办公环境和品牌价值紧密相关。良好的办公环境能提升品牌价值，它就像品牌的一张名片。舒适、美观、现代化的办公场所会给合作伙伴、客户留下好印象。它能提高员工的满意度和归属感，促使员工更积极地投入工作，为品牌提供更优质的产品或服务，从而间接地提升品牌价值。

Office environment and brand value are closely related.A good office environment can enhance the brand value, it is like a business card of the brand.A comfortable, beautiful and modern office will leave a good impression on partners and customers.It can improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, prompting employees to be more actively engaged in their work and provide better quality products or services for the brand, thus indirectly enhancing brand value.

项目概述
Project overview

兔头妈妈创立于2018年，将“妈妈的爱”注入产品研发与设计，品牌理念是爱与科学该项目位于中国杭州余杭区，是国货母婴品牌“兔头妈妈”的杭州总部新办公室和实验室，该写字楼单层建筑面积1000平方米，本次项目总共2850平米，可以容纳200人同时办公。

This project is located in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, China. It is the new office and laboratory of the Hangzhou headquarters of the domestic mother and baby brand “Mompick”, The single story office building has a construction area of 1000 square meters.

进入办公楼最先引人瞩目的是五楼和六楼连接的开放（会议室）大阶梯，大阶梯每个体块各异，我们设计之初就将他们分为abc三种类型的体块安插在大阶梯群中，目的是为了其承载更多功能，不仅可以容纳30-40人开会，也可以成为员工们临时讨论工作亦或是休闲，看书，聚会的场所

The first thing that attracts attention when entering the office building is the open staircase （meeting room）connecting the fifth and sixth floors, each block of the staircase is different, we divided them into abc three types of blocks at the beginning of the design and inserted them in the staircase group, in order to carry more functionality, not only to accommodate 30-40 people for meetings, but also to become a temporary place for employees to discuss their work or to relax, read books, and gatherings.

设计概念
Design Concept

甲方品牌核心理念为“爱与科学”，我们从爱与科学两个关键词出发，从功能上，我们明确了“厚墙”理念。“厚墙”的存在使整个空间井然有序，动线流畅，空间划分不凌乱，同时他也寓意着公司保护爱护着每个员工，就像爱护着每个消费者一样。从开放办公区到独立的会议室，从休闲的茶水间到静谧的资料室，每一处空间都因 “厚墙” 的合理分隔而井然有序。员工们日常工作的动线，也因 “厚墙” 的引导变得流畅自然，不会出现不同路线相互交叉干扰的情况。而且“厚墙” 对于空间细致的划分，避免了办公空间变得杂乱无章，各个区域各司其职，完美融合为一个高效协作的整体。

The core concept of the client’s brand is “Love and Science”. Proceeding from these two keywords, we have, in terms of function, established the concept of “thick walls”. “Love and Science” is the core philosophy that “Mompick” adheres to. Inspired by this, we’ve conceived a design scheme with the “thick wall” as the pivotal element. These sturdily built walls partition the space into various functional areas, rendering the entire space orderly and structured, and ensuring a seamless flow of movement, free from any hint of disarray. Moreover, these thick walls carry a profound connotation, symbolizing how the company cherishes every single employee as tenderly as it does its customers.

从风格上，我们也明确了“奶油苏打”的色彩概念，虽然品牌是母婴产品，但也是成年人工作的地方，所以我们运用了小时候喜欢的奶油蛋糕的色彩和线条，但也运用了比如不锈钢板和局部硬朗的线条来中和整个空间的柔软度，使整个空间温度又不失利落。

When it comes to styling, we’ve taken a bold and innovative approach, proposing the unique concept of “cream + soda”. Given that the brand specializes in maternal and infant products, a warm, creamy-yellow hue has been handpicked as the dominant color theme. It shimmers with a delicate and gentle warmth, complemented by the dainty, dessert-like curved lines scattered throughout the space, exuding an air of softness and coziness. However, an office also demands a professional and crisp ambiance. Thus, stainless steel materials and selected sections of sharp, clean lines make their entrance, deftly tempering the overly saccharine quality of the space, resulting in an overall atmosphere that is both tenderly inviting and refreshingly brisk.

区域功能分析
Regional functional analysis

进入办公空间迎面而来的是一片开放的讨论空间和会议室，室内给绿植留出了一定的空间，提供了舒适的办公环境，为忙碌的工作环境提供了缓冲与放松，同时绿植休闲区也可以用来放松或者讨论。

Entering the office space is greeted by an open space for discussion and meeting rooms, the interior leaves a space for plants, providing a comfortable office environment, and a buffer for the busy working environment, while the greenery recreation area can also be used for relaxation or discussion.

老板作为整个公司的大脑，我们采用了纯净，核心的设计理念，统一的质感加上跳跃的色彩，以及奢而不俗的材质，构建出了整个空间，大量的漫反射光源使其在空间中不会感到疲惫。

The boss as the brain of the whole company, we adopted a pure, core design concept, unified texture with jumping colours, luxurious but not vulgar materials to build up the whole space, a large number of diffuse light sources to make it will not feel tired in the space.

“旷野”会议室，之所以成为旷野，从装饰层面来看，采用了夯土质感的墙面，以及想草地一样的水磨石地面，与普通的会议室不同，其配色让人联想到自然，采用了灵活的布局，不去定义室内的软装摆放，这样室内既可以用于培训，也能用于开放讨论，完全根据使用需求随时改变内部布局。

The “Wilderness” conference room, the reason why it is a wilderness, from the decorative level, using rammed earth material of the wall, as well as the terrazzo floor like a meadow, different from the ordinary conference room, the colour board is reminiscent of nature, the use of a flexible layout, do not define the interior space, so that the interior can be used for both training and open discussion, completely according to the needs of the users at any time to change the interior layout.

办公区域以提高工作效率为主，做了开放的办公空间，这样能够保证员工在线下交流的时候更加功高效快捷。品牌的理念是爱与科学，公司希望能够给员工提供同样的关怀，所以在设置开放办公的同时也设计了灵活的讨论区域，用来满足日常不同的办公需求。

The office area focuses on improving work efficiency by making an open office space, which ensures that employees are more efficient and effective when communicating offline.The brand’s philosophy is love and science, and the company wants to provide the same care to its employees, so it has designed a flexible discussion area along with the open office, which can be meet with different daily working needs.

走廊运用两种不同的水磨石，模拟斑马线，增加环境趣味性以及品牌属性。

The corridor uses two different types of terrazzo to simulate a zebra crossing, adding interest to the environment and brand attributes.
