他利用镜子，有机玻璃，LED灯制作出让这些材料相互互动和反射的装置，建立错综复杂的迷人视觉效果。当三维装置出现在空间中，众人便被吸入这片宛如光爆炸形成的盛景中。

German artist Hans Kotter’s light installations “Big Bang … Interruption“ at Galerie Michaela Stock, Vienna.

“It shows the snapshot of a disaster, but simultaneously highlights the evolution of something new and purportedly better”, Hans Kotter says “there is no other element with such a lasting impact on life on our planet as light. light fascinates me in a huge variety of ways and i have investigated the medium of light, with its composition, physical contexts, colors, perception and cultural history for many years. the experiences and insights resulting from this investigation are later implemented in my works.“

Hans Kotter以前想当画家来着，可是当他刚干画家这行时，他遇见了空间装置作品，从此他就爱上了空间装置，特别是与光有关的一切，他不断的尝试那些可以利用光来做的装置。到了现在，他的创作主要集中在色彩鲜艳或者图像强烈的灯箱上，并且以概念和好玩的面貌示人，让人兴奋。他的作品被卖到全世界，这让他的艺术家梦想成真。从迈出第一步到现在已经超过10年，他的创作还在不断的持续，还有很多作品等着巡游世界，他坦言：“还有很多事情需要做”。
