「跑马场PAOMACHANG」起源于杭州的跑马场社区，专注于制作精品三明治，结合户外潮流生活，探索三明治的无限可能。「鹿松RUSON」同样是一个来自杭州的主理人品牌，以烘焙法式面包、甜点为产品主线，扎根于社区街边，把好面包带日常生活。

“PAOMACHANG,” originating from the racetrack community in Hangzhou, focuses on crafting high-quality sandwiches, blending outdoor lifestyle trends while exploring the endless possibilities of sandwiches. “RUSON,” also a brand led by creators from Hangzhou, has its main products centered around baking French bread and desserts, deeply rooted in local street life, bringing quality bread into everyday living.

品牌的西南首店开设于成都城南的新非标商业此地「CyPARK」，这是一个多元社群聚集的商业公园。商场用户以年轻潮流人群、周边社区居民为主，这里宠物友好、氛围轻松惬意，跑马场品牌的社区属性与商场的理念非常契合，相信未来会有更有意思的故事在此地发生。

The brand’s first southwest location opened in the new non-standard commercial area “CyPARK” in southern Chengdu, which serves as a diverse community-centric commercial park. The mall primarily attracts a young, trendy crowd and residents from the surrounding areas, making it pet-friendly with a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The community-driven nature of the PAOMACHANG brand aligns perfectly with the mall’s ethos, fostering anticipation for future interesting stories to unfold here.

01 社区
Community

跑马场在杭州的第一家店，门头写着这样一句话「Our Own Community Sandwich Shop」，这不仅仅是一句口号，更是这家社区店铺的特点所在。

The first PAOMACHANG store in Hangzhou features the phrase “Our Own Community Sandwich Shop” prominently displayed, which encapsulates the essence of this community-focused store.

通过分析网络上对跑马场老店的评价我们发现，顾客最喜欢的正是这种悠闲松弛的社区氛围。作为一家真正扎根于社区的店铺，跑马场不仅将自己融入其中，更是成为了社区生活的一部分。

Analysis of online reviews for the original PAOMACHANG reveals that customers particularly enjoy the laid-back, relaxed community atmosphere. As a store genuinely embedded in the community, PAOMACHANG not only integrates itself but has also become a part of community life.

在成都新店的设计上，我们希望继续延续这种悠闲、放松的社区氛围。于是围绕美式复古主题，我们探索了许多美式社区空间，如街头小店和涂鸦社区。最后，决定把目光聚焦到这个特殊的社区空间上——洗衣房。

In designing the new store in Chengdu, we aimed to maintain this leisurely, relaxed community vibe. Centered around a vintage American theme, we drew inspiration from various American community spaces, like street stalls and graffiti areas. Ultimately, we decided to focus on a unique community space—the LAUNDRY room.

洗衣房，在这个平凡而又被忽视的空间里，人们换上最舒适的衣服，将脏衣服扔进洗衣机，按下洗衣键。在等待的时间里，放一首音乐，或者偶遇朋友来闲聊一番。在这种无拘束的氛围中，再来一份三明治或者面包，会是一种什么样的体验呢？

The laundry room, a commonplace and often overlooked area, invites people to change into their most comfortable clothes and toss their dirty laundry into a washing machine before pressing the start button. During the wait, people could play a song or chat with a friend. In such an uninhibited setting, enjoying a sandwich or piece of bread could lead to a memorable experience.

02 空间
Space

我们主动退了约 30 平的面积，将原本的室内区域转化为户外区域，充分迎合了成都人民对户外生活的热爱与追求。而原场地本身带有一个大屋檐，这一独特的建筑元素为空间设计提供了天然的灵感与优势。巧妙利用这一屋檐，设置灵活的卡座，使得室内与室外的界限变得模糊，甚至可以完全消除这种界限。

In our design, we pro-actively reduced the indoor area by approximately 30 square meters, converting that space into an outdoor section to fully embrace Chengdu residents’ passion for outdoor living. The venue itself boasts a large eave, a unique architectural feature that provided natural inspiration and advantage for our space design. This eave was cleverly utilized to create flexible seating arrangements, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors, potentially erasing those boundaries entirely.

将洗衣机的圆形窗口元素运用到面包制作区域，营造出一种”把三明治和面包店搬进了洗衣房”的感觉。透过洗衣机圆形窗口，顾客可以看到面包的制作过程。部分窗口可打开，作为与后厨区域传递的窗口。此外，右边的烘干机造型的窗口可以作为面包的展示窗口。

We incorporated the circular window motif of washing machines into the bread-making area, creating a sense of “bringing the sandwich and bakery experience into the laundry room.” Customers can observe the bread-making process through these circular windows, some of which can be opened to connect with the kitchen area. Additionally, a window styled as a dryer serves as a display for the bread.

用衣架挂起来的品牌物料、用“脏衣篮+木板”的形式制作的桌子、电话亭形式的洗手台，这些小细节巧妙地将日常生活用品转化为装饰元素，不仅增添了视觉趣味，也凸显了整个空间的独特感受。此外，扭蛋机和复古老式电视的加入，进一步提升了空间的互动性。

Brand materials are hung on clothes hangers, tables are made from “laundry baskets + wooden boards,” and a phone booth-style sink adds clever touches that transform everyday items into decorative elements, enhancing visual interest while highlighting the unique feel of the entire space. Furthermore, the inclusion of a capsule toy machine and a vintage television boosts interactivity within the environment.

03 氛围
Vibe

我们的设计旨在打破传统室内空间的局限性，创造出一个更加灵活多变、融合室内外体验的环境。无论是在阳光明媚的日子里欣赏户外美景，还是在微风细雨中感受别样的氛围，顾客都可以在这里找到属于自己的惬意角落。

Our design seeks to transcend the limitations of traditional indoor spaces, creating a more flexible and dynamic environment that merges indoor and outdoor experiences. Whether enjoying the outdoor scenery on a sunny day or experiencing a unique ambiance during a gentle rain, customers can find their own cozy corner here.

我们希望通过设计，让顾客在这里体验到一种街头悠闲、自在的社区氛围，感受到跑马场所传递的独特社区文化。这不仅是一家面包店，更是一个社区聚集的场所。在这里，人们可以放松身心、畅享美味佳肴；同时也可以与他人交流互动，感受到归属感与认同感。这也正是跑马场这种社区文化空间的魅力所在。

Through design, we aim for customers to experience a laid-back, carefree community atmosphere, reflecting the unique culture that PAOMACHANG embodies. This establishment is not just a bakery; it serves as a gathering place for the community. Here, individuals can relax and indulge in delightful culinary offerings, while also engaging with others, fostering a sense of belonging and recognition. This encapsulates the charm of PAOMACHANG as a space that represents community culture.
