O 高级建筑师 – 项目管理/方案设计/中后期设计方向 （工作地点：深圳）
Senior Architect – Management / Design (Office: SZ)

任务：
1.协助项目负责人进行项目管理工作，包括准备汇报文件、与甲方进行汇报、与甲方和第三方配合单位进行沟通和汇总信息、管理和安排团队成员工作、对项目进行预算把控等；
2.对项目从概念设计阶段到扩初阶段的设计进行推进和管理，从构思到完成扩初图纸能全阶段带领团队成员完成设计任务，对设计成果有深度把控和理解，追求设计质量。与甲方、设计院和顾问单位等进行设计内容的沟通和协调。

职位要求：
1.建筑学专业本科或硕士学位，5年以上深度参与大型商业综合体及相关实际落地项目工作经验；
2.热爱建筑设计，高度的创作热情及具备较强的团队合作精神；
3.熟悉设计全阶段的流程，能够熟练的准备汇报文本并且具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够完整准确地汇报文案、与业主对接项目事宜，包含项目前期配合，协调方案、初步、施工图设计审核，熟悉与甲方和第三方单位的沟通方法；
4.对实际落地项目有深入理解，熟悉项目推进流程，能够配合项目负责人进行项目管理、协调团队成员完成从方案阶段到扩初阶段的设计任务，熟悉汇报文本的内容要求和制作；
5.有较多实际项目落地经验，具备在项目扩初阶段开始独立带领团队成员进行项目的深化工作，完成深化图纸，并能够完成项目在深化至落地过程中的设计调整；
6.能够熟练运用常用图纸、模型、渲染和排版文件，例如：AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、Enscape、Lumion、Adobe CC等，熟悉BIM软件优先考虑；
7.有海外学习或外企工作经验并具备英语沟通能力者优先考虑。

Tasks:
1.Assist the project lead with project management tasks, including preparing presentation documents, presenting proposals to clients, communicating and consolidating information with clients and third-party cooperating parties, arranging and assigning work to team members, and controlling project budgets.
2.Drive and manage design work spanning from schematic design to design development phases. Lead the team to complete full-cycle design tasks from initial concepts to finalized design development drawings, with in-depth oversight and thorough understanding of all design deliverables and a strong focus on design quality. Communicate and coordinate design matters with clients, architectural institutes and specialist consultants.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience deeply involved in delivered large-scale commercial complex projects.
2.Passionate about architectural design with strong creative drive and excellent teamwork skills.
3.Well-versed in full-stage design workflows, proficient in preparing presentation materials and equipped with strong communication and coordination skills. Able to deliver complete and accurate presentations and liaise with clients on all project matters, including pre-design coordination, review coordination for schematic, preliminary and construction drawing design, and experienced in communication protocols with clients and third-party organizations.
4.Possess an in-depth understanding of real-world delivered projects and project progression workflows. Capable of supporting the project lead in project management, coordinating team members to deliver design work from schematic to design development stages, and familiar with the content standards and production of presentation materials.
5.Extensive experience in completed real projects. Able to independently lead a team to carry out detailed design starting from the design development phase, produce detailed construction drawings, and implement design revisions throughout the detailed design to construction delivery stage.
6.Skilled in mainstream drawing, modeling, rendering and layout software including AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion and Adobe CC; familiarity with BIM software is preferred.
7.Candidates with overseas study background or experience working in foreign enterprises and capable of communicating in English are highly preferred.

1.与设计团队一同完成项目各个阶段的设计工作。

职位要求：
1.建筑学专业本科或硕士学位，3年以上大型商业综合体及相关项目工作经验；
2.热爱建筑设计，高度的创作热情及具备较强的团队合作精神；
3.具有良好的学习研究能力和逻辑思考能力，有耐心；
4.会使用常用图纸、模型、渲染和排版文件，例如：AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、Enscape、Lumion、Adobe CC等；
5.有海外学习或外企工作经验并具备英语沟通能力者优先考虑。

Tasks：
1.Work on the design tasks with the team and the project leader on projects in any design phases.
2.Generate design output and prepare for presentation packages.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, with more than 3 years project experience in large scale mixed-use development or related commercial projects – built or under construction.
2.Passionate in design, willing to collaborate and work with the team.
3.Fast learner, good researcher, logical thinker, responsible designer.

O 资深别墅豪宅精装设计师（工作地点：深圳/香港）
Senior Luxury Villa Interior Designer (Office: SZ/HK)

任务：
1.协助项目负责人完成澳洲别墅、豪宅私宅全阶段精装设计任务，独立输出设计构思，精准落地、全程推进设计工作，熟练制作各阶段中英文设计汇报文本、方案画册及物料文件；
2.负责澳洲高端别墅项目空间规划、方案优化、施工图深化及物料选型，对接海外业主、本地建筑团队与建材供应商，跟进设计落地全过程；
3.把控项目硬装、定制柜体、灯光、全屋智能、软装及户外庭院一体化设计效果，严格遵循澳洲住宅设计规范，把控设计质量、施工落地细节与项目进度；
4.配合施工现场交底、巡检、样板验收及设计变更答疑，梳理项目资料，完成竣工案例整理与归档。

职位要求：
1.室内设计、环境艺术、建筑学及相关专业，本科及以上学历，有别墅、海外高端私宅豪宅设计落地经验者优先；
2.五年以上高端室内精装设计工作经验，具备独栋别墅、大平层豪宅全案设计能力，审美出众，方案创作能力优秀，精通高端硬装、软装、石材木作等精装材料；
3.熟悉澳洲本地住宅防水、防火、隔音、能效等设计规范，了解澳洲施工工艺、建材供应链及海外项目落地流程，适配澳洲气候完成防潮、隔热、户外一体化设计；
4.良好的职业素养和团队协作能力，沟通表达流畅，具备英文听说读写能力，可独立完成英文方案汇报、图纸说明及海外对接工作；
5.优秀的理解能力、执行力与统筹能力，可精准跟踪设计进度、严控设计质量，配合团队完成海外项目全流程设计落地工作；
6.熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Enscape、Lumion、Rhinoceros、Adobe CC等设计、渲染、排版软件，可独立输出全套标准化设计图纸与效果图；
7.境外设计公司、高端豪宅设计事务所从业经验，持有澳洲DIA设计师资质者优先。

Tasks：
1.Assist the project lead in delivering full-cycle interior fit-out design for Australian villas and luxury private residences. Generate independent design concepts, drive accurate implementation and advance design progress throughout all phases, and skillfully prepare bilingual design presentations, proposal portfolios and material documentation for every stage.
2.Take charge of space planning, scheme optimization, construction drawing development and material selection for premium Australian villa projects. Liaise with international clients, local Australian construction teams and material suppliers, and oversee the full implementation cycle of design works.
3.Manage integrated design outcomes including hard finishes, custom cabinetry, lighting systems, whole-home smart solutions, soft furnishings and outdoor courtyards. Adhere strictly to Australian residential design codes, and supervise design quality, construction details and overall project timeline.
4.Support site briefings, regular site visits, sample inspections and responses to queries on design variations. Organize project documents and sort & archive completed project cases upon handover.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design, Environmental Art, Architecture or related disciplines. Candidates with delivered villa and overseas luxury residential projects are preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end interior fit-out design, with proven capability to deliver full design packages for standalone villas and large luxury apartments. Possess refined aesthetic taste and strong conceptual design skills, with in-depth knowledge of premium hard finishes, soft furnishings, stone and timber joinery materials.
3.Familiar with Australian residential standards covering waterproofing, fire protection, acoustic insulation and energy efficiency. Well-versed in local construction techniques, material supply chains and overseas project delivery workflows; able to develop moisture-proof, thermal-insulated and indoor-outdoor integrated designs suited to Australia’s climate.
4.Strong professionalism and teamwork skills with excellent communication proficiency. Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of delivering English design presentations, drafting drawing specifications and communicating independently with overseas stakeholders.
5.Outstanding comprehension, execution and coordination skills. Able to closely monitor design progress, enforce strict quality control and collaborate with the team to deliver full-cycle overseas design projects.
6.Proficient in design, rendering and layout software including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion, Rhinoceros and Adobe CC; able to independently produce complete sets of standardized construction drawings and renderings.
7.Prior employment at international design firms or luxury residential design studios, as well as holding DIA (Design Institute of Australia) membership, is highly preferred.
