当AI在重塑未来，我们回望过去，重拾过往的 “人味”。RADI位于上海复兴公园INS新乐园三层，是一个融合音乐、时尚与先锋娱乐体验的夜生活空间。INS新乐园取自 “INTO NOTHING SERIOUS”，代表逃离日常秩序、释放自我的自由精神，被誉为 “夜幕下的迪士尼乐园”，并于 2026 年跻身《DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs》全球第12名。自2023年开业以来，RADI以极小体量突破传统夜店尺度限制，凭借独特的音乐文化与沉浸式体验跻身世界百大俱乐部。而此次空间升级，也提出了一个新的命题：一个已经承载无数夜晚记忆的场所，如何在保留熟悉轨迹的同时，驶向下一段未知旅程？

When AI reshapes the future, we look back to rediscover the human touch.Located on the third floor of INS Land in Fuxing Park, Shanghai, RADI is a nightlife space that integrates music, fashion, and avant-garde entertainment experiences.INS Land, derived from “INTO NOTHING SERIOUS,” represents a spirit of escaping everyday routines and embracing personal freedom. Known as the “Disneyland after dark,” INS Land was ranked No.12 in DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs 2026.Since opening in 2023, RADI has challenged the conventional scale of nightclubs with its compact footprint, earning global recognition through its distinctive music culture and immersive spatial experience.For this renovation, a new question emerged:How can a place that carries countless memories of the night preserve its familiar traces while embarking on an unknown journey ahead?

一趟重逢与未知的旅程
A Journey Between Reunion and the Unknown

设计的灵感始发于一趟短途旅程——车站中转瞬即逝的邂逅与期待，交织出一种既熟悉又难以捉摸的微妙紧张感。正如诺伯格·舒尔茨（Christian Norberg-Schulz）提出的「场所精神」（Genius Loci）：“空间并不仅仅由物质构成，而是由人的记忆、行为与情感共同赋予意义。”车站作为一种特殊的公共空间，天然具备艺术文化、电影叙事以及多元人群聚合的能量，这与 RADI的品牌基因高度契合。

The design inspiration originates from a short journey — the fleeting encounters and anticipation experienced in a transit station, creating a subtle tension between familiarity and uncertainty.As Christian Norberg-Schulz described through the concept of “Genius Loci”:“A space is not only defined by its physical form, but also by the memories, behaviors, and emotions that give it meaning.”As a unique type of public space, a station naturally gathers cultural energy, cinematic narratives, and diverse encounters — qualities that closely resonate with RADI’s brand identity.

因此，设计团队将其构想为一座属于夜晚的车站——融合交通空间的秩序感、工业美学与未来电子音乐文化，打造一场超越传统夜店边界的沉浸式旅程。

Therefore, the design team envisioned RADI as a station belonging to the night —By combining the spatial order of transportation environments, industrial aesthetics, and future-oriented electronic music culture, the project creates an immersive journey beyond the boundaries of a traditional nightclub.

1.记忆启程，重返熟悉的旅程
Memory Departure, Revisiting a Familiar Journey

从旧日停靠的站点出发，沿着熟悉的轨迹重新启程。

1.1检票站台
Ticket Check

入口检票区域以“站台”为原型，将熟悉的交通符号进行抽象转译，提取铁路轨道的线性秩序，通过阵列、延伸与重复形成方向感，引导“乘客”不断地探索。

The entrance area takes the station platform as its prototype, abstracting familiar transportation elements into a spatial language.The linear order of railway tracks is translated through repetition, extension, and rhythm, creating a sense of direction that guides visitors forward.

1.2 车厢过道
Corridor

穿过“车厢连接段”，镜面材质创造出不断延伸的视觉层次，如同穿越一段不断变化的时间轨迹。空间中的反射、重复与循环，与电子音乐中的4/4节奏和Loop 循环结构形成呼应，将原本抽象的听觉体验转化为空间感知。

Passing through the “train connection,” mirrored surfaces create layers of endless reflection, like moving through a constantly shifting timeline.The repetition, reflection, and looping visual rhythm correspond with the 4/4 structure and loop patterns of electronic music, transforming an abstract auditory experience into a spatial perception.

2.空间变奏，开启夜晚多重状态
Spatial Transformation, Unlocking Multiple States of the Night

空间并非静止的容器，是随着时间、人群与音乐不断变化的动态场景。

A nightlife space is never a static container, but a dynamic environment constantly shaped by time, people, and music.

2.1 主厅
Main Floor

最具突破性的设计，是在夜店空间首创的——「一室二态」（One Space, Two Modes）。大型可旋转立面关闭时，从舞池望去，如同停靠于站台中的列车车厢，后方则形成独立的VIP空间；当立面开启，整个界面向上旋转，包房瞬间转化为第二舞台。空间因此打破固定功能限制，成为一个可以随着音乐、时间与活动需求不断变化的动态系统。

The most distinctive feature of RADI is the creation of “One Space, Two Modes.”When the large rotating partition is closed, the view from the dance floor resembles a train carriage waiting at the platform, while the space behind it transforms into an independent VIP area.When opened, the entire structure rotates upward, allowing the private room to instantly become a second stage integrated into the main floor.The space therefore breaks away from fixed functional boundaries, becoming a flexible system that adapts to different music scenes, time periods, and events.

作为改造项目，RADI并非从零开始，而是在 1.0 空间记忆的基础上再创造，在延续过去与探索未来之间寻找新的平衡。因此，设计团队在整个场地中，刻意保持一种微妙关系，以及简化过度的装饰语言：它拥有熟悉的记忆符号，却又通尺度、材质、灯光与细节体验的优化，使空间停留在“熟悉与陌生之间”。

As a renovation project, RADI was not created from scratch, but reimagined through the memories and spatial foundation of its first iteration. The design seeks a balance between preserving the past and embracing the future.Therefore, the design team created a subtle balance throughout the space, while adopting a more restrained decorative language:Recognizable spatial memories are preserved, while scale, materials, lighting, and details are refined to create an experience between the familiar and the unknown.

2.2 舞美系统
Light Installation

舞池空间在有限层高条件下，保留裸露的工业管线与原始的材质肌理，使结构本身成为空间美学的一部分。极简舞美系统由 RADI团队与水形社携手国际舞美团队SETUP共同打造，如悬浮于舞池上空的巨型电磁力场，以建筑列柱作为视觉母题，通过光影、结构与视觉效果的融合，将空间转化为动态演绎的舞台。（SETUP拥有超过 8 年现场制作经验，擅长融合多媒体装置、建筑语言与创新技术，模糊视觉艺术与空间体验之间的边界，其作品曾呈现于伦敦 Printworks、阿姆斯特丹 NXT Museum 等场景。）工业结构、机械构造与舞美系统共同构成动态变化的空间语言，使 RADI 2.0 在延续原有精神的同时，回应未来夜生活的更多可能。

Within the limited ceiling height, the dance floor retains exposed industrial pipelines and raw material textures, allowing the structure itself to become part of the spatial expression.The minimalist stage and lighting system, developed by RADI, Shuixing Studio, and international stage design team SETUP, is envisioned as a giant electromagnetic field suspended above the dance floor.Using architectural columns as the visual foundation, the system integrates light, structure, and visual effects, transforming the space into a constantly evolving stage.(Founded in 2018, SETUP is an international creative studio specializing in multimedia installations, architectural expression, and interactive visual systems. With more than eight years of experience in high-level live productions, SETUP explores the relationship between technology, visual art, and spatial experience. Its works have been presented at internationally recognized venues including Printworks London and NXT Museum Amsterdam.)Together, industrial structures, mechanical elements, and immersive lighting create a dynamic spatial language, allowing RADI 2.0 to preserve its original spirit while exploring new possibilities for the future of nightlife.

2.3 卡座&吧台
Booth & Bar

通过高低错落的空间关系创造卡座区域的包裹感，使视觉交流与身体互动形成更加细腻的尺度体验。设计从车站扶手中提取灵感，将其转化为空间中的互动装置——既为舞动提供支撑，也兼具酒水放置功能。

The booth area creates a sense of enclosure through varied heights and spatial layers, allowing visual interaction and physical engagement to happen within a more intimate scale.Inspired by railway handrails, this familiar element is transformed into an interactive spatial feature — providing support during movement while also functioning as a surface for drinks.

在细节层面，空间结合人体工程学对座椅尺度、靠背高度及停留方式进行优化，并融入女性友好卡座设计，为不同使用者提供更舒适、安全且多样化的夜间体验。

At the detail level, ergonomic considerations refine seating dimensions, backrest heights, and ways of inhabiting the space.The introduction of female-friendly booths further responds to diverse user needs, creating a nightlife environment that is more comfortable, secure, and inclusive.

3.旅程停靠，平衡体验与运营
Journey Stops, Balancing Experience and Operational Flexibility

空间如同旅程中的停靠站，在不同时间与场景之间转换。

3.1 POP-UP

Popup作为衔接舞池与卫生间的过渡区域，是连接空间情绪的重要节点。这里既承担等待、交流以及独立吸烟空间，同时融入品牌展示，使空间具备更高的运营弹性。设计采用可灵活翻折的模块化系统，使空间能够适应不同规模和类型的活动与运营需求。在保证商业坪效的前提下，重新梳理原本低效的空间边界，让每一处面积都服务于现场体验。

Located between the dance floor and restroom, the Pop-up area acts as a transitional space that connects different emotional moments within the venue.It accommodates waiting, social interaction, an enclosed smoking area, and brand activations, allowing greater flexibility for different operational needs.A foldable modular system enables the space to adapt to different event scales and formats. By redefining previously underused areas, the design improves spatial efficiency while ensuring every part of the venue contributes to the overall experience.

3.2 卫生间
Restroom

对于娱乐空间，卫生间并非附属功能区，而是体验的重要组成。空间以DJ演出海报作为视觉灵感，将电子音乐文化与现场记忆融入其中。柔和的灯光与舱体式的空间，延续夜晚旅程氛围，同时关注尺度、安全感与舒适性的平衡。

In an entertainment venue, the restroom is not merely a functional space, but an essential part of the overall experience.Inspired by DJ performance posters, the space incorporates the visual language and cultural memories of electronic music. Soft lighting and cabin-like spatial elements continue the atmosphere of the night journey, while balancing comfort, safety, and privacy.

4.多重目的地，延展品牌叙事
Multiple Destinations, Extending the Brand Narrative

如同车站中的不同目的地，延展旅途中不同情绪与体验。

Like different destinations along a railway journey, each private room carries its own atmosphere and emotional experience.

4.1 VIP ROOM 1

作为连接大厅的重要空间，通过可开启的墙体界面实现公共与私密之间的转换。设计借鉴VIP车厢的体验，以灯光强化空间轮廓与结构关系，营造具有包裹感与仪式感的场景。

As an extension of the main floor, this space creates a transition between public interaction and private experience through an operable wall system.Inspired by the atmosphere of a first-class train carriage, lighting is used to emphasize spatial contours and structural details, creating an immersive environment with a strong sense of intimacy and ceremony.

4.2 VIP ROOM 2

以经典复古的绿色作为空间基调，车窗、屏幕与镜面共同创造无限延伸的视觉效果，如同一列永不停歇的列车。专业DJ台与舞美系统的结合，使空间能够满足不同音乐场景与活动需求，同时延续RADI对电子音乐文化的探索。

A classic retro green palette defines the atmosphere of the space, while train windows, digital screens, and mirrored surfaces create an endless visual extension, resembling a train traveling without a final destination.The integration of a professional DJ booth and lighting system allows the room to accommodate different music scenarios and events, while continuing RADI’s exploration of electronic music culture.

4.3 VIP ROOM 3

以暗黑美学为核心，营造充满态度的空间体验。回应不同客群的审美需求，展现多元而鲜明的空间性格。

Centered around a dark aesthetic, this space creates an atmosphere with a strong sense of identity.Through bold material expressions and contrasting visual language, it responds to diverse user preferences and presents a more distinctive spatial personality.

结语
Conclusion

RADI STATION 被构想为一座不断变化的“夜间车站”。人们在这里相遇、停留、穿行，并随着空间状态的变化进入新的场景。此次从 1.0 到 2.0 的升级，设计团队希望回应两个核心命题：如何延续一个有生命力的空间记忆。RADI 并未试图创造一个完全陌生的场所，而是在保留用户熟悉感的基础上，通过转译重新定义空间语言。原有的尺度、材质与氛围被重新演绎，使过去的体验在新的空间语境中延续，产生新的可能。如何让空间适应不断变化的夜生活场景。通过可转换的空间状态、多元化的场景布局以及对运营效率的优化，让 RADI 成为能够回应不同时间、活动与人群需求的动态空间。它既是一座关于未来的空间，也是一场关于过去记忆的回望。人群、情绪与故事在其中不断流动，每一次停留都可能产生未知的相遇，如同电影中的片段，充满戏剧性。而这正是 RADI STATION 希望创造的体验：在未来主义的空间语言之下，重新寻找属于人的情绪、连接与温度。

RADI STATION is conceived as an ever-changing “night station.”People meet, pause, and move through the space, entering different scenes as the atmosphere transforms.Through the transition from RADI 1.0 to 2.0, the design team focused on two key questions:How can a space with an established identity preserve its memories?RADI does not attempt to create a completely unfamiliar environment. Instead, it builds upon existing user experiences and reinterprets the spatial language through abstraction and refinement.The original proportions, materials, and atmosphere are carefully transformed, allowing past memories to continue while generating new possibilities in a contemporary context.How can a space respond to the constantly evolving nature of nightlife?Through adaptable spatial configurations, diverse scenarios, and improved operational efficiency, RADI becomes more than a fixed entertainment venue.It evolves into a dynamic environment capable of responding to different moments, activities, and communities. RADI STATION is both a vision of the future and a reflection on the memories of the past.People, emotions, and stories continue to flow within the space. Every encounter becomes an unexpected moment — like a scene from a film, filled with tension and possibility.This is the experience RADI STATION seeks to create:Within a futuristic spatial language, rediscover the emotions, connections, and warmth that belong to human experience.
