Orsara di Puglia小镇位于意大利南部的Daunian山（Daunian Mountains）南峰上，海拔约700米，距离福贾市（Foggia）不远。本项目便坐落在该小镇的第167区内。

The project takes part inside 167 zone Orsara di Puglia, a small town near Foggia situated on southern hills of sub-appennino mount Dauno, approximately 700 meters height on sea level.

步道贯穿了一片倾斜的草地，将市中心的公共广场与城市高处的建筑联系了起来。与公共行政部门的预期相反，本步道具有极强的可识别性。它如同一个大型的雕塑，为原本平平无奇的草地带去了独一无二的特征。

The project comprises the realization of a connection path between the public square loacated in the downtown and the buildings situated in the high. In contrast with the demands of the communal administration, the project choice has been to concentrate the participation in an only strong sign: a kind of macrosculpture conceived like characterization and qualification element of the environment.

这个直线型的步道长约80米，具有恒定的坡度。一系列由白色金属构成的框架结构限定出步道的三维空间。从形式上来看，步道就像是一条可见性极强的开放式隧道，将草地明显地划分成了两部分。实际上，建筑师并没有让步道融于绿色的自然环境，而是创造出了一个极为突出的人工空间，不仅赋予了基地独一无二的特点，更在人工与自然之间建立起一种和谐的联系。

The path has a constant slope and rectilinear course for approximately 80 meters, it acquires three-dimensional thickness by the presence of “gateways” realizes by metallic tubes; it becomes a kind of opened tunnel, visible at a distance, that divides the space in two parts. Refusing the idea to realize an adulterated green space, the attempt has been to coexist nature and artifice in the project, using at the same time the pedestrian path like an area qualification element.

建筑师在地势较低的一端设置了数个台阶和一个半围合的有顶结构，将其作为步道的入口，并将地势较高的一端作为步道的终点。

沿着步道方向等距排列的金属框架作为人工元素，不仅具有很强的几何性，更与周边的自然环境形成了直观的对比。本项目由钢筋混凝土结构、白色混凝土道路铺面和白色的铁质框架构成，建筑材料十分简单。但即便如此，整个项目的总造价也高达5,000万里拉。当春季来临的时候，草坪上会开满鲜花，这时候漫步于步道之上，就仿佛置身于一个绚丽多彩的芬芳时空中。

The path is covered by a metal trellis, is conceived like an artificial element, it’s obedient to the geometry’s law, and situated in directed comparison to the landscape. The project was realized by a cost of 50 million IT Liras, the participation is characterized by poor materials: reinforced concrete for the structures, struck of concrete white for the paving, iron tubes painted white the trellis. In spring, some fresh flowers plants at the basement of trellis, fill up the path of colour and scents.
