斜阳古道边的白虎头村
用一处老宅重生的喜悦
将山色揽入生活
当灯火燃起
星光和自然倒映成趣
远远的炊烟起了
远远的树木隐了
远远的远山和院落
便是落在尘土里的花朵

Beijing west
Baihutou Village on the edge of the ancient road
The joy of being born again in an old house
Bringing the mountains into life
When the lights are burning
Starlight and nature reflect
Far from the smoke
Far away from the trees
Far from the mountains and courtyards
It is the flower that falls in the dust.

老宅改造项目占地面积310㎡，院落南房卧室配套洗手间，外立面保留了原建筑北方古典民居形式，窗格内侧做现代保温玻璃门窗。为改善室内采光将原墙灰砖局部替换透明玻璃砖，突出时尚和视觉艺术同时也是老宅在这个时代的语言进化。

The old house renovation project covers an area of 310m2, and the courtyard of the south house has a toilet. The façade retains the original classical residence in the north of the building. The inside of the pane is made of modern insulated glass doors and windows. In order to improve indoor lighting, the original wall gray bricks were partially replaced with transparent glass bricks, highlighting fashion and visual art and also the language evolution of the old house in this era.

院落北房室内空间向南做了加建延展，为了更适合现代人居住正立面采用了落地玻璃门窗。除了卧室和洗手间还设置了舒适的起居空间。原建筑沧桑斑驳的木梁、檩条、椽子结构仿佛在讲诉着历史的故事。

The indoor space of the courtyard of the north of the courtyard has been extended to the south, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows have been adopted in order to be more suitable for modern people living on the facade. In addition to the bedroom and washroom, there is a comfortable living space. The fascinating wooden beams, rafters and rafters of the original building seem to tell the story of history.

院落东房保留了原建筑的乡村土炕形式，让体验者更有代入感和年代感，北侧配套室外竹林庭院。

The courtyard east house retains the rural soil form of the original building, which gives the experiencer a sense of substitution and age, and the north side is equipped with an outdoor bamboo forest courtyard.

院落西侧是餐厅和厨房，抽象白虎壁画突出设计主题呼应白虎头村文化典故。餐厅设置折叠门可更好的与室外庭院互动。

On the west side of the courtyard is the restaurant and kitchen. The abstract white tiger mural highlights the design theme echoing the cultural allusion of Baihutou Village. The restaurant’s folding doors allow for better interaction with the outdoor courtyard.

为了强调现代居住院落空间的共享氛围，庭院做了围合式休闲区，可以满足多种形式的聚会。中心区地面用乡村磨盘组合排列跳房子游戏拼图趣味横生。整体庭院设计简单素雅凸显院落空间和建筑周边高山景观，室内外局部留白让体验者更放松。

In order to emphasize the shared atmosphere of the modern residential courtyard space, the courtyard has a closed-style leisure area that can meet various forms of gatherings. In the center area, the hopscotch game puzzles are arranged with a combination of rustic grinding discs. The overall courtyard design is simple and elegant, highlighting the courtyard space and the surrounding mountain landscape. The indoor and outdoor white space makes the experience more relaxed.
