项目地点是靠近街牌57号的水果商店和居住，这个空间在很久以前被人放弃居住。阳台和门都是与Ruzafa邻里相似的景观特性。特定的室内框架形式被摒弃，但内部的闪光点依然存在于街道生活中。建筑师重新利用了被人摒弃的窗扉来打造室内空间，多扇活动的窗口展现室内连续的画面。主立面仅有一个开窗，显示了它与周围环境的联系。项目以此空间改造为工作区，从原来的窗口出发进行设计。改造后的空间不仅仅是一个工作室，还是一个可以学习，反思，和彼此交流的场所。
