构思：引人注目的简约造型

过去十年以来，深圳中央商务区的高楼大厦鳞次栉比拔地而起，在这样的环境中，另一个“特殊”的造型并不会显得出众，而是会被淹没其中。于是，一个简约、干净整齐的形象出现在设计构想中。我们尝试在这个大城市里为企业创造一个独一无二的标志，它在树立城市标杆，彰显企业实力和价值方面均能带来积极的效应。商业裙房被划分为四个建筑体块，简洁的体块被明确而清晰地组织起来，塔楼树立其中，形成虚实对比强烈，形态高耸挺拔的建筑体量。此外，这种划分方式还使得建筑在地面层上产生了一种非常有趣的高低大小的错落之感。建筑形体朝向城市景观，获得俯瞰城市建筑群落和景致的良好视野。

立面：简约至上，时尚品位

此外，我们对塔楼的形状做了改变。把原来的方角变成圆角，利用弧度和凹槽、面墙使得整体形状更加轻盈、柔美并富有变化。商业裙房立面设计与塔楼立面相呼应，浑然一体。经过精细挑选的设计语汇传达出一种高档的购物体验。开放且具有广告版面的商业裙房成为广告本身的一部分，吸引着过往的人流。流畅的线条勾勒出大厦轻盈、简约的几何造型，为城市天际线增添独特的一笔。高透明度玻璃幕墙传达出高品质感，公开、透明且充满时尚活力的外立面与深圳商务中心同类型建筑产生对比，共同塑造着城市的界面。

We explored different open window schemes:

Plan a: Open Windows for fresh air are hidden in the panes between floors, providing separate and homogeneous natural ventilation for each office unit.
Plan b: The openings on both sides of the window frame provide natural ventilation for each office unit, while reducing the external volume of the building.
Plan c: The narrow vertical split window fan provides homogeneous ventilation for each unit.
Plan d: Provide uniform ventilation for each office unit through a small window.

In addition, we changed the shape of the tower. Turn the original square corner into a rounded corner and use radians and grooves to make the overall shape more light, gentle and rich. The facade design of the commercial skirt is in harmony with the tower facade. The carefully selected design vocabulary conveys an upscale shopping experience. The open and advertising-oriented commercial skirt room becomes part of the advertisement itself, attracting people from the past. The smooth lines outline the light and simple geometry of the building, adding a unique touch to the urban skyline. The high transparency glass curtain wall conveys a high quality sense, and the open, transparent and fashionable facade is in contrast with the shenzhen business center and the type building, which together shapes the city’s interface.

南侧福华路一侧的立面向后退让，后退的立面加强了公共空间和室内之间的联系。这个灰色空间在城市中表现出了一个对外欢迎的姿势，吸引购买人群进入其中。通往上方楼层的主入口和其中的自动扶梯在一个开放区域，形成一个迷你的广场效应。塔楼和商业入口因此有了一个干净且简单的组织形式，使得入口更加显著，交通更加便捷。高挑的大堂入口带来尊贵大气之感。飞檐式的入口雨棚设计灵感来源于《星球大战》的宇宙飞船，折形玻璃的“金属云”雨棚不仅满足遮风挡雨的功能性需求，亦带来视觉上的冲击。曲折流畅的线条秉承时尚简约的设计理念，与建筑整体达成一致。

The gray space shows a welcoming gesture in the city, attracting buyers to enter it. The main entrance to the upper floor and the escalator are in an open area, forming a mini square effect. The tower and the commercial entrance thus have a clean and simple form of organization, making the entrance more visible and the traffic more convenient. The high lobby entrance brings a sense of dignity. The eaves of entrance canopy design inspiration from “Star Wars” spacecraft, folding form the “cloud” metal glass canopy not only meet the functional requirements of wind and rain, also the visual impact. The zigzag and smooth lines adhere to the design philosophy of fashion and simplicity, and agree with the whole building.
