很明显，八分园是抄袭，我有两个不解：1.谷德早些时候刊登过南京白云亭文化艺术中心，但对这种抄袭却没有个态度；2.白云亭的设计者也没站出来说话，即使在新评论里有人居然说白云亭抄袭八分园也没回应，也许年代久了设计者也不看评论。
也就只有你说抄袭而已….
首先两个建筑虽然都属于文化艺术类建筑，但是这两个建筑体量差太多了，一个属于偏向私人类小而美的收藏艺术馆，一个属于公共文化惠民设施。
而且按照你说的话，外观手法接近的建筑，都叫抄袭？
国外很多办公建筑也采用类似的三角形表皮技术外墙，主要原因是因为日照角度的关系，如果按照你说的话，那么是否白云亭也抄袭别的建筑呢？
