Project Background

杭州lyf万科中城汇共享公寓位于杭州京杭大运河南端、连通八方的中心城区之——拱墅区。千年运河孕育了拱墅农耕、商贸、工业文明浓郁的人文气息，成为官方及民间文化交流热门基地。公寓周边旅游资源丰富，下楼便可直达小藤街。在这里，有杭州本地充满意趣的独立品牌、精品超市、轻食餐饮、运动健身等，缤纷业态应有尽有。对于时尚的新一代旅行者来说，这里提供了一方聚会、社交活动、展示才华的场域，也让你近距离感受这座城市的时尚气息。

Hangzhou LYF Vanke Zhongcheng Hui shared apartment is located in gongshu District, a central urban area connected with all directions at the southern end of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The millennium Canal has bred the rich cultural atmosphere of agriculture, trade and industry civilization of the grand villa, and has become a popular base for official and folk cultural exchanges. The apartment is surrounded by rich tourism resources, downstairs you can direct to small rattan Street. Here, there are hangzhou local interesting independent brands, boutique supermarkets, light food catering, sports and fitness, all kinds of colorful business. For the new generation of hip travelers, it offers a place to meet, socialize, showcase your talents and get an up-close look at the city’s fashion scene.

With 118 rooms filled with artistic imagination, you can choose from a variety of rooms, from themed rooms to four-bedroom suites. The overall design concept of the apartment is bold and full of creative elements, and the interior decoration and shared space are also integrated with hangzhou’s local art culture, creating a comfortable and free space for guests to experience. lyf是一个独特的共享生活空间，专为新一代旅行者和有着同等心态的人打造。这里集生活、工作和娱乐于一体，数字游牧民、科技创业者、创意人可以充分感受活力“活出自由”。新一代的旅行者也有数字游牧民的称号，通常被称为“拥有智能手机的一代人”。lyf app的上线以及智慧功能的接入，例如在线预订及支付、手机开门、在线客控（灯光及空调）、雅星会会员积分管理等功能的开通，比其他任何技术都更便利数字游牧民的生活。

Lyf is a unique shared living space for a new generation of travelers and like-minded people. Here, digital nomads, tech entrepreneurs and creative people can live, work and play together. The new generation of travelers has also been dubbed digital nomads, often referred to as the “smartphone generation.” The launch of LYF APP and the access of smart functions, such as online booking and payment, mobile phone door opening, online customer control (lighting and air conditioning), ystar club membership integral management and other functions, are more convenient than any other technology to the life of digital nomads.

游园会的概念
The concept of carnival

杭州LYF设计结合杭州本土及LYF品牌自身特点，把设计理念定位为“游园会之临安肆集+跨界场景”，杭州作为一个迅速发展的城市、随着大量的数码电商公司发展与杭州本地特色的人文景观和文化结合，形成了现在的杭州。项目设计通过艺术智能、理想市集、艺术生活，立体花园的概念结合杭州国潮和LYF品牌年轻，呈现这种多元化的空间，整个空间呈现一种嬉皮、乐活、集体狂欢的风格。

The Lyf Mid-town design concept intergrates the characteristics of Hangzhou local culture elements and lyf brand identity as a crossover scenarios with thecarnival theme and Linan Siji ( Hangzhou ancient entertainment opera). Hangzhou is a rapidly development city these past few years with development of a large number of digital e-commerce companies, also famous for plenty of culutural rich heritage. The project has visualized a diversified space with local cultural elements and lyf brand dna through the concepts of artistic intelligence, weekend market, artistic life and 3-dimensional garden.

平面规划概念、动线规划和空间功能
Layout planning concept, circulation planning and space function

共享公寓公共空间规划：一层无人自助公区、二层前台say hi bar、欢聚一堂（联合办公及活动空间）、以食会友（社交厨房）、浣然如新（自助洗衣房）。

Public space planning of shared apartment: unmanned self-service public area on the first floor, say Hi Bar at the front desk on the second floor, Get together (joint office and activity space), eat and meet friends (social kitchen), huanranruxin (self-service laundry).

项目作为万科杭州TOD地铁上盖项目，主要人行动线从地铁上行至中心广场，可分别从东侧扶梯或西侧一层公区上行至二层公区台say hi bar签到，因前台需要接待两个方向的顾客进入，前台为围合的可两侧接待形式。空间整体由西至东为共享休闲区域，按照不同的使用需求，用可移动的不同组合家具模块组成，在休闲区中部北侧分为夹层上大台阶休闲空间-瓦肆-抖腿空间，客户可以在此阅读，放松、游戏。下方功能区域-卫生间及以食会友厨房区，尽端的餐厅活动空间和公交站式会议区。建筑条件二层公区两侧均为玻璃幕墙，结合外侧雨蓬及露天平台区域，增加了开门区域，打破室内外分界，在朝向室内大台阶休闲区作为外摆区域。

The project is located above Hangzhou TOD subway station, with main access and circulation through the subway exit stair into the main plaza. User can access 2F from east side escalator or take elevator from 1F public front to say hi bar on 2F. Since customers come from both directions, the front desk is designed as an island with frontal access on all sides. Overall spatial planning from west to east is co-sharing leisure space with different functional requirements and movable flexible furniture modules. The north side of the main communcal lounge has a large auditorium stair – Wasi space that integrates seating, IP display and a graffiti cultural design towards the upper mezzanine level. Hotel guests can read, relax and play in this area. The lower level houses the wet areas including washroom and bond social kitchen where towards the east end would be the dining zone and bus station meeting room. The 2F façade comprises of glass curtain wall, together with the overhang colonnade and exterior terrace provides opportunities to connect inside and outside and extend the interiors auditorium space into the terrace carnival zone.

项目主要利用一个核心筒到达所有楼层，另一侧的核心筒主要作为疏散和服务动线使用，在标准层的每层均有茶水间pantry，促进住户之间的交流，契合lyf理念。

The project mainly uses a core tube to reach all floors, and the core tube on the other side is mainly used as evacuation and service moving line. Pantries in tea rooms are installed on each floor of the standard floor to promote communication between residents, which is in line with lyF concept.

设计概念元素
Design concept elements

设计以游园会概念把故事性加强，除了主功能空间也加入了过度型空间如电梯厅、电梯、走道等动态和静态元素，并把既定服务功能和碎片服务区整合连接起来，使用瓦肆、临安肆集等杭州国潮元素，让客户在项目中感受多元的嬉皮、乐活、集体狂欢的风格。进入真实、虚拟和精神的生活的多维度交互空间体验！

The design uses the concept of carnival to strengthen the project storyline. Besides the main functional spaces such as elevator hall, elevator, walkway and other dynamic and static elements, the design solution integrates and connects the typical service functions with the miscellaneous smaller service areas. By use of Hangzhou cultural elements such as Wazi Entertainment and Lin’an Entertainment, so that customers can feel the diversified style of hippie, joy and collective Chinese style Carnival in the project, and enter the multi-dimensional interactive space experience of real, virtual and spiritual life!
