Ο 资深室内设计师 Senior Interior Designer

任职要求：
•拥有八年以上大型商业项目室内设计的经验
•有购物中心的设计经验者优先
•擅长空间创意造型, 有较强的视觉创造力和美学素养；
•有较强的责任心和上进心, 对设计充满热情；
•有与甲方直接的沟通能力和汇报能力；
•研究生及以上学历；
•有海外学习或工作经历，能用英语作为工作语言；
•有知名设计事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先；

Requirements:
•At least 8 years in large commercial project interior design experience
•Prefer shopping mall design experience
•Very strongly creative space creation and visual creativity
•High responsibility and self-motivation, passion in design
•Excellent client communication and presentation skills
•Master degree or above with relevant recognized qualification
•Overseas study or work experience, excellent in written and spoken English
•Work experience in well-known architectural firms or well-known large design institutes is preferred;

Ο 室内设计师 Interior Designer

任职要求：

•Overseas study or work experience, good in written and spoken English

Ο 初级建筑师 Junior Architectural Designer

任职要求：
· 具备两年左右购物中心建筑设计相关工作经验
· 熟练运用CAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up和 Rhino等工作软件；
· 有较强的责任心和上进心, 对设计充满热情
· 建筑学相关专业本科及以上学历
· 有海外学习或工作经历，能用英语作为工作语言

Requirements:
· Around 2 years shopping mall project Architectural Design experience
· Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Rhino.
· High responsibility and self-motivation, passion in design
· Bachelor in Architecture or above qualification
· Overseas study or work experience, good in written and spoken English

Ο 室内设计师（后期）Interior Designer （DD stage）

任职要求：
•室内设计及相关专业高等学校学历
•商业室内扩初图深化3年及以上工作经验，并有大型购物中心扩初图纸经验
•具有一定的方案深化能力
•有施工图深化和现场服务经验
•熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop等设计软件
•踏实、责任心强、抗压能力强
•具备基础英语对话能力

Requirements:
•Major in Interior design with relevant professional college degree
•At least 3 years working experience in design development of commercial interior projects and large shopping center DD drawings
•Ability of schematic design
•Experience in construction drawing and on-site service
•Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other design software
•Stable, high responsibility and strong anti-pressure ability
•Basic English conversational skills

Ο 建筑室内实习生 Intern

任职要求：
•硕士在读或本科大四或大五建筑设计、室内设计专业学生
•出色设计能力、可视化和图形表现能力；
•具备三维软件使用经验者优先；
•拥有优秀的手绘技巧者优先；
•出色的组织能力并工作中高度注重细节；
•能够与不同专业团队共同协作；
•有留学背景者优先，英语流利；
•请在应聘时务必附上作品集

Requirements:
•Master study or Bachelor in Grade 4 or 5, major in Architecture or ID
•Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
•Experience in 3D programs will be an advantage.
•Good hand drawing skills is a plus.
•Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details.
•Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
•Prefer in overseas study student, fluent in written and spoken English
•Portfolio attached is a must.

Ο 资深室内设计经理 Senior Interior Design Manager （暂招满）

任职要求：
• 拥有六年以上大型商业项目全过程管理的经验
• 有购物中心项目落地经验的优先考虑
• 较强的对外沟通能力和汇报能力
• 较强的对内组织沟通协调能力
• 熟悉掌握扩初阶段各节点工作的内容，施工图审图、CA各阶段工作
• 熟练运用CAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up和 Rhino等工作软件；
• 本科及以上学历；
• 有海外学习或工作经历，能用英语作为工作语言；
• 有知名设计事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先

Requirements:
• At least 6 years in large commercial project interior design experience，
• Prefer shopping mall project experience
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Excellent design team communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with the work content of building in each section of SD/DD phase, construction drawing review, CA work at all stages;
• Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Rhino.
• Bachelor degree or above with relevant recognized qualification
• Overseas study or work experience, good in written and spoken English
• Work experience in well-known design firms or well-known large design institutes is preferred
