西安，简称“镐”，古称长安、镐京，是陕西省省会、副省级市、特大城市、关中平原城市群核心城市，国务院批复确定的中国西部地区重要的中心城市，国家重要的科研、教育、工业基地。1935年，西北首富、中国纺纱大王石凤翔先生在西安这片土地上建立了一座国军的军需厂——大华纺纱厂，它在抗日战争中发挥了极其重要的作用。半个世纪中，大华纺纱厂一直兴盛不衰，直到2008年，其因负债积苛、无力回天，才申请政策性破产。

12年后，追溯大华纺纱厂的脚步，我们凝练它的精髓，将厂房片区进行改造。保留历史的痕迹，以线性和波普两个出发点为概念，保持工厂特质，对场地概念进行景观演绎，形成西安独特的商业文化中心。

Xi’an, referred to as “Ho” for short, is known as Chang’an and Hokyo in ancient times. It is the capital city of Shaanxi Province, a sub-provincial city, a megacity, and the core city of Guanzhong Plain. Education and industrial base. In 1935, Mr. Shi Fengxiang, the richest man in the northwest and the Chinese spinning king, established a military supplies factory in the Xi’an area, the Dahua Spinning Factory, which played an extremely important role in the War of Resistance Against Japan. For half a century, Dahua Spinning Mills had been prosperous until 2008, when it applied for policy bankruptcy because of its severe debt and inability to recover.

Twelve years later, tracing the footsteps of Dahua Spinning Mill, we condensed its essence and transformed the plant area. Retain the traces of history, take the two starting points of linearity and pop as the concept, maintain the characteristics of the factory, perform a landscape interpretation of the concept of the site, and form a unique commercial and cultural center of Xi’an.

西安复地大华1935位于大华纱厂商业区，太华南路以东，大华纱厂家属区以南，纱厂东街以西，太华路小学以北。项目临近大明宫遗址公园和西安古城墙遗址，历史底蕴深厚，文旅资源丰富。分析原场地我们发现，由于购物流线过于单一，限制了周边商铺的价值发展，因此设计师将重新整合商场人流动线，把分散的人流凝聚在一起，最大化发挥综合体的商业价值。

Xi’an Forte Dahua 1935 is located in the business district of Dahua Yarn Factory, east of Taihua South Road, south of Dahua Yarn Factory Subsidiary, west of Yarn Factory East Street, and north of Taihua Road Primary School. The project is close to the Daming Palace Ruins Park and the ancient city wall ruins in Xi’an. It has profound historical heritage and rich cultural resources. Analyzing the original venue, we found that because the shopping flow line is too single, which limits the value development of the surrounding shops, the designer will re-integrate the flow of people in the mall, gather the scattered flow of people together, and maximize the commercial value of the complex.

项目强调科技与多种艺术形式的结合，注重流动和变化性；满足多种活动和不同时间、季节需求，吸引人气。景观设计采用现代风格，设计师重塑主轴流线，在轴在线穿插丰富的活动节点。由于动线路径指向性明确，对于景观节点附近商铺的的引流也起到锦上添花的作用。

The project emphasizes the combination of technology and various art forms, and focuses on mobility and variability; it satisfies a variety of activities and different time and season needs, attracting popularity. The landscape design adopts a modern style. The designer reshapes the streamline of the main axis and intersperses rich activity nodes on the axis. Due to the clear directivity of the moving path, it also serves as a icing on the cake for the shops near the landscape nodes.

人流动在线的旱喷景观有效增加空间景观的互动性，激发人们亲水、近水的天性。为了避免占用人行空间，旱喷水景多设置在靠近路橼石的地方，加以波光造势，令景观更加有气度。

The dry-spray landscape where people flow online effectively increases the interactive nature of the spatial landscape, inspiring people’s nature of being hydrophilic and near water. In order to avoid occupying pedestrian space, dry spray water scenes are mostly set close to the rafters, and wave light is used to make the landscape more magnificent.

大广场地面圆形灯光列阵齐排，如坠入人间的珠光，将广场空旷的空间点亮。同时利用地面灯光对视觉引导，在潜意识中激发人的探索欲望，消除一览无余的枯燥乏味感。

The circular lights on the ground of the large square are lined up, such as the pearl light falling into the world, lighting up the empty space of the square. At the same time, the ground light is used to guide the vision, inspiring people’s desire to explore in the subconscious mind, and eliminating the dull sense of glance.

室内和室外使用的带有RGB颜色混合的地面凹线，使用90°X 120°对称的光束，均匀扩散到乳白色玻璃罩，加强商业区的视觉体验，增加户外人流。

将厂房艺术与文化编汇入墙面设计，涂鸦式墙面配合特色墙灯烘染工厂氛围，现代与复古的结合，让行走其中的人既可以直观感受场域的历史氛围，又不脱离现代的审美偏向。

The workshop art and culture are incorporated into the wall design. The graffiti-style walls are matched with the characteristic wall lamps to dye the factory atmosphere. The combination of modern and retro allows people walking to feel the historical atmosphere of the field intuitively without departing from modernity Aesthetic bias.

廊道以门的形式依次排列，让置身与此处的人错觉被时光拉扯着重返80余年前，置身于大华纺织厂这个“时尚之地”中，见证它的崛起与衰败。

The corridors are arranged in the form of doors in order, so that the people who live here and here are dragged by time to return to more than 80 years ago. They are in the “fashion place” of Dahua Textile Factory to witness its rise and decline.

在推演方案时，景观设计师尽可能保留大华沙场的文化内涵与特质，考虑对基地的保护，设计师将方案与原场地存留的红砖等铺贴无缝的融合在一起，以绸缎式铺装致敬百年大华，诠释西安古城意蕴。

When deducing the plan, the landscape architect kept the cultural connotation and characteristics of the Dahuasha field as much as possible, and considered the protection of the base. Paving pays tribute to the century-old Dahua and interprets the meaning of the ancient city of Xi’an.

利用铺装的延展性，将室内业态延伸到室外，空间从而获得释放，营造出酷炫时尚的品味，令科技结合场地文化与多种艺术形式，满足不同时间和功能的需要，形式灵活多变。

Using the malleability of extension, the indoor format is extended to the outside, and the space is released, creating a cool and fashionable taste, allowing technology to combine site culture and multiple art forms to meet the needs of different times and functions, and the form is flexible and changeable .

特色雕塑化形工厂大烟囱，镌刻着大华纺织厂工人们早起晚归的辛劳与奉献，他们纺织工艺的传承者，也是那段光辉岁月的见证者。

The large chimney of the characteristic sculpture-shaped factory is engraved with the hard work and dedication of the workers of the Dahua Textile Factory to get up early and late.

铁艺作为工业进程重要标志，在项目中有大量体现。设计师提取铁艺元素加入场地细节，同时采用铁艺雕塑形式让车间纺纱机展现在场地上供人参观，回味纱场历史，恢复项目工厂特质。

As an important symbol of the industrial process, wrought iron is widely reflected in the project. The designer extracted iron elements and added details to the site, and at the same time used iron sculptures to allow the workshop spinning machine to be displayed on the site for people to visit, to relive the history of the yarn field and restore the characteristics of the project factory.

通过延伸外摆空间，增加商业氛围与价值，在原场地基础上，搭建特色廊架，利用柱架装饰和植物提升空间气氛，并采用组合种植池模块打造植物组团，构建自然环境。这里承载了历史的记忆与传承，随着工业文明的齿轮随着历史的步伐持续旋转，我们将不断赋予大华纺织厂新的意义……
