SHARE TELEVISION MEDIA is the pioneer of Chinese Cultural Video Programs, and have produced many well-known and widely disseminated programs such as “THE WONDERFUL READ” “NATIONAL CHINESE IDIOMS CONTEST” “LETTERS ALIVE” etc. SHARE TELEVISION MEDIA always insist on serving the mainstream needs of human culture, it requires a progressive thinking ability and independent judgment of the world, therefore, it needs to build a wise brain and dynamic team, an open flexible and culture atmosphere working environment.

本案位于北京市经济技术开发区（亦庄）地盛西路1号数码庄园C座，地处开发区核心地段，交通便利，园区内服务配套设施成熟。建筑由著名建筑师朱锫设计，外观采用直线条设计。艾迪尔根据实力文化的需求和现场勘察分析，秉持“开放，多元，灵活，简洁”的设计原则，延伸原有建筑语言和空间肌理；把户外景观“请到”室内，形成内外框景对话；根据视频类节目生产环节及特色，营造多元形式的文化氛围；设置多样式的办公家具，激发更多的创意灵感。

The project is located in Block C, Digital Manor, No. 1 Disheng West Road, Beijing, the core area of the development zone, where the transportation is convenient and service facilities is complete. The building was designed by the famous architect Zhu Pei, and the exterior is designed with straight lines. According to the needs of SHARE TELEVISION MEDIA and on-site investigation and analysis, IDEAL adhere to the principle of open, diverse, flexible and concise to design, they extend the original architectural language and spatial texture, extend the outdoor landscape into indoors so that form a conversation between inside and outside; they also create a multi-form cultural atmosphere response to the production links and characteristics of video programs, set up a variety of office furniture to stimulate more creative inspiration.

建筑语言的延伸
Extend of the original architectural language

实力文化数码庄园办公楼，建筑外观运用清水混凝土、斜屋顶等现代设计元素，空间上运用挑空，错层，开敞式楼梯，下沉式空间等多种表现形式，体现简约，后现代的风格。整体建筑共分5层（包括顶层阁楼夹层），通过对原有建筑空间的分析，艾迪尔设计师坚持开放，并有所克制，在保持原建筑结构的基础上，保留承重柱，单坡屋顶及室内开敞式大步梯，利用柱子分割的空间，结合实力文化的管理模式，形成错层大挑台的空间格局，每层挑台部分根据实力文化不同功能部门设置。

The architectural appearance of the building used modern design elements such as fair-faced concrete and inclined roof. The space uses a variety of expressions such as launchers, staggered layers, open stairs, sunken space and other forms of expressions to reflect a simple and post-modern style. The whole building is totally 5 floors. Through the analysis of the original building space, IDEAL designers insists on openness and restraint.. The original structure of the building is maintained including load-bearing columns, single-slope roofs and indoor open steps. The other layers are set according to different functional departments with the management culture of SHARE TELEVISION MEDIA.

Comfortable office and High-Quality life show the characteristics of SHARE TELEVISION MEDIA

本案设计过程中大量提取实力文化元素，彰显企业特色。空间内混凝土承重柱作为重要的视觉传达载体，指示引导以古代名人命名的各楼层及功能分区。一层入口的接待区是承上启下的枢纽点，设计师运用简洁折线型原木色的前台，传达实力文化的文化底蕴，亲和力和包容性。本案还布置多式样的办公家具，高品质的软装搭配，满足不同人的办公需求，激发更多创意灵感。

In this case, the designer extracted a large number of cultural elements to express the characteristics of the company. The concrete load-bearing column in the space serves as an important visual communication carrier, indicating the guiding of each floor and functional division named after the ancient celebrities. The reception area on the first floor is the connection point for the entrance and exit. The designer uses the simple folding line of wood-colored front desk to convey the cultural heritage, affinity and inclusiveness of the company.This case arrange varieties of furniture, high-quality soft-fitting connection to meet different office needs to stimulate more creative inspiration.

匹配行业性质的功能分区
Function partition matching the industry characters

实力文化属大型文化视频节目制造行业，根据行业性质，对空间进行功能划分：地下一层剪辑团队，分布不同的剪辑室，调音录音室，审片室，休息室，会议室，淋浴室，咖啡休息交流区等；地上一层行政，统筹，市场等后勤管理团队，地上二三层编剧策划文案及节目制作中心，运用可移动式模块化图书书架，绿植等元素自由围合成不同的半私密性小空间，打造沉浸式办公场所，营造文化创意氛围，地上四层即阁楼夹层，设置小范围讨论会议室及领导办公室。室内开敞式长步梯贯穿整个空间，连接不同的办公楼层，使整个空间功能划分明显又兼具流动性，促进员工间的沟通和交流。

IDEAL designers divide the function space according to the nature of the industry. The B1F is office for editing team, allocate different editing rooms, tuning studios, audition rooms, meeting rooms, showers, coffee breaks and communication area, etc. the 1F is office for superficial management team including administration, market, etc. The 2&3F is production center, with movable modular bookshelves, green plants and other interesting elements are used to synthesize different semi-private space, making an immersive office space fulfilling cultural and creative atmosphere. The 4F is the attic mezzanine, the designers set up a small-scale discussion room and leadership office.The open indoor steps runs through the whole space and connects different floors, which makes the whole space function distinct and fluid, meanwhile promote the communication among employees.

引入户外景观
Connecting the indoor and outdoor landscape

本案建筑两侧大面积采用玻璃幕墙，使室外景观尽收眼底，延续至室内，自然采光达到最大化，同时室内布置大量绿植，与室外相得益彰，打造出更宜人的生态办公场所。

The designers widely used the large-scale glass curtain wall on both sides of the building which is allowing the outdoor landscape to be seen in the interior side, and the natural lighting is maximized. At the same time, a large number of green plants are arranged indoors to complement the outdoor environment to create a more pleasant ecological office space.

SHARE TELEVISION MEDIA is a typical knowledge production enterprise, the office space is not only the place where knowledge production programs occur but also the carrier establishes the corporate image and displays the humanistic care. At the same time, the work content is diversified and flexible. Therefore, we have set up a variety of activities and communication space such as reading room, art exhibition multimedia conference room to stimulate the creativity of employees.

在楼层设计上，楼梯周围空间大量留白，设置讨论洽谈区，咖啡休憩区，一方面步行梯平台是人流集聚分散区，另一方面留充足活动及自由洽谈空间，为员工个体制造持续不断相互沟通交流的机会。这种设计和功能布局，不仅全域式展示企业文化，而且提升员工在办公空间的时间粘度和活动舒适度，激发工作自主性和创意性。

The designers keep a lot of blank space around the stairs and make it the discussion and coffee recreation area. On one hand , the pedestrian ladder platform is an area where people gather and disperse, on the other hand, it leaves enough space for activities and free continuous communication. The design and layout not only display the company culture, but also improves the work autonomy and creativity.
