独居，是当下年轻人向往的生活方式之一，不将就，不妥协；追求自由至上，尽情拥抱热爱。
本案屋主就是一位热爱生活、兴趣广泛、精致阳光的大男孩，”健身”、”滑雪”、”摩托”、”乐高”这些标签都来自于他。
顺应这份兴致，设计初期我们对这个空间的想象，脑海中就会不由自主的浮现出了很多充满闲暇意趣的生活画面。

Living alone is one of the lifestyles that young people yearn for today, and they do not give up or compromise, pursue freedom first, and embrace love heartily.
The owner of this case is a big boy who loves life, has a wide range of interests and is exquisite and sunny. The labels “fitness”, “skiing”, “motorcycle”, and “Lego” are all applicable to him.
Conforming to this interest, our imagination of this space in the early design stage involuntarily brought out many life pictures full of leisure interests in our minds.

优点：
1.这套房子的室内面积为84平米，整个户型承重墙比较少，有很好的改造空间；
2.采光面都在南侧，室内光线较好。

缺点：
1.客厅面宽仅3米，公共区域呈竖长条；
2.一间卧室与客厅阳台相连，缺少私密性；
3.客卫为暗卫，通风采光都较差。

Advantages:
1. The interior area of this house is 84 square meters, and the unit has relatively few load-bearing walls, so there is good room for renovation.
2. The daylighting surfaces are all on the south side, and the indoor light is good.

Disadvantages:
1. The width of the living room is only 3 meters, and the public area is a vertical strip.
2. The bedroom is connected to the living room’s balcony, lacking privacy.
3. The bathroom in the guest room is dark, with poor ventilation and lighting.

关于改造：
1.考虑到业主是独居，所以拆掉了南向与客厅阳台相连的房间，增加客厅面宽，合并客餐厅功能；
2.拆掉了采光通风都较差的暗卫，改为洗衣区和家政区；
3.原来餐厅的区域改为西厨，将厨房的一部分功能外置，与客餐厅连通使空间共享；
4.在客厅与过道之间增加了隔板，使客厅区域有更好的围合感；

Alterations：
1. Considering that the owner lives alone, the room connected to the balcony of the living room in the south is removed, the width of the living room is increased, and the functions of the living room and dining room are merged.
2. Remove the dark bathroom with poor lighting and ventilation, and change them to laundry and housekeeping areas.
3. The area of the original dining room is changed to a western kitchen, and part of the functions of the kitchen are externally connected with the living and dining room.
4. A partition board is added between the living room and the aisle to give the living room area a better sense of enclosure.

空间整体的材质和颜色搭配比较简单，以米色墙面与海洋板为主，家具都以黑色为主，并且带一些金属质感，是整个空间色调更和谐统一。
运动吊环的设计，可以让屋主随时开启自律的居家健身timing；

The overall material and colour of the space are relatively simple, with the beige walls and ocean boards as the main ones. The furniture is mainly black with some metallic texture, which makes the colour tone of the whole space more harmonious and unified.
The design of sports rings allows the owner to turn on self-disciplined home fitness timing at any time.

我们摒弃了很多原始的功能布局，以开放的构架设计重塑整体空间，力求将屋主热爱的一切融入其中，予以迎接平淡之外对生活不可泯灭的热忱与向往。

We have abandoned many original functional layouts, reshaped the overall space with an open frame design, and strived to integrate everything the owner loves into it to meet the unswerving enthusiasm and yearning for a life beyond the mundane.

镂空造型的隔断，为屋主提供放置头盔和收藏乐高的置物空间；
阳台一侧预留了展示雪板的位置；
主卧设计了地台加床垫的方式，桦木板制作床头板及书桌，保持空间材质和视觉上的统一。

The hollowed-shaped partition provides the owner with storage space for helmets and Legos collections.
One side of the balcony is reserved for displaying snowboards.
The master room is designed with a platform and a mattress. Birch boards make headboards and desks to maintain the unity of space materials and vision.

更多的生活诉求都在这个居所里一一落地，用设计铺陈、罗列出最适合屋主迎接生活的仪式感，让屋主可以在这里自由探索个人喜好带来的心灵治愈。
只要用虔诚的心追逐与寻找更自我的生活状态，不受约束地把握自己的生活节奏，生活一定会给到你最真诚的正向反馈，自洽、治愈、自由、舒适、放松……
生活，就是要和喜欢的一切在一起。

More life demands are settled in this residence one by one. We designed to lay out and list the most suitable sense of ritual for the house owner to welcome life so that the owner can freely explore spiritual healing brought by personal preferences.
As long as you pursue and look for a more self-fulfilling life status with a pious heart and grasp your own life rhythm without restraint, life will definitely give you the most sincere positive feedback. Self-consistency, healing, freedom, comfort and relaxation…
Life is to be with everything you love.
