致舍景观事务所简介｜ABOUT Z’scape

Z’scape致舍景观设计事务所是由周梁俊和周婷于2018年在北京共同创立。致舍始终秉持并坚信设计的价值“探求极致、感悟取舍”，致力于景观、艺术与设计领域的实践探索，贯穿从概念到落地的全过程；追寻现代自然主义与景观艺术化的方向，以富有生命力的景观作品表达对人与自然关系的思考。

致舍的作品不受限于既定的类别与风格，以项目设计落地的质量而非项目数量为核心追求；其已完成的项目涵盖城市公共空间、山海间的酒店和文旅社区、校园、公园、花园等领域。作品近年荣获ASLA美国景观设计师协会专业奖、LI英国皇家风景园林学会奖等业界权威奖项。设计的灵感常来源于自然要素和在地文化，并致力于将传统造园中的思考逻辑、空间理论与构成元素等用现代的设计手法语汇进行融会贯通和提炼演绎。致舍强调对每个项目独特地域特性的挖掘，从人与自然之间和谐共生的理念出发，深入探索兼具艺术审美、人文精神和可持续生态性的景观空间设计；旨在让使用者能够深刻感受到景观的时间性和生命力，并与之产生深厚的情感连接。Z’scape致舍景观保持适度的规模，以保证主持设计师对项目设计全过程的参与和对设计细节的把控，确保设计理念的准确执行与落地。

Z’scape, founded by Zhou Liangjun and Zhou Ting in Beijing in 2018, is a landscape architecture practice that upholds and believes in the value of design. The firm is dedicated to exploration in the fields of landscape, art, and design, engaging in the entire process from concept to completion. It pursues a direction of modern naturalism and artistic landscaping, expressing reflections on the relationship between humans and nature through vibrant landscape works.

Z’scape’s work is not confined to fixed categories or styles. Its core pursuit is the quality of project delivery rather than the quantity of projects. Its completed works span urban public spaces, hospitality and community projects, campuses, parks, gardens. In recent years, the firm has received prestigious industry awards such as the ASLA Professional Award and the LI Awards from the Landscape Institute (UK). Design inspiration often arises from natural elements and culture, and Z’scape is committed to integrating and reinterpreting the logic, spatial theories, and compositional elements of traditional garden making through modern design vocabulary. The firm emphasizes uncovering the unique characteristics of each site, rooted in the philosophy of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. It delves deeply into the design of landscape spaces that balance artistic sensibility, humanistic spirit, and ecological sustainability, aiming to enable users to deeply perceive the temporality and vitality of the landscape and to forge a profound emotional connection with it.

Z’scape maintains a modest scale to ensure that the lead designers are involved in the entire design process and exercise detailed control over the design, thereby guaranteeing the accurate execution and realization of design concepts.

 

招聘职位｜JOB OPENING

O 景观方案设计师  Landscape Architect （3名）

1、拥有 3 – 6年的景观设计工作经验；对城市公共空间、酒店文旅、自然花园等类型的项目有深化设计、模型推敲和图面表现工作的经验，对项目落地和扩初、施工图图纸工作有一定程度的了解；
Possesses 3–6 years of experience in landscape design; has experience in design development, model refinement, and graphic representation for project types such as urban public spaces, hospitality and tourism, and natural gardens; has a certain level of understanding of project implementation, design development, and construction drawing documentation.
2、熟练掌握Rhino、Lumion、Enscape、Sketchup、Adobe等软件; 对AI类软件有所了解和运用；
Proficient in Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, Adobe software, etc.; has knowledge and practical experience with AI-based software tools.
3、热爱设计和生活，有良好的审美和创新意识，有好奇心和想象力；认同并理解事务所的设计哲学，有兴趣去发掘和发展不同项目独特的设计语言和特质；
Passionate about design and life, with a strong sense of aesthetics, innovation, curiosity, and imagination. Identifies with and understands the Z’scape design philosophy, and keeps exploring and developing the unique design language and character of different projects.
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，踏实高效、主动学习、自驱力强；
Possesses strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Diligent, efficient, proactive in learning, and self-motivated.
5、重点院校毕业、有海外求学和设计事务所工作经验者优先录取。
Graduates from top-tier universities, as well as those with overseas education or work experience in design firms, will be given preference.

O 景观施工图设计师 Landscape Architect – Detail Specialist （1名）（暂招满）

1、拥有 5年左右的景观扩初施工图设计经验，具备景观扩初施工图设计的专业知识；具备独立完成总图竖向设计工作和小品等详图设计工作；有现场监理和落地项目的经验；
 Approximately 5 years of experience in landscape design development and construction drawing documentation, with professional knowledge in landscape DD/CD. Capable of independently completing site grading plans and detail drawings. Has experience in site supervision and project implementation.
2、熟悉中国国家标准，特别是施工工艺、材料、造价分析；长时间持续关注并学习新技术和材料的应用；能够在材料、工艺、细节、植栽等某个领域有自己的特长；
Familiar with Chinese national standards, especially construction techniques, materials, and cost analysis. Continuously follows and studies the application of new technologies and materials over an extended period. Possesses a specific area of expertise, such as materials, craftsmanship, detailing, planting, or other relevant fields.
3、具备团队协作精神、细致且有责任心，具备与方案设计师密切协作的沟通能力；具备保证项目后期落地质量的配合度；
Has a collaborative team spirit, is meticulous and responsible, and possesses communication skills that enable close cooperation with schematic designers. Demonstrates commitment to ensuring the quality of project delivery during the later stages.
4、熟练掌握CAD、天正等软件。
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD and Tianzheng (T-Arch).

O 设计研究员/品宣助理 Design Researcher （1名）

1、有较强的景观和设计理论学术背景，优秀的文字书写和表达能力。认同事务所价值与理念，关注景观和设计行业动向，具备国际视野和良好的研究和探索能力；对设计文化传播抱有热情，具备良好的审美意识，有责任心。
Possesses a strong academic background in landscape and design theory, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Identifies with the values and philosophy of the practice, follows trends in the landscape and design industries, has an international perspective, and demonstrates strong research and exploration abilities. Passionate about design culture communication, with a good sense of aesthetics and a strong sense of responsibility.
2、较强的团队协作和沟通能力，协助主持设计师进行事务所设计实践过程中的研究与成果整理，梳理和归档事务所项目信息和数据，严谨对待文字和图像编辑的表达呈现；
Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills. Assists the lead designers in research and outcome organization during the design practice of the firm, sorts and archives project information and data, and maintains rigor in the presentation of written and image-based editing.
3、景观和设计相关专业，硕士或以上学历，中英文双语流利者优先录取。2年以上相关工作经验，建筑、设计、艺术媒体行业为加分项 .
Holds a master’s degree or higher in landscape architecture, design, or related fields. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred. At least two years of relevant work experience; experience in architecture, design, art, or media industries is a plus.

O 实习设计师 Intern （2名）

1、国内外本科三年级以上或研究生，风景园林、景观、规划、城市设计、环艺等相关专业在读；
Currently enrolled in the third year or above of an undergraduate program or in a graduate program, majoring in landscape architecture, planning, urban design, environmental art, or related fields, either domestically or internationally.
2、热爱设计和生活，能积极主动的协助设计师工作。主动学习、自驱力强；
Passionate about design and life, able to proactively and actively assist designers in their work. Demonstrates initiative in learning and is self-motivated.
3、对Rhino、Lumion、Enscape、Sketchup、Adobe等软件的使用有一定认知；对AI类软件有所了解和运用；
Has a basic understanding of software such as Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe; possesses knowledge and practical experience with AI-based software tools.
4、 能保证实习时长至少两个月。实习期表现优秀者优先录用为正式员工。实习补贴3000-4500 元/月。
Able to commit to an internship duration of at least two months. Outstanding interns during the internship period will be given priority for full-time employment. Internship subsidy: 3,000–4,500 RMB/month.
