中建钢构有限公司(CSCEC-Steel)的设计团队近期完成了一座位于中国深圳市的人行钢结构桥粱。设计跨度10米,桥面净宽2.5米。栏杆外沿最大宽度4.64米,采用单跨钢拱结构。总用钢量5吨,桥梁两岸连接慢行绿道和滨水栈道,它的下游是公园内的生态湿地,周边是山体公园,四周绿意盎然,风景优美,在这样的一个既特殊、又典型的景观空间,桥不仅仅是连接两岸的交通设施,也是与环境和谐共生的艺术品。

The design team of CSCEC-Steel recently completed a steel footbridge in Shenzhen, China. The design span is 10 meters and the net width of the bridge is 2.5 meters. The maximum width of the outer edge of the balustrade is 4.64 meters, and the single-span steel arch structure is adopted. It used a total of 5 tons of steel. The two ends of the bridge are the green pedestrian road and the waterfront trestle road, and there is an ecological wetland in the park in its downstream, and it is surrounded by the park with mountains. It is also surrounded by green and beautiful scenery. In such a special and typical landscape space, the bridge is not only the traffic facilities connecting the two sides, but also the art of harmonious coexistence with the environment

设计团队希望不仅满足基本的技术及功能要求,更希望融入景观桥梁的社交属性,并进一步透过桥梁自身的设计语汇,表达出慢行桥梁的结构逻辑和钢结构的设计美学。建筑师希望从桥梁本身被赋予的任务为出发点,从流线、形式、功能、社交等议题,深入到材料、结构、细部以及艺术,最后的呈现则是以一种自然、谦和、诗意的姿态出现在公园空间里。

The design team hopes not only to meet the basic technical and functional requirements, but also to integrate the social attributes of landscape bridges, and further express the structural logic and design aesthetics of slow-moving bridges through the design vocabulary of bridges themselves. Architects hope to start from the tasks given to the bridge itself, from streamline, form, function and social contact to materials, structure, details and art, and give the final presentation as a natural, modest and poetic posture in the park.

在桥梁的设计手法上,采用参数化设计,生成参数可控的模型,经过反复调整优化,结合地形精确控制桥身微拱的弧度,使其达到美与力学的平衡。由162片银色氟碳漆钢板组成序列演变的“7”字型栏杆,分4组焊接在主粱外侧,从桥梁两端向中间汇集,生成1对形态优美的桥梁栏杆,流线飘逸、通透轻薄、充满艺术感,如同162根羽毛组成的1对翅膀。同时利用栏杆顶部的横向宽度,在中间位置覆以长3米的玻璃钢垫板,自然形成适合人体尺度的景观座椅,两侧栏杆上的座椅相距2.5米宽,是适合对座交谈的宜人尺度,从而为这座小桥创造了休憩社交的属性。桥梁建成后,游客们从绿道走过,在桥上停留对坐,夜间更常有一群人坐在桥上休憩乘凉,欣赏湿地公园的美景,使桥梁成为公园内最受欢迎的社交空间,而桥梁本身也成为公园内的一道风景。

As for the design method of bridge, parametric design was adopted to generate controllable parameters model. After repeated adjustment and optimization, combined with topography, the micro arch of the bridge body is accurately controlled to achieve the balance of beauty and mechanics. 162 silver fluorocarbon painted steel sheets consist of a series of “7” type railings, which are welded on the outside of the main beam in four groups and assembled from the two ends of the bridge to the middle and form a pair of beautifully shaped bridge railings with elegant streamlines, and they look light and full of artistic senses, like a pair of wings composed of 162 feathers. At the same time, the horizontal width of the top of the railing is used and the designer put a 3-metre-long FRP base plate in between, which naturally forms a landscape seat suitable for human body size. The seats on the two sides of the railing are 2.5 meters apart, which is a pleasant width suitable for having conversations while sitting, thus created a relaxation and social attribute for the bridge. After the completion of the bridge, tourists pass through the greenway, stay on the bridge and sit in pairs. At night, a group of people often sit on the bridge to relax and enjoy the beauty of the wetland park, making the bridge the most popular social space in the park, and the bridge itself has become a landscape in the park.

在施工中采用参数建模,利用BIM信息分解构件,通过参数下料,生成模块化的构件,所有构件在工厂预制完成,使得这座外形稍显复杂的桥梁,加工与安装都非常方便,极大的满足工期紧迫的施工进度要求。最终从方案设计到完工交付仅用时27天。

In the construction, parameter modeling is adopted, BIM information is used to breakdown components, and modularized components are generated by parameter laying-off. All components are prefabricated in the factory, which makes the bridge with a slightly complex shape convenient to process and install and meets the urgent construction schedule requirements. Finally, it took only 27 days from the designing to the completion of the bridge.
