SAKO建筑设计工社成立于2004年，至今已有22年历史。

本事务所由建筑家迫慶一郎主导，在北京、东京和福冈设有办公地点。

我们的业务范围广泛，涉及到个人住宅，集合住宅，商铺，商业设施，办公楼，适老设施，幼儿园，学校，图书馆，甚至从平面设计到城市规划等多个领域。

每个项目都会设定明确的主题，致力于追求独特前卫的设计风格，同时满足顾客以及城市环境的需求。

我们优先录用有有实际工作经验的人员，同时欢迎应届毕业生的加入。

SAKO Architects was established in 2004 and has a history of 20 years.

The firm is led by architect Keiichiro Sako, with offices located in Beijing, Tokyo, and Fukuoka.

Our business scope is extensive, encompassing individual residences, multi-family housing, shops, commercial facilities, office buildings, senior care facilities, kindergartens, schools, libraries, as well as fields ranging from graphic design to urban planning.

Each project is undertaken with a clear theme, striving to pursue a unique and avant-garde design style while meeting the needs of clients and the urban environment.

We prioritize hiring individuals with practical work experience, but we also welcome fresh graduates to join us.

This recruitment is for positions in our Beijing office. However, if we find you better suited to our Tokyo or Fukuoka offices, we may consider hiring you in those cities. Therefore, we encourage you to apply enthusiastically.

基本招聘要求 | Requirements

• 具有优秀的设计才能，对设计富于激情，并对建筑设计工作有充分的情怀。
• 并善于表达，设计逻辑清晰，具有充分沟通能力。
• 拥有团队精神，可快速融入团队。
• 熟练使用3D建模软件与相关插件（例：Rhinoceros/Grasshopper，SketchUp）
– 掌握一定渲染软件（例：Enscape，Maxwell等）
– 熟练使用制图软件（例：AutoCad，Vectorworks等）。
– 熟练使用Photoshop，AI，ID，Microsoft Office系列基础办公软件。
– 若可运用Revit, D5, Lumion则更佳。
• 英文与中文能力兼具，拥有优秀的英文写作与口语能力者优先。
• 建筑设计专业院校毕业者。本次应聘不包含室内设计专业与景观设计专业毕业者。

• Strong design talent, a passion for design, and a deep dedication to architectural work.
• Good at expression, with clear design logic and strong communication skills.
• Exhibit team spirit and the ability to integrate quickly into a team.
• Excellent skills in using 3D modeling software and related plugins

– Familiarity with rendering software

– Excellent skills in drafting software

• Candidates with proficiency in both English and Chinese, especially those with strong English writing and speaking skills, will be given priority.
• Graduates from architecture-related programs are preferred. This position does not include graduates from interior design or landscape design programs.

设计师招聘人数 | Applicants for Designer Position

• 拥有1-5年工作经验者 : 1-2位 （有工作经验者优先考虑）
• 硕士学位以上应届毕业生 ：1-2位 （有在出名事务所实习经验，英文水平优秀者优先考虑）
• 本科学位应届毕业生 ： 1-2位

• Candidates with 1-5 years of work experience: 1-2 positions (priority given to those with work experience)
• Recent graduates with a master’s degree or higher: 1-2 positions (priority given to those with internship experience at renowned firms and excellent English skills)
• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree: 1-2 positions

拥有日语能力者应聘方会另外重视。
