它是房子？是装置？是飞船舱？是未来者？亦或是迪卡的「无用功」、一厢情愿？「未来者」城市移动展厅登陆西安建国门老菜场市井文化创意街区，对迪卡来说，这是一次极具实验性的实践，在富有鲜明城市特性与浓厚历史底蕴的城门洞下，实现历史与未来隔空对话。

未来者代表着祖国的希望与寄托，展厅与建国门相互对望，在城市更新中和市井文化里起到丝丝活力，他是什么？他看上去让人如此好奇，这里可以开小型发布会，音乐会，艺术展览，孩子在这里嬉戏，年轻人在这里驻足，老年人抬头张望，美好就此开始了，通过这个城市的移动展厅和他即将要发生的事情去展现西安的不止一面，我在西安，此地很美。

The future represents the hope and sustenance of the motherland. The exhibition hall and Jianguomen look at each other and play a role of vitality in urban renewal and urban culture. What is he? A new story under the old city wall

文化长安致敬中国天宫元年，老菜场以文化复兴而传承历史，中国航天以科技力量探索未来，历史与未来同步传递中国自信，在岁月长河的烟火尘埃中，在探索星辰大海的征途上，永志不忘初心而砥砺前行。

Culture Chang’an pays tribute to the first year of China’s Tiangong. The old food market inherits history through cultural rejuvenation. China Aerospace explores the future with scientific and technological power. History and the future simultaneously convey China’s confidence. In the fireworks and dust of the years, Yongzhi is on the journey to explore the sea of stars. Keep moving forward without forgetting the original intention.

建国门里迎来了一个「自由飞翔的未来者」
Jianguomen ushered in a “free-flying future”-can be pasted

选择在建国门进行这次具有挑战性的实践，对迪卡来说并非偶然，在各方的支持下，特殊的区位条件允许想象的现实为迪卡的实践提供了良好的土壤。迪卡希望在城市更新中起到自己的一份力量，让公共性与建筑、艺术、音乐、市井文化、有机碰撞发酵出更多的美好故事。

Choosing to carry out this challenging practice in Jianguomen is not accidental for Dika. With the support of all parties, the special location conditions allow imagined reality to provide a good soil for Dika’s practice. Dika hopes to play a part in the urban renewal, so that publicity and architecture, art, music, city culture, and organic collision can produce more beautiful stories.

正对建国门，在老菜场市井文化创意街区的入口，「未来者」漂浮在占地40㎡的街角处，很多路人好奇它到底是什么，有人说是白白胖胖的太空舱，有人说像一个收音机，有人说是飞起来的屋子……迪卡希望这个建筑装置能够成为一个思维载体，引起大家的好奇和兴趣，同时传达出我们的设计理念和思维逻辑，用看似「无用功」的一厢情愿，参与或旁观它未来将要嫁接的无限可能性。

Facing Jianguomen, at the entrance of the old Caichang Cultural and Creative District, “Future” floats on the corner of a 40-square-meter street. Many passers-by are curious about what it is. A radio, some say it’s a flying house… Dika hopes that this architectural installation can become a thinking carrier, arouse everyone’s curiosity and interest, and at the same time convey our design philosophy and thinking logic, and use seemingly “useless” wishful thinking to participate or observe the infinite possibilities that it will be grafted in the future.

漂浮的情感共振静止的理性力量

未来在城墙脚下，与历史展开跨时空的对话。看似极具未来感的城市实验，实则暗含着迪卡的古典情怀和严密的建筑逻辑。这也是迪卡用小房子延展出大逻辑的实验，在东西方历史中汲取精华，输出拥有高自由度和可能性的设计，让有序的设计收获更多无序的体验。

The future is at the foot of the city wall, a dialogue with history across time and space. The seemingly futuristic urban experiment actually implies Dika’s classical feelings and strict architectural logic. This is also Dika’s experiment to extend the big logic with a small house, absorbing the essence of Eastern and Western history, and outputting designs with high degrees of freedom and possibility, allowing orderly design to gain more disorderly experience.

用「万能的空间」拥抱情绪的温度
Embrace the temperature of emotions with the “universal space”

「未来者」环绕着一棵老树展开建造，从设计那一刻起，就深深地打上了在地性的烙印。但迪卡希望它在形态上成为极具反差性的「闯入者」，打破周边略显单一的面貌。为老城注入活力，于是以两个太空舱体漂浮在半空，呈现出一种漫步太空的既视感。

The “Future” was built around an old tree, and from the moment of design, it was deeply imprinted on the ground. But Dika hopes that it will become a very contrasting “intruder” in form, breaking the slightly single appearance of its surroundings. Injecting vitality into the old city, so the two space capsules floated in the air, showing a sense of walking in space.

「未来者」的设计理念，保持了迪卡一以贯之的建筑态度。独特的形态，富有未来性的表达，背后是对建筑的古典性、对称性、当代性和未来性的推敲。同时希望将极具未来，极具自然，极具公共性与城市发生有机的结合。

The design concept of “Future” maintains Dika’s consistent architectural attitude. The unique form, full of futuristic expression, is behind the scrutiny of the classicity, symmetry, contemporary and futuristic of architecture. 如同柯布西耶「自由平面」带来的开放性，我们也希望能探索出一种「万能空间」，看似夸张的造型之下，实则均通过等差/等比数列、圆周率和黄金分割比例的精密计算，寻求排列组合的最佳方法，以达到内在骨架的稳定，使得建筑本身拥有极强的造型感和可塑性。

Just like the openness brought by Le Corbusier’s “free plane”, we also hope to explore a “universal space”. Under the seemingly exaggerated shape, all of them pass the arithmetic/geometric sequence, the pi and the golden section. Accurate calculation of proportions, seeking the best method of permutation and combination, to achieve the stability of the internal framework, so that the building itself has a strong sense of shape and plasticity.

秩序带来想象 开启沉浸式体验
Order brings imagination and opens immersive experience

「未来者」建筑内部由水泥板钢结构打造，外部采用GRC（玻璃纤维增强混凝土）材料筑成。六根细长的柱子撑起主体建筑，旋转的螺旋桨装置正对建国门。

西安老城区具有生活痕迹的建筑肌理，让未来者·城市更新试验场得以展现特有的空间品质，老人、青年、小孩都被此处所吸引，并持续吸引了大批旅人来此驻足体验，为西安这片著名的老城区注入了新的活力与吸引力，建造了一座包容过去、当代与未来的载体。

The interior of the “Future” building is made of cement board steel structure, and the exterior is made of GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) materials. Six slender pillars prop up the main building, and the rotating propeller device is facing Jianguomen.

The architectural texture with traces of life in the old city of Xi’an allows the future urban renewal test site to show its unique spatial qualities. The elderly, youth, and children are all attracted by this place, and it continues to attract a large number of travelers to stop and experience this place. The famous old town has injected new vitality and attraction, and built a carrier that embraces the past, the present and the future.

想象力让人感动，用光与影赋予建筑生命，路易斯·康说过，“太阳从不知道自己有多伟大，直到它照到建筑物上”，秩序带来调动五感的沉浸式体验。作为一个小型建筑装置，虽然舱体只有25㎡，但它本身便构成一个城市移动展厅，体现西安不止一面，主体建筑舱内部被设计成空腔，顶部采用通体的镜面反射与观众形成互动，内部还置入了Q版小唐僧的群组雕塑，玲珑的造型充满诙谐和趣味。

Imagination is moving, using light and shadow to give life to the building. Louis Kahn once said, “The sun never knows how great it is until it shines on the building.” Order brings an immersive experience that mobilizes the five senses. As a small architectural device, although the cabin is only 25 square meters, it constitutes an urban mobile exhibition hall in itself, reflecting more than one side of Xi’an. The interior of the main building cabin is designed as a cavity. There is also a Q version of the group sculpture of the little Tang monk, and the exquisite shape is full of humor and interest.

而北面的小舱体作为相对独立的存在，设计之初，我们设想置入LED屏，通过折面形式展示西安的城市影像，面对开放的街角，这里提供了一处相对隐蔽的私人领地，供人开启思考或者选择与自我独处片刻。潘多拉盒子的意愿也在这个小小空间里实现，潘多拉魔盒第一次打开之时，释放出邪恶、瘟疫、嫉妒、当他即将释放最后一个希望时，盒子突然关闭，我们希望通过<未来者>，将潘多拉盒子里的<希望>打开，释放出更多的美好，让世界充满爱。

The small cabin on the north side is a relatively independent existence. At the beginning of the design, we envisioned placing an LED screen to display the city image of Xi’an in a folded form. Facing the open street corner, it provides a relatively hidden private territory. For people to start thinking or choose to be alone with themselves for a while. The will of Pandora’s Box is also realized in this small space. When Pandora’s Box was opened for the first time, it released evil, plague, and jealousy. When he was about to release his last hope, the box suddenly closed. We hope to pass <Future > Open the <Hope> in Pandora’s box, release more beauty and make the world full of love.

「去狭隘世界观视全人类之过往皆我的过往」向来是迪卡的精神诉求，标新立异并非为了炫技，而是在严苛的计算之下呈现出不断发问、求知、试错、探索的价值观。我们利用简洁、轻盈、纯粹的材质和色彩去表达，同时也在不断寻求具有代表性的建筑语言。比如，在建筑立面上凝固动作的瞬间，构成形态各异的「流动感」，它们构成一种静止的力量，去表达一个动作或者一种情绪，冰冷建筑瞬间生动起来，拥有了人的温度。

你可以把它理解成舱体这个大「泡泡」，也可以理解成舱体上圆形的舱窗，或是凸起的不规则的褶皱，它们平衡着建筑的感性与理性，试探着人类共通的情感记忆，在特定场域里隐秘地完成人与人之间「神经末梢的链接」。

You can understand it as the big “bubble” of the cabin, or it can be understood as the round cabin windows on the cabin, or the raised irregular folds. They balance the sensibility and rationality of the building, and test human beings. The shared emotional memory secretly completes the “links of nerve endings” between people in a specific field.

「无序」奉上惊喜 让反常成为日常
“Disorder” presents surprises Let the extraordinary become everyday

在被挑空的空间和周围的户外场地，「理想国里的建筑」建筑模型展览，展出九组来自迪卡的幼儿园建筑设计作品，老菜场第一次迎来这样的活动，年轻人举起手机，在朋友圈感叹：城里的菜市场，也越来越好玩了。

迪卡的初心便是如此，希望借由这个没有边界的户外试验场，以未来者的形象创造一个场域，成为激活社区生活的「药引子」，来适配这一区不同年龄、圈层的特性，让来到这里的年轻客流、路过这里的买菜老人、放学回家的孩子、城墙根下的老住户……每一个人都有逗留的理由，提供功能便利的同时，带来具文化意味和艺术体验的多元生活方式。

In the empty space and the surrounding outdoor venues, the architectural model exhibition “Buildings in the Ideal Country” exhibited nine groups of Kindergarten architectural design works from Dika. It was the first time that the old vegetable farm ushered in such an event. Picking up the phone, I sighed in the circle of friends: The vegetable market in the city is getting more and more fun.

Dika’s original intention is like this. He hopes to use this borderless outdoor test site to create a field with the image of a future person, and become a “medicine primer” that activates community life, adapting to different ages and circles in this area. The characteristics of this place allow young tourists to come here, elderly grocery shopping people passing by, children returning home from school, old residents under the city wall… everyone has a reason to stay, providing functional convenience, and bringing benefits. A diverse lifestyle of cultural meaning and artistic experience.

出于对项目场地地形的尊重，建筑环绕在了一棵古树之下，充当了场地焦点、与周围的旧城区环境相得益彰，以新颖的艺术笔触重新开启建国门历史与未来的对话，也为人们提供了丰富的艺术文化机遇。

未来者已建成，在建造过程中无数的市民、小朋友、年轻人都十分的好奇，现在谜底已解开，我们可以看到，来到这里的人无不感到美好，新奇，自信，有些人以为，它是科技馆，艺术馆，舞台，但它却离我们如此之近，我们可以亲身于此，在这里举办活动，相互交流，让人感受到这是一个有文化的城市、包容的城市、开放的城市、和一个具有美好故事的城市。

Out of respect for the topography of the project site, the building is surrounded by an old tree, acting as the focal point of the site, complementing the surrounding old city environment, and reopening the dialogue between Jianguomen’s history and the future with novel artistic touches. People provide a wealth of artistic and cultural opportunities.

The future has been built. During the construction process, countless citizens, children, and young people were very curious. Now the mystery has been solved. We can see that all people who come here feel beautiful, novel, and confident. Some people think, It is a science and technology museum, an art museum, and a stage, but it is so close to us. We can live here, hold events and communicate with each other, making people feel that this is a cultural city, an inclusive city, and an open City, and a city with a beautiful story.

未来已来，我们希望它可以「活」起来而非「火」起来，奉行属于未来者的长期主义。公共艺术空间让人与人相遇、相契，让具有当代性的城市生活流动起来。对于兼容历史与新潮的「未来者」而言，它将和旧日街区一同塑造更加精彩的生活方式，营造既有实用价值又有强大聚集性、观赏性和文艺性的社区归属感。

The future is here, and we hope it can “live” instead of “fire”, and pursue the long-termism that belongs to the future. The public art space allows people to meet and agree with each other, allowing contemporary urban life to flow. For the “futurers” who are compatible with history and new trends, it will create a more exciting lifestyle with the old neighborhoods, creating a sense of community belonging to both practical value and strong gathering, ornamental and literary features.
