形式追随功能
Form follows function

受茶饮品牌既不晚CHA JI的委托，设计他们位于绍兴的第一家茶空间。品牌创立于2022年，主要经营茶饮、茶酒、茶点以及茶周边产品等。

Commissioned by tea beverage brand CHA JI to design their first tea store in Shaoxing. The brand was founded in 2022 and mainly deals with tea drinks, tea wine, desserts and tea products.

项目位于浙江省绍兴柯桥古镇街区，独立一座古式小楼，上下两层，面积200m²。店里，白日卖茶，夜黑贩酒，偶作小集，也时常会有小型艺术活动。

The project is located in Keqiao, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, in a small independent ancient building with two floors, an area of 200 m². The store sells tea by day, wine by night, occasional small gatherings, and small art events.

开放式

从地域文化中提取绍兴石材、锡壶、乌毡帽，多层次注入空间。踏步而入，老石板，小青砖，清水泥，乱纹铝板所营造的吧台，清冷充满力量，坐镇其中，气场萦绕便是一句没有语言的开场白。

Shaoxing stone, tin pots, and black felt hats are extracted from the regional culture and injected into the space at multiple levels. Stepping in, old stone slabs, small green bricks, clear cement, and messy aluminum plates create the main bar, clear and cool and full of power.

置入茶亭亦是吧台的概念，利用原建筑的柱体关系，围合而成。古时，茶亭可遮风避雨，歇脚停留；闲时，茶亭可言欢交友，喝茶下棋。茶亭兼具了身体庇护、观景以及社交等功能。欢迎路过的游客，和附近的居民进来坐坐，喝喝茶。

We have retained the four columns of the original building, placed in the tea pavilion is also the concept of the bar, in ancient times, the tea pavilion can shelter from the wind and rain, rest and stay; pavilion both physical shelter, scenery and social functions. Visitors passing by, and nearby residents are welcome to come in for a seat and a cup of tea.

可围绕着吧台，或沿着窗边，坐下。沏茶, 倒茶的声音，各式茶的味道，带来温暖放松的感觉。

Can sit around the bar and along the window. The sound of making and pouring tea and the taste of various kinds of tea bring a warm and relaxing feeling.

不同时代的材质拼接重新组合，唤醒手工时代的记忆，展示当代新消费主义背后的传统和文化。

The patchwork recombination of materials from different eras awakens the memory of the handmade era and showcases the tradition and culture behind the modernist form.

亲密感

拾级而上，步至二楼的共享空间，面积有限但风趣无限。在方寸间划分出小型私人聚会，包厢服务以及多功能应用场景。与好友分享生活，品品悦事的地方，在心静下来的瞬间，慢慢体悟灵与美的契合、心与智的探讨、静与空的邂逅。

Step up to the shared space on the second floor, which is limited in size but infinitely interesting. The space is divided into small private parties, private rooms and some casual customers. It is a place to share life with friends, to savor the pleasures of life, and to slowly realize the moment when the mind is quieted, the meeting of spirit and beauty, the discussion of mind and wisdom, and the encounter of stillness and emptiness.

产品融合空间

茶的感官品质之外，空间和物体之间，相互作用同样影响着空间体验。我们对空间中放置的家具（茶桌，座椅）进行“建筑化思考”。硬装形成了空间，家具则为空间加入了更多维度，建立了情感的链接。通过材质和几何比例将功能的完整实现，建筑化的比例感适当的贯穿其中，期待产品和空间共同传递品牌的愿景和新价值感。

In addition to the sensory qualities of tea, the interaction between the natural elements of the space and the objects in the ritual also influence the experience. The furniture we place in the space is “sculpted”. Tea tables, chairs, sculptural volumes and masses create and shape the surrounding space. Throughout the design process, if the hard furnishings shape the space, the soft furnishings add more dimension and create an emotional link. By linking materials and geometric proportions to bring the complete realization of function, the architectural sense of proportion is appropriately integrated throughout, expecting the product and space to work together to convey the brand’s vision and new sense of value.

既不晚的形式、方向和材料的提取是对绍兴人文艺术的回应。以当代克制的手法呈现东方美学精神，营造能够与人平和对话的茶空间形态。打破传统茶空间的刻板印象，在文脉之地构造新式茶饮社交空间。为其所碰撞，切开链接的剖断面，方能发现新旧时态的对话与共生。

The material extraction respond to Shaoxing humanities and arts. Presenting the spirit of oriental aesthetics with contemporary restraint, creating a tea space form that can dialogue with people in a calm manner and cleanse the tired souls in the city.
