O Senior Designer

Required Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Revit IS A MUST, proficiency with design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, V-Ray, and Enscape.
• Fluency in English is REQUIRED, must be able to communicated with English-speaking team on regular basis.
• Must be experienced in foreign project management and foreign client management.

• Proven expertise in architectural management, with successful engagement in all phases of project design, documentation, and construction for projects of varying complexity and scale, alongside a detailed understanding of design translation, consultant coordination, constructability, and design documentation standards.
• Experience overseeing detailed coordination of complex building engineering systems (civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical) and generating accurate construction details spanning multiple construction typologies, utilizing a variety of materials and building construction techniques.
• Experience generating, coordinating, and managing full architectural specifications for projects of various types, scales, and complexities, while aligning design deliverables with technical standards and project objectives.
• Proficient in milestone-based project delivery; ability to oversee multiple design teams through the completion of complex design projects, ensuring alignment with overall project schedules, budgets, firm business operations, and project financial management requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead design teams to complete comprehensive design solutions and provide end-to-end technical guidance, overseeing the production, coordination, and delivery of all design and construction outputs (conceptual plans, elevations, detailed documentation, 3D renderings, surveys, specifications, and exhibits) across multiple project teams.
• Oversee design team performance and execution, collaborating with architectural staff, external consultants, and cross-functional project teams to align designs with jurisdictional requirements, client standards, constructability, and programmatic guidelines for projects of all types and scales.
• Consult on and review all contract deliverables, including code studies, feasibility reports, technical detailing, and project specifications, while providing guidance on scope alignment, best documentation practices, and constructability to architectural and design staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC standards and processes; conduct specialized reviews for complex/unique projects, oversee QA/QC checks for all design deliverables and relevant construction document portions, and maintain design intent throughout all project phases.
• Provide technical support throughout construction administration and permitting phases, including reviewing complex RFIs, substitution requests, and on-site conditions; working on permit comment responses, resubmittals, and drawing revisions; and monitoring construction activities and administration procedures.
• Finalize project specifications by coordinating with specification writers, sustainable material specialists and product representatives; align specifications with project scope and budget and collaborate with interior designers as required by project scale.
• Working on project financial management and scheduling, including establishing drawing production milestones/timelines, aligning design deliverable production with project schedules, reviewing project financial health, and assisting with new proposal development (including design fee calculation based on scope of work).
• Oversee project design team meetings, provide support to Designers as needed, and ensure design staff are fully integrated into the overall project team.
• Leverage technical expertise to support business development and marketing efforts, leading the production of design deliverables for RFP/RFQ responses and marketing proposals, while monitoring project performance/forecasts and managing work-related risks and issues.

O Interior Designer

Required Experience
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or interior design firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or a related field.
• Revit is a MUST, Sketch-Up, Auto-CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, VRay, Enscape and Affinity.
• Fluency in English is REQUIRED, must be able to communicated with English-speaking team on regular basis.
• Retail projects experience is a must, mall and market experience is preferred.
• Work independently with production of interior design related construction documents as required. On-site construction administration coordination experience required.
• Possess a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of interior construction documents including ability to lead, manage, review, comment, and provide guidance on various interior design related production efforts.
• Work collaboratively with architectural and design staff on projects of varying types and scale. This includes a detailed understanding of how jurisdictional requirements, client standards, constructability, and programmatic guidelines impact and inform designs.

Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct design research from a wide variety of benchmarking sources for ideation and provide detailed design documentation to architectural project teams.
• Oversee completion of timely and accurate surveys of existing conditions in spaces identified as potential sites for second generation tenant improvements. Identify any potential risks and issues and review potential design solutions with Project Manager and design staff.
• Research project materiality and FF&E specifications with a comprehensive understanding of durability and aesthetic qualities, as well as sustainable design considerations. Provide recommendations based on scope of work, project budget, and sustainability goals.
• Oversee data collection, project programming, and preliminary space planning.
• Lead interior design meetings and actively participate in architectural team meetings as required.
• Lead QA/QC reviews of design deliverables and interior design related construction documents to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
• Perform relevant research of building products and materials as necessary to generate preliminary project specifications for furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Collaborate with specification writers, sustainable material specialists, product representatives, and Project Managers to finalize overall project specifications.
• Contribute to the execution of Construction Administration procedures including review of interior design related RFIs and project submittals.
• Oversee production of interior design deliverables used in RFP/RFQ responses and marketing proposals, provide guidance and comment as necessary.
• Manage internal and external design resources; ensure consistent quality and project profitability.
• Actively participate in efforts to build and support a design culture at MG2, including adherence to design rigor standards and processes.
• Produce accurate and timely work in accordance with the project schedule and workplans. Work should demonstrate understanding of contractual obligations, design intent, and the project

O Designer

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
•  Revit IS A MUST, proficiency with design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, V-Ray, and Enscape.
•  Fluency in English is REQUIRED, must be able to communicate with English-speaking team on regular basis.
•  Demonstrated experience coordinating architectural design documents; Previous documentation of various project types, scale, and complexity preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of construction administration including RFI / submittal review, generating field reports, and project close-out procedures.
• Fluent in English

Primary Responsibilities
• Oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications. Primary focus is ensuring completeness of the work in alignment with the project contract and design intent, maintaining MG2 quality standards, and coordinating consultant deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal design staff on the integration of design generated deliverables into contract documents and specifications. Individuals must display a detailed understanding of how jurisdictional requirements, client standards, and programmatic guidelines impact and inform concept designs.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Generate complete and comprehensive code research and feasibility studies. This may include scheduling and participating in pre- submittal or design review meetings.
• Provide administrative support for project teams including creating meeting agendas and minutes, updating project trackers, completing permit applications or checklists, maintaining RFI and submittal logs, and generating various types of project reports.
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of firm-wide documentation standards and procedures, including proper use of MG2 templates and graphic standards. Provide guidance to other staff members regarding implementation of design standards as required.

O Administrative Assistant

Department: Operations SHA
Reports to : Operations Manager

General Description
Provides administrative support for daily office operations. Assists managers with event preparation and coordination, and supports employees with business travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation. Manages office supply ordering and provides general assistance to ensure office processes and best practices are up to date and aligned with company needs.
Candidates with an interest in HR-related administrative work will be given priority.

Required Experience
• 2+ years of facilities or related experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Valid driving license is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assists supervisors and managers with MG2 event requests, including setup, coordination, cleanup, and ad hoc support.
• Works with managers to conduct vendor research, planning, and implementation to ensure office processes and vendor services are efficient, cost-effective, and current.
• Assists with updates and maintenance of MNet / SharePoint content for the Office Services Team.
• Orders office supplies, monitors costs, and processes special item requests upon approval.
• Organizes and maintains office supply storage areas.
• Coordinates building-related requests with property management, including access cards and required documentation for MG2 employees.
• Assists office staff with business travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation.
• Assists in managing office equipment, including company vehicle inspection and maintenance coordination.
