve shaped a destination that resonates with its audience – residents, professionals, students, and visitors alike. More than just an homage to brewing, BREWTOWN is a statement on how spaces can be transformed for the better—turning inefficiencies into opportunities, and passive structures into active experiences. It’s a place where tradition meets innovation, where design enhances life, and where every moment becomes part of the BREWTOWN story.
