Appreciation towards obra arquitetos for providing the following description:

这是一座专门为一对夫妻所设计和建造的住宅，旨在为他们提供一个静谧的生活空间。为了实现这一目的，建筑师使用了以下两种设计方法：

House built for a couple with the idea of providing a contemplative and reflective space. This theme was addressed in two ways:

一方面，建筑师设计了一个非常私密的小庭院，整个住宅都围绕着这个小庭院在不同的层高上进行空间组织。同时，这个内部庭院还在不同的住宅空间之间创造出一种视觉联系，拉近了人与人之间的距离。此外，尽管庭院的尺度很小，但住户仍能通过它来感受四季的自然变化。庭院由一片弧形的玻璃墙围合而成，不仅确保了空间边缘的连续性，更确保了空间在视觉上的通透性。

A more intimate, where the whole house is organizes around a small patio and differeneces in levels. This internal patio allows a visual contact between the environments of the house, approaching the residents. Nature, on this small scale, can be observed according to the variations of the seasons. A curved glass was drawn so that the patio space had no segmentation at its edges and space could be seen through a lens.

另一方面，建筑师也格外注重住宅的景观视野：毕竟，从项目基地是看可以到曼蒂凯拉山脉（Serra da Mantiqueira）的广阔而壮丽的景色的。因此，住宅二三层空间的流线从最为私密的尺度出发，以近似螺旋的形式向上延伸，一路将住户引至景观屋面。值得一提的是，在景观屋面上，住户可以欣赏到周边丰富的景色。

The theme was also approached on the scale of the landscape: The land has a wide view of the Serra da Mantiqueira. Thus, starting from the most intimate dimension, traveling almost a spiral, one can climb up on the landscaped roof and observe the landscape amplitude.

通过这种方式，住宅得以充分利用周边的景观环境，同时也将曼蒂凯拉山脉的景色纳至自己的麾下，将其作为内部花园的一部分。

In this way the house appropriates the surrounding landscape. The Mantiqueira mountain is part of the garden of the house.
