青岛深蓝中心项目设计启动于2009年，超高层综合塔楼由gad建筑设计与SOM联合创作。

Qingdao Deep Blue Center’s design was started in 2009. The super high-rise complex tower was jointly designed by gad and SOM.

City, symbolizing the realistic ideal for life, and ocean, stimulating the curiosity and exploration for the unknown, are like two hopes for stability and freedom, which are deeply rooted in the mind of people, and are under a long-term balance assessment. This balance is perfectly fused in Qingdao, a coastal city, showing a unique urban landscape.

城市界面的丰富度|Richness of Urban Interface

聚焦青岛现代化滨海区域浮山湾，青岛深蓝中心超高层综合体项目作为核心区最后一块城市拼图嵌入滨海天际线。在此处，闲适与高效的生活方式，崭新与积淀的城市面貌接壤对话，充分演绎着对现代生活的释义与畅想，及滨海城市界面的丰富性。

Focusing on Fushan Bay in the modern coastal area of Qingdao, Qingdao Deep Blue Center Super High-rise Complex Project is embedded in the coastal skyline as the last urban mosaic of the core area. Here, leisurely and efficient lifestyle, and dialogue between new and deposited urban feature, fully deduce the interpretation and imagination of the modern life, and the richness of the coastal urban interface.

空间意向的轻盈感|Lightness of Space Intention

基于当下的设计语境，我们希望以克制的设计手法介入城市空间，以舒缓简练的设计语言绘制滨海天际线。为表达“帆船之都”的城市意向，综合塔楼以“帆”之理念塑造，向上逐渐收分，形态飘逸，住宅塔楼则以挺拔形态与之形成反差，如“虚”与“实”的鲜明对比。裙房以架空12米的高度，将建筑底层轻盈落地，实现了均衡透明的城市通行感受，同时更极力营造多层次公区空间，拉开公共街面与居住领域的距离，强调层次清晰的休闲与居家体验。

We wish, in the current design context, to intervene in urban space with restrained design techniques, in order to ease the concise design language and draw the coastal skyline. To express the urban intention of “Sailing City”, the complex tower is shaped with the concept of “Sail”, gradually shrinking upward with elegant form; in contrast, the residential tower is tall and straight, such as distinct virtual-real contrast.The podium, at an elevated height of 12 meters, lightly touches the ground floor of the building, endowing a balanced and transparent feeling of urban passage; a multi-level public space is created at the same time, to widen the distance between the public street and the residential area, and emphasize a well-organized leisure and home experience.

综合塔楼与两栋住宅塔楼错动布局，呈“品”字形平面构图，将理性的空间流线规划，运用于局限的基地之内，实现人行、车流、地铁交通的顺畅流动。

Complex tower and two residential towers are staggered, showing a “品” shaped plane composition, the rational space streamline planning is applied to the limited base, to facilitate the smooth flow of pedestrian, traffic and subway traffic.

建筑呈现的严谨性|Preciseness of Architecture

空间的塑造建立在对设计的严谨把控上，建造中对超高层综合塔楼立面的定位以三维定位替代二维定位技术，为了呈现其微倾、收分、动态的视觉表达，进行建筑形体的精准定位。

The space is shaped based on the strict control of design. In the construction of super high-rise complex tower facade, the two-dimensional location technique is replaced by the three-dimensional location technique. In order to present the tilting, shrinking and dynamic visual expression, the building form is precisely located.

在住宅塔楼玻璃通风开启方式上，使用滑动开启的方式取代常规的平行外推窗的模式，极致每户居住者与外界的直接感受。外观上以玻璃及金属铝板材质取代石材，勾勒出建筑轻盈而清晰的外轮廓，悄然的表达建筑师对青岛城市意向的理解。

For the window opening way of residential towers, the sliding opening way replaces the conventional parallel extrapolated window, which allows residents to feel the outside world directly. Stone is replaced by glass and aluminium sheet in appearance, outlining the light and clear outer contour of the building and expressing the architect’s understanding for the urban intention of Qingdao.

结语|Conclusion

从传统建筑群到现代化片区，本案所处区位如城市的年轮，多种空间感受逐渐叠加融合，从都市到海滨可能仅一街之遥，空间意向在建筑体块的投影、联结，犹如自由穿行于人工与自然，商业与文化之间的理念表达。

From traditional building groups to modern areas, the location of the case is like the ring of the city, diversified spatial feelings gradually overlap and fuse. There may be only one street away from the city to the coast, the projection and connection of space intentions on building blocks, is just like the concept expression between manual work and nature, commerce and culture.
