Founded by Aldo Cibic in the late Eighties, Cibic-Workshop is one of the best known ltalian architecture and designfirms. Cibic has worked in many parts of the world for over thirty years.

The studio is a composite reality that by choice and vocation handles projects of diverse nature ranging fromarchitecture to interiors, design and multimedia, up to environmental development, new services and conceptactivities. The Workshop is a structure that includes a group of architects, interior designers, graphic and productdesigners, and also enjoys the services of a network of international collaborators from a variety of professionalbackgrounds.

Cibicworkshop collaborates on an ongoing basis with an international network of universities, research centresand business incubators for the development of new design methods.

In 2020 Cibic -+Workshop opened a new office in Shanghai, with a focus on creating meaningful and culturallyrelevant objects, spaces and communities, both public and private, through addressing the issues we see as mostimportant to society today.

招聘职位｜Open Positions: 

O Senior Architectural & Spatial Designer (Project-Based)
资深建筑 / 空间设计师（项目制）

Responsibilities:
• Lead and produce detailed architectural and interior drawings: floor plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, details
• Coordinate closely with internal design, PM, and external consultants
• Develop technical solutions and resolve site-related issues
• Review and integrate consultant drawings and specifications
• Support project delivery, documentation, and construction coordination
• Participate in key design meetings and client communications

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture / Interior / Spatial Design
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural or spatial practice
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation standards
• Experience in villa, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use projects preferred
• Ability to work independently on complex projects
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Based in Shanghai

O Spatial Design Assistant / Junior Designer
空间设计助理 / 初级设计师

Responsibilities:
• Assist senior designers with drawings, layouts, and design development
• Prepare diagrams, presentation materials, and visual references
• Organize material samples, FF&E selections, and project archives
• Support site surveys, workshops, and concept studies
• Assist with basic coordination, translation, and documentation
• Participate in daily design research and creative exploration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or current student in Interior / Environmental / Spatial Design or related fields
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good learning ability and teamwork skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Available for full-time / long-term cooperation preferred

Bonus:
• Experience with Rhino / Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray is a plus
• Previous internship, competition, or studio experience preferred
