浙江大学建筑设计研究院有限公司（UAD）始建于1953年，是国家重点高校中最早成立的甲级设计研究院之一，至今已有七十一年的历史。公司坚持“营造和谐、放眼国际、产学研创、高精专强”的办院方针，以“高品位的文化，高宽远的视野，高效能的管理，高素质的人才，高精专的技术，高质量的作品”为发展战略，2000年1月通过ISO9001质量体系认证，2017年11月通过职业健康安全体系和环境管理体系认证。

UAD现有六十余个生产及管理部门。

现有员工近1400名，其中全国工程勘察设计大师1名，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家1名，中国当代百名建筑师2名,浙江省工程勘察设计大师6名,中国杰出工程师4名,中国建筑学会青年建筑师、青年工程师奖获得者12名，高级技术职称500余名，注册工程师600余名，其中美国国家建筑注册委员会注册建筑师1名，AIA美国建筑师协会会员2名，瑞士联邦建筑师与工程师协会注册建筑师2名，英国皇家特许注册建筑师4名。

Founded in 1953, The Architectural Design & Research Institute of Zhejiang University Co., Ltd. (UAD) is one of the earliest Class-A design institutes established among national key universities, with a history spanning over seven decades. Upholding the guiding principle of “Harmonious Environment, Global Vision, Design Integrating Teaching & Research & Creation, Aiming High & Professional & Powerful”, the company pursues a development strategy centered around “High-Grade Culture, Long & Wide Vision, High-Efficiency Management, High-Caliber Personnel, Highly Professional Technique and High-Quality Works”. UAD obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification in January 2000 and occupational health and safety management system certification as well as environmental management system certification in November 2017.

UAD comprises over sixty production and management departments.

UAD currently employs nearly 1,400 staff, including 1 national master of engineering survey and design, 1 expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, 2 of China’s contemporary top 100 architects, 6 masters of engineering survey and design in Zhejiang Province, 4 outstanding engineers of China, 12 recipients of the Youth Architect and Youth Engineer Awards from the Architectural Society of China, over 500 senior technical title holders, and more than 600 registered engineers. Among them, there is 1 registered architect of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), 2 member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), 2 registered architects of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA), and 4 chartered architects of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

ACRC建筑创作研究中心，是回归建筑本源思考的一种探索。我们试图从传统、经典、大型的建筑设计视野；从快速、战术、概念的工作习惯，渐趋转向新的方法、新的手段、和新的理念。

我们认为建筑对于自身形式的重视将远弱于建筑对自身责任感的重视——带来更加美好的人居环境和更加积极的社会效应。

我们将综合思考城市、建筑与环境，在多元、区别与冲突中寻找人文、艺术与技术的创造和平衡。

体育建筑及设计研究｜Research on Sports Architecture and Design

积累了较多的体育建筑设计经验，开创性思考并提出了“体育仓储” 理念。主创并担任三个亚运会场馆——金华市体育中心，富阳射击射箭现代五项馆，棒（垒）球体育文化中心，仪征综合体育馆的设计总负责。

“体育仓储”的核心要义是：自然的规划方法、低技的建筑手段、适宜的可持续策略、充分的工艺准备；做到功能预置、空间预置和设备预置。

以专业排名第一参编了《2022年第19届亚运会绿色健康建筑设计导则体育场馆 (试行稿)》；带领专项课题组正进行“杭州亚运会建筑设计的在地性与创新性”研究。

Accumulated more experience in sports architecture design, creatively thought and put forward the concept of “sports storage”.Dominated and served as designer-in-charge of three Asian Games venues – Jinhua Sports Center, Fuyang Shooting and Archery Modern Pentathlon Stadium and Baseball (Softball) Sports and Cultural Center and Yizheng Comprehensive Gymnasium.

The core essence of “sports storage” is:Natural planning methods, low-tech construction methods, appropriate sustainable strategies and adequate technological preparation; and achieving function preset, space preset and equipment preset.

Participated in the compilation of the “Guidelines for the Design of Green and Healthy Buildings for the 19th Asian Games in 2022 – Stadiums and Gymnasiums (Trial Draft)” with the first professional ranking;Led a special research group to carry out a research on “Locality and Innovation of Architectural Design of the Asian Games Hangzhou “.

走进绍兴的系列设计实践｜A Series of Design Practices Entering Shaoxing

近几年，负责了绍兴古城内多个有影响力的设计项目，结合实践，正撰写“历史语境下的现代性”专著，并已列入我校博士后研究课题。期望以绍兴为研究对象，探索基于文脉梳理及历史建筑活化利用的现代性表达，为绍兴古城的保护发展、本专业的学术研究，贡献力所能及的学术思考。

In recent years, has been in charge of several influential design projects in the ancient city of Shaoxing. Combining with practice, writing a monograph “Modernity in Historical Context”, which has been included in the postdoctoral research topic of the University. Expected to take Shaoxing as the research object to explore the modern expression based on the combing of context and the activation and utilization of historical buildings and contribute academic thinking within own ability for the protection and development of the ancient town of Shaoxing and the academic research of this major.

建筑观｜Architectural View

“建筑师”是一个可持续的美妙的职业。

我们首先需要自省和思考：什么才是真正的好建筑。建筑设计是对使用者全方位的责任；一切好建筑的评价都应以是否给使用者带来综合的愉悦和体验为最基本原则。而不仅仅是建筑师拿来拍照、出版、孤芳自赏，也不是张扬业绩的手段。最重要的，我们还需要有把建筑放在环境里，考量其与周边的整体关系。

一个项目从现场踏勘的那一刻起，所有素材扑面而来，任务、背景，必将有所取舍并最终予以表达，然后被感知和使用，这是一件很有趣的事。既然是一种讲述、一种仪式、或是一种表达，难免需要有分寸或者该有个度。因此，无论何种形式，总有可表达的，也总有无法表达的。

“适度表达，点到为止”，建立认知的互动性而非强制，于我而言，是一个警钟。

“略讲”是我建筑设计的一种态度。因此，我很反对过度设计，忘却使用者的需求本源，我认为这是一种迷失。当建筑达到令使用者愉悦的基本述求后，一定还存在凌驾于功能、技术和美学之上，形而上的东西——那就是可以被感知和被传承的精神力量。这种存在不断激励我们为之工作和不懈追求，是一种价值，也是一种责任。我喜欢让建筑多元而有区别，戏剧并具冲突。让矛盾转换成一种力量流淌于我的建筑之中，让冲突产生、起伏、直至高潮，从而演绎建筑空间、表达生活故事。

我坚信，建筑设计终究是一种精神表达。

“Architect” is a sustainable and wonderful profession.

First of all, we need to introspect and think: what is a really good building?Architectural design is an all-round responsibility to users. The evaluation of all good buildings should take whether to bring comprehensive pleasure and experience to users as the most basic principle. It is not just for architects to take photos, publish and admire themselves, nor is it a means to publicize their achievements. Most importantly, we need to put a building in the environment and consider its overall relationship with its surroundings.

From the moment of a project’s site reconnaissance, all materials surge, and the tasks and backgrounds will be chosen and finally expressed, and then perceived and used, which is a very interesting thing.Since it is a kind of narration, a kind of ceremony or an expression, it is inevitable to have a sense of proportion or a degree. Therefore, no matter what form it is, there is always something that can be expressed and there is always something that cannot be expressed.

To me, it is a wake-up call to “express moderately and stop at where it should” and to establish cognitive interaction rather than coercion.

“Brief Talk” is my attitude towards architectural design.Therefore, I am very opposed to over-design, and I think forgetting the source of users’ needs is a kind of loss.When the building achieves the basic requirement of making users happy, there must still be something metaphysical above function, technology and aesthetics – that is, the spiritual power that can be perceived and passed down. This kind of existence constantly inspires us to work for it and pursue it unremittingly, which is a kind of value and a kind of responsibility. I like to make architecture diverse and different, as well as dramatic and conflicting. Let the contradiction be transformed into a kind of power flowing in my buildings, and let the conflict produce, fluctuate and reach a climax, thus deducing the architectural space and expressing the life story.

I firmly believe that architectural design is a kind of spiritual expression after all.
