品牌速写 Brand Sketch

莫履瑞在二十世纪二三十年代从海南岛到新加坡，以卖鸡饭为生，他与一般小贩不同，用双手提着两个竹笼：一个装鸡，一个装饭，圆圆胖胖的饭球颇有特色。鸡饭，在海南话里叫做“guail bbuil”（鸡糒），是正宗的叫法。20世纪初期，随着移民潮，这个菜式传至东南亚，包括马来西亚、新加坡、香港及泰国等地发扬光大。六金海南鸡饭创始于杭州，在创始人品牌经营下，六金海南鸡饭辐射周边城市，也在宁波人气爆棚的印象城商圈附近有了首家六金海南鸡饭。

海南鸡饭成熟发展于马来西亚、新加坡、香港及泰国等不同地域，自然会有很多店铺的设计带有不同区域的文化以及特点，近几年海南鸡饭在中国流行甚快，很多店铺的定位，使海南鸡饭成为了人们日常生活中快速、便利、独具异国风情的类型。2016年9月，正反设计接手六金海南鸡饭宁波店铺设计，对鸡饭重拾本质的属性，试图抓住鸡饭历史所带来的魅力。希望通过空间改造设计去思考一种味觉的传递。

风格元素 Style Element

通过这个项目，正反设计试图打破一贯人们对海南鸡饭就餐空间的传统定义，摒弃了很多不同的地域所属的浓郁色彩，以简单的材质表达了对鸡饭的理解，希望在就餐期间，制造人与人交流以及对待食物的注视度。空间出现大面定制水磨石，在灰色水磨石内掺杂了小块的爵士白大理石，意在用鸡蛋壳破裂开启空间设计理念的开端。

鸡作为品牌主要的要素，正反设计用联想法把相关信息点让品牌主题凸显出来。在无意间的水泥地面会踩到内嵌的黄铜鸡爪印，墙面定制软木让人产生片刻的思考和停留，在此正反设计通过一个系列海报设计阐述了鸡的演变，一个空间视觉线索恰恰是味觉的延续。吧台区和操作区的通透处理让整个空间充满着鸡饭本质的匠心和专业性。

正反设计对空间的家具做了重新改造以及设计，六边形藤编和粗糙木面更多想通过视觉结合触感让空间层次更为丰富。人们在短暂的就餐中不经意的触碰、观察、交流，为快节奏的忙碌都市生活带来些趣味和思考。
