Kokaistudios是一家屡获奖项的建筑与室内设计公司，由两位意大利建筑师Filippo Gabbiani和Andrea Destefanis在1999年成立于威尼斯。2002年我们将总部迁至上海，至今已有50名来自不同文化背景的员工，公司由两位创始人和5位合伙人共同管理运营，立足于上海，项目延伸至全球包括亚洲，中东，欧洲和北美洲。 Kokaistudios的设计作品涵盖零售、商业、文化、企业办公、餐饮和酒店等领域，我们坚信优秀的设计能够带来变革，让空间和品牌焕发生机。每个项目都以定制的方式进行，我们通过开发和应用创新的设计理念及解决方案来让城市生活更加丰富。

Kokaistudios is an award winning architecture and interior design firm founded in 1999 in Venice by Italian architects Filippo Gabbiani & Andrea Destefanis. Headquartered in Shanghai since 2002 we have grown into multi-cultural firm of 50 people working on a global scale with projects in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America, operating by 2 founders and 5 associate partners. With a firm belief in the transformative power of well executed design to bring spaces and brands to life the Kokaistudios portfolio spans across retail, commercial, cultural, corporate, F&B and hospitality. Each new project is approached in a bespoke manner as an opportunity to enrich urban life through the development and application of innovative and fresh design ideas and solutions for the built environment. We have purposely chosen not to specialize in one field of design but rather to research original design approaches and apply them to many different market sectors with services extending from product design to interiors to architecture.

O Interior Designer-Commercial / Hospitality
室内设计师- 商业/酒店：

1)Academic’s degree or above in architecture and interior design;
建筑和室内设计专业本科或以上学历
2)A minimal of 4 years working experience in commercial design or hospitality design；
4年以上室内商业项目或酒店项目设计工作经验
3)Strong team-work ability;
有团队合作能力
4) Good English communication ability;
具有良好的英语沟通合作能力
5) Good at Schematic Design and Construction Documents Production
具有良好的方案设计能力以及施工图制作能力
6)Be proficient in using design software: SketchUp, Autocad, Revit Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic design programs Flash, Dreamweaver or other web design programs, AIGC
熟练操作设计软件 (SketchUp, Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator 或其他图形设计软件 Flash, Dreamweaver 网络设计软件,以及AIGC)
7)Understanding of local building regulations and practices
熟知国内的室内装修规范及要求
