整个项目依附着倾斜的地势而建，建筑内部为校园活动提供了足够的空间，包括礼堂、图书馆和托儿所、餐厅以及展览室等一系列设施。单一而有机的建筑形态承载学校主要教育功能，底层设置图书馆、博物馆、自助餐厅等，而位于该层的开放空间低于水平地面，并与户外的榆树种植园相连。

Flowing with the natural inclination of the terrain, general movement on the campus finds access to the array of services that are offered in the General Services Building. There can be found the Auditorium, Library and Nursery, as well as restaurants and exhibition rooms. The expressive will that appears in the ways connecting the main courses on the campus with the General Services Building generates a facility that has a singular, organic shape in consonance with its uses. Such uses -library, museum, cafeteria, and so on- open to free open spaces that are at a lower level than the general height of the site and are delimited by elm plantations.

建筑物中最重要的部分是多功能礼堂，这里可容纳1000人，并能够举办各种拉纳达大学的活动，如讲座、戏剧、排演等。
The most significant volume in the building corresponds to the Auditorium. The Auditorium has a capacity of 1,000 people and is appropriately equipped to host any kind of event that the Universidad de Granada might programme (lectures, plays, auditions, etc.), thus having a multi-functional nature.
