Unsangdong 设计的2012年丽水世博会韩国现代汽车集团工业馆。用“运动想象”的概念将现代汽车的品牌形象用建筑方法表达出来：高科技，城市，想象，未来，无限。

HyunDai Motors Group Industrial Pavilion in 2012 YeoSu Expo

We transform the brand image of HyunDai Motors to architectural approach. The motion of HyunDai Motors Group and their new future imagination are combined under the concept ‘Motion Imagination’. It amplifies the possibility of future imagination which has not been achieved yet. The power of actualizing the eternal possibility and the imagination about the nature and the city is appeared in order to express their philosophy and high technology of HyunDai.

从入口广场看建筑，可以发现海洋中波浪的元素体现在建筑正立面之上，并改变了建筑的形体。从外立面看到的内部显示屏也播放着与企业形象关联的，展现理智与情感，艺术与技术，过去与未来，变化与发展，简单与多样的图像内容。

整个建筑像是现代集团与世界波动之间的一个共振。山，水，运动都转化为建筑身上的三维能量波语言，与公园的景观协调，并制造巨大的共鸣，以强大的气场影响到城市景观。建筑就像是一个大音响，它吸收了来自自然的能量，再对着大海释放。到了夜晚，建筑发光时，这种效果更加逼真。

内部的展览空间最与众不同的是一个立方矩阵组成的波动空间，人们在这个空间的中庭，可以体验四周白色立方体的无限变化。背后的原理是多维数据集成程序操纵变压器运动。

建筑师让建筑不但是建筑，更是一个包含多种事件的环境雕塑作品。

建筑像是一个大音响，它吸收了来自自然的能量，再对着大海释放。从外立面看到的内部显示屏也播放着与企业形象关联的，展现理智与情感，艺术与技术，过去与未来，变化与发展，简单与多样的图像内容。

Motion Imagination
The various sections of motion are accumulated and connected, and it realizes the architecture standing for the value of un-stagnant and forward-moving challenge. Linked two different elevations-front and backside- actualize dynamic motion. The motion frame toward the sea and the opposite motion frame at entrance are connected. And it symbolizes the accommodation and the connection of enterprise’s various philosophies. This ‘Connection Architecture’ links two conflict enterprise’s images such as logical intellect and emotion, technology and art, the past and the future, changing and accumulation, simplicity and variety. Harmonizing phenomenon is reverberated to the urban and the society.

Momentum Sculpture: Quantum Jump
The image of Quantum Jump, which creates new myth of HyunDai Motor Group, becomes the architecture. Momentum Sculpture obtains epoch-marking changeover in their potentiality and status, it would recognize HyunDai Motors Group as high technology, global brand, environmental culture and entrepreneurial spirit.We suggest expo-architecture corresponding to environmental sculpture containing event rather than architectural method.

Communi-Imagination
The industrial pavilion corresponds with the theme of HyunDai Motors Group, ‘Technology city’ and ‘Green Life’. We suggest the pavilion as ‘Communi-imagination’ containing reflection of environment and technological innovation. This space expresses entrepreneurial spirit and technology that gain unimaginable development and innovation. Communi-imagination of the environment and the technology is formed through new perception of environment and high technical skill.

Green Imagination
HyunDai Motors Group industrial pavilion is a ‘pot’. Pot is artificial container holding nature. Pot is technological container maintaining and generating varied nature. Artificial container of nature is actualized and combined with various factor of Korean nature such as mountain, field, paddy, valley and water. It displays a space where the nature in digital form and the real nature are existed across.
