天桥位于滨康路与聚才路交叉口，对接地铁5号线聚才路站，形成了一个高效的交通枢纽。它所在的区块是高新产业的集聚地，周边有高新区火炬创新中心、白马湖实验室、中南建设集团、新华三集团、杭州人工智能产业园、保利时光里、保利天汇、德信时代之心等多个企业园区、商业综合体及住宅，是人才和创新资源的汇聚点。

The pedestrian bridge is located at the intersection of Binkang Road and Jucai Road, connecting to the Jucai Road Station on Metro Line 5, forming an efficient transportation hub. The area is a gathering place of high-tech industries. Surrounding it are many enterprise parks, commercial complexes and residences such as the Torch Innovation Center of the High-tech Zone, Baimahu Laboratory, Zhongnan Construction Group, H3C Group, Hangzhou Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park, Poly Shiguangli, Poly Tianhui, Dexin Times Heart, etc. It serves as a gathering place for talents and innovation resources.

Design Concept

杭州，这座历史悠久的城市，以其丝绸闻名于世。滨康路聚才路口人行天桥的设计灵感正是汲取自杭州深厚的丝绸文化，将这一传统元素与现代城市景观融合。天桥构架以飘逸的丝带交织状呈现，不仅展现了杭州的丝绸文化，更在现代都市中延续了丝绸的文化韵味。历史上的杭州一直是商贸和文化交流的重要城市，天桥的设计延续了这一传统，”丝带”交织的设计，隐喻高新企业间的交流合作，这一设计既体现了现代城市发展和科技创新的特点，也与杭州作为历史文化名城的悠久传统相呼应。

Hangzhou, a city renowned for its rich history and silk industry, inspired the design of the pedestrian bridge at the Binkang Road and Jucai Road intersection. The bridge’s design integrates Hangzhou’s profound silk culture with modern urban landscapes. Its structure, featuring flowing, interwoven ribbons, not only showcases the city’s silk heritage but also preserves its cultural charm in a contemporary setting. The interwoven “ribbon” design symbolizes the communication and collaboration between high-tech enterprises. This design reflects both the characteristics of modern urban development and technological innovation, while also resonating with the longstanding traditions of Hangzhou as a renowned historical and cultural city.

功能与美学
Function and Aesthetics

滨康路聚才路口人行天桥的设计，以其”漂浮”的丝带交织状构架，以及集中上下口的多种通行方式，提供了遮阳避雨的实用功能，更以其轻盈优雅的形态，满足高峰期密集过街人流在不同天气状况下的通行需求，为行人营造了一个愉悦舒适的通行环境。同时天桥的开通运行，实现了该路段的人车分流，有效缓解了交通拥堵，保障了行人的安全通行，提高了车辆的通过能力。这一举措不仅提升了交通效率，更为市民提供了更加安全、便捷的出行体验。

The design of the pedestrian bridge at the intersection of Binkang Road and Jucai Road, with its “floating” ribbon interwoven structure and a variety of traffic modes that concentrate on the upper and lower entrances, provides the practical function of shading and sheltering from the rain, and also meets the traffic needs of the dense flow of people crossing the street in different weather conditions during peak hours with its light and elegant form, creating a pleasant and comfortable traffic environment for pedestrians. The bridge’s operation has also successfully separated vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area, reducing congestion, enhancing pedestrian safety, and improving vehicle flow. This measure not only boosts traffic efficiency but also provides citizens with a safer and more convenient travel experience.

工程技术
Engineering Technology

天桥主桥长约176.6米，桥宽5.5~13米，全桥面积约1400平方米。在设计之初，考虑到周边区域因素及施工环境，为减小施工期间对地铁通行安全、现状道路交通及管线使用的影响，天桥基础、桥墩位置、桥身跨度、桥身荷载等因素对地铁盾构保护区的影响，经过论证，决定采用“工字型”天桥，主体结构及罩棚采用钢结构、玻璃及铝板幕墙。

The main span of the bridge is approximately 176.6 meters long and ranges from 5.5 to 13 meters in width, with a total area of about 1,400 square meters. During the design phase, considerations were made for the surrounding area and construction environment in order to minimize impacts on metro safety, current road traffic, and pipeline use during construction, the impact of factors such as the overpass foundation, pier location, bridge span, bridge load on the subway shield protection area, after demonstration, it was decided to use an “I-beam” pedestrian bridge, and the main structure and canopy use steel structure, glass and aluminum curtain wall.

无障碍设计
Barrier-free Facilities Design

天桥的设计考虑了老年人、残疾人、儿童、携带行李者和骑行者的需求，配备了四台垂直电梯，方便这些群体上下天桥，提高了舒适性和便利性。随着天桥美化工程的推进，项目响应了十四五规划中对基础设施建设的要求，推动绿色发展，促进人与自然的和谐共生。

The design of the pedestrian bridge takes into account the needs of elderly people, disabled individuals, children, those carrying luggage, and cyclists. It is equipped with four vertical elevators to facilitate easy access for these groups, enhancing comfort and convenience. With the advancement of the bridge beautification project, it has responded to the requirements for infrastructure development set forth in the 14th Five-Year Plan, promoting green development and fostering a harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
