招聘职位| Position

O 景观设计师 Landscape architect

职位要求：
1.认同TOPO的设计理念，重视团队氛围，自主管理能力良好，能多工快速的配合发展设计方案，并能够独立分析项目的特点，并提出创新的设计风格和设计方法；
2.大学建筑设计，景观设计，环境艺术，城市规划等相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；具有3年及以上境内外知名景观设计公司工作经验，并具有优秀的设计能力经验者优先；（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）
3.可以独立设计具有一般规模和难度的景观项目；能有效的控制景观实施效果；
4.文字编排、语言表达能力、沟通领悟协调能力较强；
5.熟练运用Office、CAD、Photoshop、Indesign、Sketchup、Lumion等相关设计软件，熟悉Rhino、Enscape优先考虑。

Job requirements：
1.Agree with TOPO’s design philosophy, pay attention to a team atmosphere, have good independent management ability, be able to develop design quickly, and be able to independently analyze the characteristics of the project, and propose innovative design styles and design methods;
2.Graduated from architectural design, landscape design, environmental art, urban planning, and other related majors, bachelor’s degree or above; 3 years or more of work experience in well-known landscape design companies domestic and oversea; excellent design ability experience is preferred. 3.Independently design landscape projects of general scale and difficulty; can effectively control the effect of landscape implementation;
4.Strong ability in writing, oral expression, communication, comprehension, and coordination;
5.Proficiency in Office, CAD, Photoshop, Indesign, Sketchup, Lumion, and other related design software. Familiar with Rhino, Enscape is preferred.

O 景观后期设计师 Construction drawing designer

职位要求：
1.喜欢景观并擅长扩初和施工图设计，并能够与方案设计师进行有效沟通，并提出个人设计建议，迅速领悟整体设计思路及审美趋向。
2.能够辅助方案设计师完成设计深化，并独立制作后期图纸的设计工作；
3.熟悉本专业相关设计规范和技术指标，了解行业内部的常用技术规范和材料，熟悉设计项目的全过程，尤其是后期图制作和施工现场控制经验；
4.重点大学建筑设计、景观设计、环境艺术、城市规划等相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，具有3年及以上境内外知名景观设计公司工作经验，并具有优秀的图纸设计能力及后期管理经验（有已建成知名项目的设计经验者优先，请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）；
5.文字编排、语言表达能力、沟通领悟协调能力较强；
6.熟练运用Office、CAD、天正、Photoshop、Indesign、Sketchup等相关设计软件。

Job requirements：
1.Love landscape and be good at the design development and construction drawings; be able to communicate effectively with plan designers, and propose design suggestions, quickly comprehend the overall design ideas and aesthetic trends.
2.Able to assist the plan designer to complete the design development and independently produce the design work of the construction drawings;
3.Familiar with the relevant design specifications and regulations, understand the common technical specifications and materials in the industry, and be familiar with the whole process of the design project, especially the construction drawing and construction on-site experience;
4.Graduated from major universities in architectural design, landscape design, environmental art, urban planning, and other related majors, bachelor’s degree or above; 3 years or more of working experience in well-known landscape design companies domestic and oversea, and excellent drawing design capabilities and construction administration experience. (Design experience in well-known projects that have been completed is preferred, please state your position and work content in the portfolio);
5.Strong ability in writing, oral expression, communication, comprehension, and coordination;
6.Familiar with Office, CAD, Tianzheng, Photoshop, Indesign, Sketchup, and other related design software.

O 景观实习生 Landscape architect Intern

职位要求：
1.对景观设计充满热情，善于沟通，合作，互助，也敢于表露个性，展示自我思考想法；
2.国内外重点大学建筑设计、景观设计、环境艺术、城市规划等相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；并具有优秀的图纸设计能力者；（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）
3.重视团队氛围，自主管理能力良好，能多工快速的配合设计工作，有深刻的求知欲和主动性；
4.能熟练运用相关计算机软件：AutoCAD、Sketchup、Indesign、Photoshop、Lumion等软件，熟悉Rhino、Enscape优先考虑。

Job requirements：
1.Full of enthusiasm for landscape design, good at communication, cooperation, assistance, and the courage to show individuality and show self-thinking;
2.Graduated from major domestic and foreign universities in architectural design, landscape design, environmental art, urban planning, and other related majors, bachelor‘s degree or above; and excellent drawing design capabilities. (Please describe the position and work content in the portfolio)
3.Pay attention to the team atmosphere, have good self-management ability, cooperate with the design tasks, and willing to learn new knowledge initiatively;
4.Familiar with relevant computer software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop, Lumion, and other software. Familiar with Rhino，Enscape is preferred.
