Appreciation towards C.A.S.H.DESIGN for providing the following description:

RICHER BAKERY 丽驰烘焙位于青岛市人民路悦荟广场的临街商场店，包括一个位于后场的现场制作的烘焙区域以及与堂食空间相结合的零售区域。

RICHER BAKERY located in Qingdao Mosaic Plaza, including a baking area for on-site production and a retail area combined with dinning in space. The dynamic walking line is centered on central island and spreads around.

空间动线以中岛为中心向四周发散开来，环形岛台集合产品售卖、收银、包装、咖啡饮品制作等功能，不仅突出了面包独特的存在感，同时可以照顾到不同方位进店的顾客。

The circular island, which integrates sales, cashier, packaging, coffee bar, not only highlights the unique sense of bakery, but also take care of customers entering the store from different directions.

围绕着空间中的柱子设有一圈弧形卡座，区别于传统双人对坐的形式，顾客以双人并排的方式围坐，定制的卡座桌成为人与人之间的”链接”，彼此间形成了一种亲近的关系。不同的卡座形式，满足不同顾客不同的就餐行为方式。

There is a circle of arc-shaped booth around the columns in the space, which is different from the traditional sitting form. Customers sit side by side , the customized booth and table becomes a “link” between people , forms a close relationship with each other.

丽驰倡导品味“慢生活”的理念，这和空间的设计理念也很契合。面包店提供的不仅仅是烘焙本身的美味，更重要的是通过这些食物，让人们有机会相聚和交流，享受繁忙生活节奏中的“空隙”。赋予面包传达超越食物本身的力量与内涵，以使顾客与品牌建立更多精神层面的共鸣。

RICHER BAKERY advocates the concept of ” Slow Food, Slow Life “, which is also accord with the design concept of space. Bakery provide not only the delicacy of baking itself, but also the opportunity for people to get together and communicate through these delicious and enjoy the “gap” in the busy pace of life. Give bakery the power and connotation to convey beyond the food itself, so that customers and brands can establish more spiritual resonance.
