凤园椰珍，是广州最早期的椰子鸡餐饮品牌，甲方希望我们为品牌定制一个全新的、让人印象深刻的空间形象，以打造一个区别于其他同类型餐厅的、独一无二的连锁品牌。在我们心中，设计出能激发当下城市白领追求健康与时尚的消费观和体验感，同时思考可持续发展的设计战略，至关重要，品牌空间构思由此展开。

FENG-YUAN Coconut Chicken Original is a restaurant brand which serve special made chicken coconut water hot pot. Our client want us to custom design a unique, impressive, brand-new space image in-order to be one of a kind and be competitive to other similar brands.

椰子鸡是用天然椰子水与文昌鸡，通过火锅方式清煮出来的，鸡肉嫩滑的同时，椰子水鸡汤非常温润、清爽、甘甜，犹如椰子林里的一汪清泉般滋润，于是我们心中就有了“泉”这样一个概念。

Unlike the popular super spicy food in China now days, coconut chicken is mild and refreshing, the soup tastes like a sweet and clear spring. So, we’ve got the concept of “SPRING” in the coconut tree forest.

为椰子鸡连锁品牌创造一个识别感独一无二的空间，我们从椰子树出发，从自然中汲取灵感。我们抽象提取了棕榈椰树的叶片为符号，用专色电镀镜面不锈钢把它设计制作成8种形态、4米长、近500支的金属“叶片”。在我们有意识的把它们编辑、重组，并阵列般“种”在空间里，形成切割空间和区分功能区间的隔断墙，整个餐厅变成了一座“奇幻椰林”。

We abstracted the impression of people to coconut tree into a symbol-palm leaf and beautifully built them with 8 different kind, 4-meters-long, green-plated steel. After we reassemble and planted them logically, intentionally into the space, these partition wall of palm leaves turned the space into an impressive fantasy forest.

让4米长的“叶片”模块化、产品化，且为了追求简练达到不用任何牵拉就可独立站稳是一项挑战。经过十几轮的实验和选材，我们最终确定韧性较高的3mm厚201不锈钢，中轴折叠130度，拉伸工艺塑形能够达到“叶片”美感与结构的平衡。其优美的形态、深邃的绿色，打破了人们对金属冷峻、僵硬、工业感的固有印象。部分“叶尖”会随着室内空气的流动而轻微摇曳，这样的小动态让这座“奇幻椰林”更加灵动。

对我们而言，这是一个运用单一材料进行符号化、产品化、模块化的思维呈现非模块化感觉的趣味空间的探索与挑战，在打造独特的空间氛围和消费者体验之余，也在品牌的连锁复制和空间识别中达到美好的平衡。

It’s a challenge to make the 4-meter-long leaves to stand on their own without any support. After dozen times of experiments and material selection, finally, we found that 3mm thick, 130 degrees central axis folded, 201 steel with high toughness can “stand up on their feet”, also can balance the visual effect and manufacture cost. The beautiful shape, brooding green color we’ve chosen, changed the inherent image of metal to people. From time to time, the leaves sway slightly with the air conditioning wind in the space. This small dynamic makes the space feeling more vivid.

For us, this is an exploration of space design with single material, symbolization, productization and modularization thinking. This special approach can easily create a unique restaurant brand and space atmosphere.

品牌的连锁发展需要独特且统一的视觉与空间识别，也需要赋予客人们更多的新鲜感和传播欲望。因此我们希望为不同店面定制能激发人们不同联想的主题流水景观，目前，我们通过两家门店进行了实践。保利时光里店的“海上星空”，在进入蜿蜒的椰林小路后让人廓然开朗、闪耀迷离；云门新世界店的“云上瀑布”，却是围绕在“清泉”之间的云雾缭绕、淅淅沥沥。

We also customized the water features for each different restaurant in order to give the guests a fresh feeling. So we hope to customize the theme flow landscape for different stores that can inspire people’s different associations. At present, we have carried out the practice through two stores. “Star-fall In The Sea” at Poly TIME WALK store, after entering the winding coconut forest path, it makes people feel bright and dazzled. “Cloud Upper The Waterfall” at Yunmen NEW PARK store, surrounded by clouds and mist between the “Springs”.

椰子鸡汤的温润清爽，宛如清泉一般沁人心脾，于是就有了“水滴灯”和“清泉桌”的设计，透过不规则的、如泉眼般的水纹热熔玻璃桌面，光影倾泻在地面上，有如波光粼粼，在空间中形成了一汪汪“清泉”。如果说“奇幻椰林”是空间的整体感受，那么“清泉”般的产品映像就是品牌所要传达的核心体验，“水滴灯”和“清泉桌”的设计，交织成为客人和品牌之间的纽带。

We also use a special water-wave textured, hot-melt glass as the dining table surface, so that the customized “Water-droplet Lamp” can form a clear water-like shadow on the ground-Each table symbolizers a clear spring. The fantasy forest is constructed into a space atmosphere. At the same time, the general experience of “Spring” is the core experience to be conveyed by the brand. The design of “Water-drop Lamp” and “Spring Table” interweaves into the bond between the guests and the brand. It echoes and deepens the feeling of warmth and refreshment of coconut chicken hot pot.

以羚羊谷的柔美线条为灵感，我们构思了椰林中的“峡谷”作为VIP包间的设计，模拟日光洒下山谷在嶙峋石壁上所呈现的肌理，我们巧妙设定了半球体的灯光反射。在“峡谷”里独享“清泉”，对于私密度要求高的客人，需要预定的包间成为了热门选项。

Inspired by the beautiful texture of Antelope Valley, we created the private room. We selected earth color mineral varnish to simulate the tactile impression of the valley, the whole private room is full of sculptural feeling. These private rooms are hot spots that people book and hang around.

这一切都是为了营造出独特的、奇妙的、深刻记忆的空间体验，从而使客人的感官和品牌的感觉形成共鸣。

All these are to create a unique, wonderful and deep memory space experience & atmosphere, so as to make the senses of the guests and the feelings of the brand resonate.
